Dit rustige, gezellige appartement is weggestopt van alles aan de zuidkust van het prachtige meer Chelan. Dit huis ligt in het condominiumcomplex Last Resort met 4 units en heeft een groot terras om van te genieten met uitzicht op een grote gemeenschappelijke tuin en het meer. Gemakkelijke toegang tot Lake Chelan langs het schot, zwemladders, boeien en mini-bootlancering.

Deze accommodatie beschikt over een woonkamer met lederen slaapbank en een grote flatscreen-tv en filmbibliotheek, een eethoek, een keuken, een slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een badkamer met een douche. We booked this place mainly for its beautiful lake location and to enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately, a wildfire caused hazardous air quality, and the property was covered in smoke and ash, so we couldn’t use the outdoor areas.We requested a refund about 5–7 days before our stay, but the host refused because we didn’t have travel insurance. We understand the wildfire was beyond their control, but we were disappointed that they made no effort to help or provide precautions, such as an air purifier. They eventually offered only about 25% of our payment as credit, but the credit is not enough for the minimum multi-day stay required to book the property, meaning we would have to pay more just to use it.We ended up driving about two hours round trip to Leavenworth every day and only came back to sleep. The location was beautiful, and we could have returned often, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

Stupendous location on the lake but tiny bathroom

Everything was great, huge deck, right on the lake, small but well equipped kitchen, large living room, a boat launch, however the bathroom is tiny. We would stay again, this time with our kayaks!

Great little quiet spot in Lake Chelan

Such a great property for our family! Just big enough for all of us to get a good nights sleep at the end of a busy day of swimming! The deck and grass space were lovely. It’s an easy drive to Chelan and Manson. If you don’t want to leave, you can just jump into the lake right from the yard. Great stay!

Family vacation

We had a great stay here. As other reviewers have pointed out, it is a very small space, really o my practical for a couple or, as with us, families with small kids. Ours are 6 and 3.5 so it was perfect. The outdoor space and deck are wonderful. Easy to access all of the fun things to do in Chelan!

Beautiful property right on the lake!

It wasn't as fancy or luxurious as other places at Lake Chelan, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice yard and patio. We had a convenient space to park our boat trailer at the top of the driveway, and only a short drive to the state park boat launch. Close proximity to SO many fantastic restaurants & wineries in Chelan and Manson.

Well described property, location is phenomenal.Be careful of deck however, my kiddo got splinters sitting on it. There were also a family of bats that were living in the deck above the unit. While they didn’t come out or bother anyone, they did poop and we stayed away from the area of the deck where they were.

On the lake

Great location right on the waterfront. Needs an additional AC in the living areas as there is only one in the bedroom and you have to keep the doors open to flow into the living room. Had a great week.

Great spot on Chelan!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was small but it certainly met all our needs. The boat ramp is really not usable for any larger vessels, as it is quite steep and drops off. But we went up the road 5 mins to the state park and launched our pontoon boat, so it really wasn’t an issue. We would certainly recommend the condo and we hope to return again soon!

Great location and clean

Beautiful lakefront property with a large lawn and incredible views. The unit is quaint and small but also clean and had all the basic necessities. A dining table outside would have been a nice addition for playing games and/or eating meals outside to really maximize the experience of the pretty surrounds, but overall this place hit all the boxes of what we were looking for. The hikes, downtown Chelan, and numerous wineries were great to explore as well! I would absolutely recommend for a small group to stay here!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

My partner and I throughly enjoyed our weekend stay! It was so beautiful and relaxing. We were able to swim and enjoy our time on the lake at the condo without having to go anywhere else or the state park. The condo is fully stocked with anything you will need to cook with, we bbq both nights and everything worked without any issues. The POC for this rental was very responsive with a quick turnaround time. We would definitely rent this space out again.

Location is excellent. Ok for two people. Probably not four. We had three. Instructions were clear. Towel racks in bathroom fell apart as soon as a towel was placed on them. Boat launch was unusable due to the size of our boat. Evenings on the deck were delightful. Price is relatively inexpensive.

We, too, enjoy the amazing location of our Last Resort Condos with the gorgeous water view! Thank you for sharing your kind review and helpful comments. This condo is recommended for 2 adults and up to 2 children, and the property’s mini boat launch is only intended for small watercraft (ie kayaks and paddleboards). Other launches in downtown Chelan or at the state park are great for larger boats. We have asked our maintenance team to repair the towel racks. Have an amazing remainder of your summer!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! Had a brief bump in the check in process as they had recently changed the lock code on the door but emailed me the old code. The property manager helped us resolve this within 10 minutes. The location was fantastic; we liked that it was right on the lake and not right in town as it was much more peaceful. The outdoor furniture could have been cleaner; we wiped bird stuff off of the table and chairs but it was fine. The space is small but it was perfect for us, nice and cozy! We would definitely return but I think they have a 7 day min in the peak season so not sure if this will work for us.

We booked one place (above photos) but were redirected to another smaller run down location, much further from initial location and manors. This was Very confusing and became a stressful experience. I feel duped. There were two locations combined into our one trip.

The guest originally requested to book our Last Resort (Lower #3) condo and stated they would be bringing a dog and wanted to have dock access for their boat. Because this condo is not a pet-friendly property and does not have a dock, we suggested another property which is both pet-friendly and has a dock on Lake Chelan and sent them a link to the property listing. The guest agreed in writing to the change, but it seems the change does not get updated in Vrbo’s guest app. Our small, family-owned business strives to have excellent customer service. In this case, however, the guest did not express any concern to us until after they had completed their 3-night stay.

The property is in an absolutely beautiful location right on Lake Chelan. It was quiet and very relaxing. However, we were unable to use the advertised boat ramp due to the lake being too low to safely launch or return kayaks to shore without damaging our boats or injuring ourselves. The boat ramp is also extremely slick with algae that hasn’t been addressed. The view from the deck is spectacular! But again be warned. The entire deck is riddled with dry rot. The railing is so rickety, it would likely fall off if you leaned against it. This rental needs some serious repair work to even be considered safe.

Misrepresented property, have yet to hear back after emailing concerns, issues and misrepresentation... NOT the Anniversary getaway we had planned!!! Very disappointed.

So sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Really wish you had contacted us during your stay, rather than after you left. We did respond to your email. Your response is copied below: Thanks Andrea for getting back to us on Sunday. Unfortunately 10% is ridiculous. 6 adults and 6 kids under the age of 7 and 3 dogs in a 500 sq ft area above where we were staying and was never disclosed to us is not acceptable. Nice weekend away

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Weather wasn't the greatest (overcast with a few sun breaks, mid to upper 60's) but it was so refreshing to stay right in the waters edge. That was the best part of the whole stay! The water was low so the boat laugh wasn't accessible, but we came during the wrong time. The lake was rising as slowly before we left sadly. Thanks to the man upstairs we were able to get a battery for our jet ski charged so we could enjoy the water. This was much appreciated! Did some fishing of the ledge and caught 1 fish late evening. The property is a expected and described. However, the walls are thinner then expected and you can hear some noises from above. Made for some early mornings but we stayed positive and went fishing. Overall we loved our stay but would come a bit later in the season next time.

So glad you could come stay at this waterfront condo right on beautiful Lake Chelan. The lake is usually full by the 4th of July each year. It was fun to hear about the fish you caught!

Great Views! Clean unit; fully stocked

Wonderful stay in this lower unit. Large fully fenced deck with plenty of seating and tables. Views are amazing of the lake. Overall very clean unit. Fully stocked. Plenty of clean towels, new sealed sponge, foam soap, good shampoo and clean (surprisingly comfortable) bed. Large bed in the bedroom and two sofa/couches in the living room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all normal family kitchen utensils, pots, pans, oil, and cleaning supplies to make a full meal. Property manager was extremely friendly and attentive. (Thanks Frankie!) Wifi was fast enough to run two work video calls at the same time. If both of us were on video calls at the same time, we did need to disconnect phones from the wifi to ensure enough bandwidth for our laptops. Thankfully never dropped any calls while working here for a week. Overall it’s a great little unit. Would recommend and consider staying with them again.

Stay in Chelan

The location is absolutely beautiful and the deck was perfect for sitting outside. But, I arrived in the late evening and there is no street sign at the road for the driveway which made finding the place difficult. Then when I got the correct driveway and was trying to get inside there were no outside lights on so it was pitch black finding the right door and trying to enter the key code to get in. Which, I had to enter numerous times each time I tried to get in over the weekend. The keypad should be replaced. The next day the next renter for the other portion of the house arrived during and asked if they were lost and didn't know how to get into the residence - so I think it was just as difficult even though it wasn't dark out. There were cobwebs and spider webs inside and the first dish that I grabbed was dirty. I didn't do any cooking after that but I also noticed that the pot holder had crusted food on it.
