The condo is very nice. It was like walking into the pictures online.The location is close to stores and restaurants. Terry and Francine were always available for questions. Best place I have stayed!

Had a wonderful stay at this location, the unit was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable as it felt like home if not better. The unit was centrally located with shopping, gyms, and amenities very close by. The décor was lovely as the kitchen, BBQ, and all the appliances were all user friendly. If you’re looking for a great and comfortable place to stay in the central coast, this location is for you.

Nice apartment. As pictured. Located right on a busy street though, so there is quite a bit of road noise during the day. Which was sometimes disruptive as we were working nights and sleeping during the day. Other than that it was well appointed, clean and close to everything. Easy access to freeway. Owners are quick to respond.

Arroyo Grande

I enjoyed my time in Arroyo Grande. Seeing a slice of the ocean, since this space is the top floor of the building, was a treat. Being able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, a pharmacy and much more allowed me to often leave my car in the garage. On a warm afternoon sitting on the deck, watching a sunset, was a relaxing break. You are 10 minutes from "The Village" in AG, and the beach. Highway 101 is 3 minutes away. The property managers were quick to reply to any request before and during my stay. Review the listing. Ask questions. Enjoy!

Home Away From Home

This condo is so beautifully appointed. The furnishings and the decor and the floors and the art work are so nice. The balcony is a nice size and we love the bbq and the firepit and the views. You are really in the middle of the city with interesting action all around you and a quiet respite inside. It was great to be so close to absolutely everything, Having a garage was a bonus. We like the neighbors, too.

February escape from Central NY Winter

I totally enjoyed my stay in this warm and cozy condo, so much so that I’ve already rebooked for Feb ‘24. A friend joined me for a few days. Loved the proximity to the beach, highway, shopping. Loved being on the top floor with the gorgeous view of the distant ocean, sand dunes and even sunsets. I wholeheartedly agree with the two previous reviews from Clare W. And Tobi U. While there’s a couple comments referring to street traffic noise, my permanent home is in a quiet neighborhood but I was pretty oblivious to the traffic and there wasn’t any noise at night even w/sleeping often with the patio door cracked open. Highly recommend renting w/Francine and Terry.

Winter get-away

Very comfortable condo; stayed 1-1/2 months; great, convenient location; private garage is a plus; bright and sunny with distant views of the ocean and sand dunes. The owners were very lovely, accommodating and helpful, but not intrusive. Quality cotton linens and towels; nicely decorated with nautical theme; kitchen fully supplied; in-condo washer/dryer, all great amenities. Highly recommended!

Nice Condo; Convenient Location

The owners are delightful and very quick to respond to any needs that arise. They've paid attention to detail (kitchen well stocked; comfy bed; nice linens and towels, etc.). The condo has a distant view of the ocean from kitchen & dining room windows and from the deck. The deck has a comfortable love seat, fire pit and BBQ. Oh, and there's a big garage to safely park your car with room left to store your bikes and beach gear! This condo is also very convenient to highway access and shopping ... including Trader Joes. I enjoyed my two month stay very much and hope to return in the future. (Possible negative: The condo is located on an emergency vehicle thoroughfare so sirens are pretty much a daily event. I wasn't bothered by them and I was NEVER woken up by them. They just make a "bleeping" sound when passing during evening hours but I thought it was worth mentioning in case it will bother you.)

Really lovely condo with a lovely deck

Although we were close to everything and we thought the condo complex was quiet and nice too, it was on a busy street. That was the only drawback but our stay was certainly pleasant. Very attentive owners too.

Great spot for a long stay

I stayed here for about 8 weeks while working at a local hospital in the Central Coast, this spring. It was a great spot for a working professional. Comfortable beds, and big bathrooms. Beautifully decorated condo. Keyless entry made for easy coming and going and garage fit my mid-size SUV nicely. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything you could need - up to and including a wine fridge, with plenty of cupboard space for personal groceries, as well. Access to the deck from dining area and master bedroom makes for a great design. It was a cool spring, so I did not enjoy the outdoor space as much as I wanted to, but it's a pretty great space with a gas fire and twinkle lights. Conveniently located in the Central Coast, close to hiking trails and wineries. A great spot to say for anything you're looking for while visiting or living in the the area.

Very nice ptoperty. Best equipped kitchen we have seen.

TRULY EXCEPTIONAL ON THE CENTRAL COAST

On par with luxury hotel accommodations. Beautifully remodeled and decorated. All conveniences and "equipment." This is a gem. Great location, super convenient to stores, restaurants and of course the beach. Exceptional owners as well.

Three Months in AG

We enjoyed our stay at Terry and Francines condo. They were always responsive and helpful. When a smoke/CO alarm went off (unit failed) Terry came over the next day to replace it. The unit is clean, well equipped and close to beach, stores and other needs. It was perfect for us while we stayed to visit family and avoid our harsh winters. Alot to be said for having a two stall garage available too. Hope to return next spring.
