This was an absolutely beautiful historic home with attention to every detail! The Host was promptly responsive and assisted us with check in as he met us at the home and went through all the amenities and details. Todd offered recommendations for dining and entertainment. We had an excellent, comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this home and will book it again when we're in the area!

The Fashion house is the most emasculate and beautiful place I have ever stayed. It has been lovingly decorated by the hosts with so much taste and elegance. We loved just enjoying each other is such a lovely space and meandering through Madison. Thanks for a great stay!

House was beautiful and exactly as described. Todd met us at the promised check in time and walked us through the house to show us everything. We were there for a funeral and the house was perfect to be able to visit with family. Walking distance to Main Street and just a great location.

This is a beautiful historic home with plenty of room for the 8 of us. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly despite heat indices well over 100 degrees for 3 or 4 days straight which was amazing in a historic home! The home is well stocked with towels which is a real plus. All appliances throughout the house worked perfectly, and the kitchen is well stocked. The home was spotless. It is in easy walking distance to many shops, the Ohio River, and historical sites. The shopping and restaurants in Madison are great! Parking is easy and plentiful. You should know that there are almost 30 stairs to climb to go up to the second floor. It's a pretty long haul and steep climb if you are older or have health issues. Luckily, the 8 of us have no issues (yet!), so it was quite doable. There are 3 baths, and 2 have showers. However, only one shower (main floor) has enough water pressure to wash your hair. It was never a problem for us as some shower in the morning and some at night so it worked out fine overall. The only real negative I would mention is the lighting is very, very dim in every room in the house. The family room and dining room where we spent a lot of time were too dim to play cards without bringing in supplemental lighting from other rooms. I would definitely recommend staying here as the house is fantastic, the price is fair and it has location, location, location!

We could not have asked for a better place for our girls trip! The house is absolutely beautiful and Todd was a huge help with suggestions for our stay. We loved the all house music!! The location of the Fashion House is perfection...we walked everywhere! Madison was a charming town and captured our hearts...just like the Fashion House did!!
