❤️Lief en gezellig❤️Hot Tub = Sun In Paradise!

Janet, a simple "great place" says plenty, and keeping things comfortable and well-appointed is exactly the goal. Hope the next trip brings you back.

Joyce, the pool and spa sound like the perfect finish to a day of exploring, especially after a trip out to Sedona. Having restaurants close by and a smooth check-in only adds to the ease. The water will be warm whenever you want another visit.

William, three master suites suit a group on a work trip, since everyone gets real privacy and still comes together in the evenings. Good to hear the quiet neighbourhood and nearby conveniences made it feel easier than a hotel. Welcome back for the next conference.

We’re glad to hear the property was a great fit for your group and provided the space and convenience needed for a comfortable stay with your co-workers. It’s wonderful that the location made it easy to access the surrounding attractions and essentials. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your visit and hope to have the opportunity to host your group again in the future.

Paul is quick to respond to questions. Does all he can to prove his availability, if there is a need (there wasn't). There were 8 of us and the house had more than enough room. Plenty of parking. The pool was the highlight. Plenty of outside furniture, tubes. Didn't use the hot tub, but it's there ready to go. Pool very clean; as were the facilities. Conveniently located to everything, and in a quiet, safe residential area. This was our second time there. We celebrate a family gathering each year and we usually move to different areas, but the consensus appears to be 3 years in a row at Paul's house. Thanks Paul. Definitely stay here if you want a nice place.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback following your Final Four stay. We’re pleased that the home provided a comfortable and practical setting for your family, particularly with the young children, and that the sliding doors gave you added peace of mind around the pool area. It’s great to hear that the available kitchen equipment and overall amenities met most of your needs. We also appreciate your practical suggestion regarding frying pans and will take this into consideration as we continue improving the home for guests who enjoy preparing meals during their stay. Thank you for the strong recommendation. We’re delighted you enjoyed your visit and would be happy to welcome your family back for another trip.
