As soon as you walk in the room you are greeted with an amazing view of the ocean. Everything was clean, comfortable and really felt like walking into a home. The kitchen was well equipped and enough for us to make breakfast every morning. Even my wife congradulated me for the excellent pick, which never happens!100% would stay here again!

Very spacious and wonderful condo. We enjoyed our stay. The chair beach service was an added bonus. The balcony was a wonderful way to spend time outside in the shade. Highly recommend this condo for future stays. We will be back again!

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect for families, easy walking, and lots of food choices. The beach is always a family favorite and the pool is a great getaway from the sand. Absolutely love staying here. The unit was comfy clean and we enjoyed it immensely.

We had a wonderful stay at James property and would absolutely come back again. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping.Beach chair umbrella set up was a huge plus!The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We've stayed here a couple times now and plan to again next summer! Communication with the host was immediate and we couldn't ask for a better beach getaway!

Mr. O’Brien is so very easy to work with and so very involved. This condo provides views of the glorious beach from the living quarters to the master bedroom! It has become our favorite spot!

Great place for spring getaway fun!

Even with construction underway on the balconies, our stay was great! With direct access to the beach, friendly neighbors, and great management our stay was nothing less than amazing! Very private peaceful atmosphere and awesome communication with the host.

Perfect beach front condo

The condo was perfect for our family. Great location! Owner was wonderful to deal with and made communication easy. Complex is the best size and never felt crowded. We will come back to stay again!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The furnishings were very nice and the lg balcony was a favorite. Having the grills there also were very handy. Wonderful place!

Super Cute!

The view was beautiful, big patio, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, comfy beds, great communication with the property manager. The beach was beautiful, very nice grocery store a few minutes away and lots of restaurants. Very cute and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location and view from the property. Very clean. Owner is very responsive to any needs. Property is excellent overall. Only downside we found was not having in unit washer/dryer.

Girls weekend

We stayed at this property in October-November. The property and condo were in excellent condition. Everything was wonderful and I will stay there again. Very clean and the host was extremely accomodating.
