Kai Nui is een stijlvolle 2800 m², 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers huis gelegen in de Lanai Villas gedeelte van de prachtige Poipu Kai Resort Gemeenschap. Perfect gelegen voor diegenen die willen wandelen naar het strand of alle andere Poipu Kai-voorzieningen. Hoewel je de oceaanhorizon niet kunt zien, kun je in de verte zeker de geluiden van de branding horen, die de hele sfeer een vredige rust geven. Dit huis is het perfecte toevluchtsoord voor gezinnen en is ideaal voor stellen en vrienden die samen op vakantie zijn, want het biedt een aantal veelzijdige beddenconfiguraties, waaronder twee beschutte slaapportieken waarmee u kunt genieten van de geluiden en geuren van onze eilandtropen.

De open luchtige woonkamer heeft rondom ramen die veel natuurlijk licht creëren en zorgen voor een briesje om de boel koel te houden. De keuken is onlangs gerenoveerd en zal uw maaltijdvoorbereiding tot een droom maken. De grote slaapkamer is gebouwd voor privacy en bevindt zich op de bovenverdieping. De 2 kamers bevinden zich op de benedenverdieping, elk met een eigen badkamer.

Een korte wandeling naar het groene pad leidt je naar The Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa en Keoneloa Bay, terwijl je in de tegenovergestelde richting naar Brennecke's Beach en Poipu Beach Park gaat voor wat zwemmen, snorkelen en plezier in de zon! 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 doubles Geschikt voor maximaal 10

The accommodations were very nice and it was well stocked , however the WiFi didn't work and we had a person on the trip who was working from home , also the screens were broken so the house was filled with mosquitoes every night

Peaceful Location in the Middle of It All

Ocean breezes and stargazing at night and SHipwreck Beach was an enjoyable walk or a quick drive away. This location was a great launching point for things like catamaran tours of the napali coast and for helicopter tours that depart from Lihue. Also so close to all of the great restaurants in Poipu - 5 minute drive away.As for the accommodations, We are a family of 5 with all boys and two college age, the three large bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. But This home would easily accommodate two young families with the parents in the king bedrooms and all the kids piled in the bunk room that also has a king in addition to bunk beds. The garage was packed with everything you could possibly need for the beach. We loaded up the wagon with beach towels, umbrellas, chairs for all of us, boogie boards and snorkle gear everyday.

Great Space

We loved our stay. The bedrooms on the porches are the best features as you can enjoy the night time air and stars while under your covers. Location was perfect, and we highly would recommend it.

Birthday trip for sister

Great stay with all of the family, plus grandma and aunt and uncle. We appreciated all of the extras that the owner provided. ie: shampoo, conditioner, etc. We had a great stay!!

Wonderful family vacation

This house worked great for our family of 10 ranging from 6-72 in age. Much to do in area. Really appreciated availability of beach towels and toys and snorkeling equipment. Home has an open feel with lots of windows for views and air flow. Bedrooms very comfortable.

Beautiful location

The property and location were perfect for our family. The home was a perfect homebase to explore the Island. Walking distance to beaches. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. The bikes, towels and beach gear were so helpful. Kitchen was great and we BBQ’d every night. We will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful home to spend our extended family vacation in. Perfect layout and the bunkbeds were great for the kids. Loved having access to extras like beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, wagon for little kids, etc. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood and close to everything. The paved walking path to the pool and beach was great! Highly recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful stay with family

Our family had three generations staying in this lovely, spacious house. Great for sunrises and sunsets on the balconies, cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, dinner on the deck, and games inside. Short walks along the green belt to Brennecke’s and Poipu as well as Shipwreck Beach, with a nice assortment of beach gear available to borrow. Management was very helpful and responsive. It was a wonderful stay!

Kauai delight

The home was as advertised. Perfect for 3 adult couples. Home was centrally locate for all activities on the island, well stocked for cooking, and had beach accessories for an easy day at the beach. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!
