Deze charmante 3000 vierkante meter naar huis is de perfecte ontmoetingsplaats voor familie, huwelijksgroepen en vrienden. De unieke accommodatie ligt in een rustige, landelijke omgeving op slechts 10 minuten van Mill Creek, en op 20 minuten van de charmante stad en het trouwknooppunt van Snohomish en het wijngebied Woodinville. In 2018 werd elke centimeter van dit huis gerenoveerd met comfort en schoonheid in het achterhoofd om ervoor te zorgen dat uw Family Reunion of Getaway Wine Weekend ontspannend en gevuld is met vrolijke herinneringen.

Onze woning biedt niet alleen ruimte aan maximaal 10 personen, maar biedt een ongeëvenaarde woonruimte in het Mill Creek / Snohomish / Woodinville-gebied. Perfect weekend!

Our group of 7 have stayed at Starlight Meadows about 6 times for a relazing weekend of scrapbooking. The house is perfect and Connie and Brick are wonwonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was cozy and well stocked with everything needed for cooking, cleaning, entertainment. Cannot say enough about Connie and her care of us while we stayed at the cottage. We will be back, and we highly recommend.

Great Getaway in the Woods

Family-friendly three story cottage far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to supplies and sites to both relax and tour. Working with the owners and other contact was smooth, efficient and courteous.

Christmas in Bothell

The location was minutes from family, spacious, and peaceful. Loved the EV charger for our car, and the set up was wonderful for our family with adult children. Hosts are communicative and great to work with. Great space, we would book again.

This very comfortable home is located in a stunningly beautiful and spacious setting. We stayed for four nights during a family vacation, traveling with seven adults and an infant.We found the home to be exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. As a special touch, they even brought us a s'mores kit to enjoy during our visit.The house is situated in an upscale neighborhood in the Bothell area, offering convenient access to amenities while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The property is so large that it feels as though you're staying in the countryside or woods. In fact, you can't see any neighboring homes from the property.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Just...WOW. The Starlight Cottage was the *perfect* place for our family gathering. Tons of space & places to enjoy each other (inside & out), a dreamy kitchen for cooking and socializing, and special thoughtful touches like a charging station at a bedside table. Seattle family trip

Super friendly and accomodative host. This home is beautiful and the surroundings are picturesque and amazing. All the equipment in the house is very modern and clean, I have never seen such a large size refrigerator! The laundry room is like a conference hall! Outstanding!!

I booked this property as a home base to go visit wineries in the area. It was close to all of the wineries, Connie and Brick were amazing hosts, there was nothing missing, the attention to detail was amazing! The property is on acreage,so as a ranch owner we felt at home without a house right next door. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, including an organized spice drawer. We will definitely return, all of our guests loved it, definitely a home away from home, cant say enough!

Perfect family gathering place.

Our family - 6 adults, 3 children - stayed at this lovely home for Christmas. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and spend family time together. The grandsons loved the “treehouse” room! We spent memorable evenings downstairs playing games and watching TV. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. Everything needed was there. And there was plenty of room for alone time as well. Connie was a great host.she seemed to think of every detail. She even decorated the house for us! It really was the perfect place for our family.

Perfect!

I invited a group of women to visit for a week in the Seattle area. The location of this lovely home in Silver Firs/Bothell was a perfect choice for our get-together. The home was convenient to both I-5 and I-405 when we wanted to do sightseeing. We found the home very roomy, comfortable, and immaculate. Cooking in the well-equipped and superbly organized kitchen was a delight. Brick and Connie are excellent hosts. They responded quickly to any questions and made the process of renting very easy.

My husband Brick and I moved to Mill Creek in 1998 and really enjoy sharing the beautiful area with friends and family. In 2016 we remodeled a portion of the upstairs of our “barn” into our first VRBO property (#926649); it was a fun and challenging project. We paid attention to the details because we wanted to make it a place WE would love to stay. We had such a "barn" good time with our first short term rental property, in 2018 we opened a second, larger rental home across the street (#1431120).

We really love hosting, but do have a few other interests! My husband Brick is a software engineer. He completed restoration of his 1938 Chevy at the age of 21 and helped his father restore classic Dodges and raced them across the country 5 times in the Great American Race. Connie worked in high tech marketing for 12 years and ran an interior design business after having children. She is currently involved in running our nearby wedding venue and the day-to-day operations of our rentals. We are parents of two beautiful humans and on the weekend you might see us out and about watering or working in the yard (it is a big job!). We look forward to meeting you!

PLEASE NOTE: after listing our Rustic Chic Cottage in 2018 we made the fast track to achieve Premier Host status with VRBO. We have maintained this status and have 100% 5 Star ratings. In 2022 we opened a summer wedding venue nearby and reserved The Cottage for the bridal party and family to get ready in during events- which meant fewer bookings through VRBO. As a result, we did not meet the VRBO requirements for bookings in a 3-month period to maintain our Premier Host status. Please know that despite not meeting this numeric (and algorithmic) goal, we are still Premier Hosts at heart and will do everything possible to insure a comfortable and memorable stay.

We lived across the street from the beautiful but neglected Cottage property for 19 years, and decided it really needed to be loved. We purchased it in 2017 and spent 11 months renovating the home with new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, lawn, flooring, dormer, roof, paint etc. No surface remained untouched. We even drilled for a new water well! We want to make this property a place where people come together and make joyful memories.

Every day delivers a quiet and beautiful getaway from the stresses of visiting, working and navigating the city. Starlight Cottage is truly the best of both worlds!
