Poipu Sands # 427 is een luxe appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 grote master suites. Beide hebben aangrenzende complete badkamers en de gehele unit werd gerenoveerd in de zomer van 2009 met nieuw tapijt en meubels geïnstalleerd in januari 2015. Dit is een zeer mooie woning, met prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de Lanai en het interieur van de eenheid. Keuken is volledig up-to-date en biedt voldoende ruimte en voorzieningen.

Privétennisbanen en een groot zwembad dat nooit druk is, zijn slechts twee van de geweldige dingen van het Poipu Sands-complex. Het Grand Hyatt Resort en Spa ligt ten oosten van het pand en is absoluut prachtig. Veel leuke restaurants en dingen om te doen, 's ochtends koffie,' s avonds hula shows en muziek! Happy hour op de Lanai en de Poipu Bay golfbaan van wereldklasse ligt op 5 minuten lopen. Shipwreck Beach ligt net buiten de voordeur en op slechts een korte wandeling naar het zandstrand. Poipu Sands # 427 is een ruim en up-to-date appartement met 2 slaapkamers dat u zult ontmoeten voldoet aan alle verwachtingen voor uw droomvakantie in Kauai!

Host was very quick at communicating, the unit had everything we needed! You can’t beat the location, we watched the sunrise every morning from the lanai and went for morning walks on the path along the ocean. We highly recommend staying here, great for families or adults thank you!!

Aid conditioner in bedrooms was great, rest of unit was hot and muggy. Had fans running and it helped. Didn't find the pool until the last day but gave it a try, was a little cool.

Stayed for the Kauai half marathon and had a lovely time. It was very close to the shuttle taking people to the starting line and I was able to make my own breakfast before the race.

Great ocean view with close proximity to Grand Hyatt Kauai

Great place to stay, view was amazing -definitely has a 70’s vibe to it. The couch was very comfortable. Bedrooms could use some updating, Listing says AC but need to read the particulars/fine print as it was just portable AC units in the bedrooms. Beach towels were available to use. Pool was great. Very close to the Grand Hyatt which has great restaurants and amazing beach. Coffe was not provided so make sure you bring your own.

Nice enough, but needs some things

Condo is described as luxury. it’s nice, but luxury it is not. AC is only by portable units in bedrooms only. Bathrooms, kitchen and living area can get warm. Yes, there are ocean breezes if the doors or open, but it was misleading IMO to market it has having AC when the entire unit does not. On a 5 star scale, it is probably more like 3 3/4 stars. Nice, yes. Luxury, not really. The Grand Hyatt next door is where I would stay in the future.

Great location on property, next to Hyatt, so many walking path options to Hyatt, shipwreck beach and poipu beach. Great home base, very comfortable. Management company qas very heloful as well.

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Construction!

They were re-roofing the building. Over the weekend it was fine. There was a lot of equipment around, but that was ok. Then on Monday there was construction all day! There was loud banging, equipment beeping and debris all over the ground. Also the smell of the port-a-potty was a little overwhelming! I felt while they were doing that building they should not have it rented. It also was disappointing that the whole unit was not air conditioned, only portable a/c units in the bedrooms.

Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!

Best balcony with ocean view!

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and had all the amenities, great location with walking distance to beach and walking paths. And one of my favorite parts: the HUGE balcony with ocean views, lounge chair and high top table to eat meals at. Great value for the amount of space you get. Feels private. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was stunning! The condo had everything we needed. We loved Puka Dog and Da Crack for fairly cheap eats and seeing the turtles on Poi’pu Beach each evening. Mountain Tubing and the Rum Safari Tour were both an absolute blast. We did a Resort Pass to the Grand Hyatt right next to the condo one day and that was so nice. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice and clean and had all the amenities, we were impressed to even have beach chairs. One of our concerns was no air conditioning but they supplied fans and we could air out the condo in the evening so it was comfortable. The bbq’s outside are brand new and a short walk. The rental company was usually quick to respond to questions. Unfortunately, after paying for a late departure it was cancelled on us two days before our departure. They did set us up at the athletic club to store our belongings and gave us a refund but it hampered our last day plans due to the inconvenience.Would definitely stay again it is a great location and quiet grounds, short walk to shipwreck beach for sunrises.
