Resterende zomerweken kortingen !!! Geniet van onze luxe, aan het strand, 12e verdieping appartement gelegen in de gewilde west-einde van Panama City Beach met een groot balkon (grootste in Panama City Beach), en een prachtig uitzicht!

Wanneer u onze prachtig ingerichte eenheid binnenstapt, wordt u getroffen door het prachtige uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico! De open lay-out van ons appartement biedt u een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit bijna elke woonruimte. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle gemakken van thuis, samen met prachtige granieten werkbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten en nieuwe kasten. U hebt directe toegang tot ons extra grote balkon van 10 x 28 inch via de woonkamer en ook de grote slaapkamer. Ons balkon is de perfecte plek om van uw ontbijt te genieten, ontspannen middagen door te brengen en prachtige zonsondergangen te bekijken terwijl u luistert naar de vredige geluiden van de oceaangolven!

Onze eenheid is rookvrij. 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers appartement slaapt comfortabel acht personen met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, twee full size bedden in de logeerkamer en een koningin slaper in de woonkamer.

Geniet tijdens uw verblijf van 15 maart - 31 oktober van een gratis parasolservice met 2 gewatteerde ligstoelen. Extra stoelen zijn in de flat voor uw gebruik, evenals strandlakens en strandspeelgoed.

Voor uw gemak wordt het appartement ook geleverd met een gratis gereserveerde, overdekte parkeerplaats op slechts een paar meter van de liften.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. Great spot, great location, the other people i met in the building were very nice. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna onsite. Decor and amenities in the unit were everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. I absolutely loved it. Parking deck is a bit tight but otherwise its perfect.

Overall the condo was great. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels. The condo was very, very clean. The host was great. Responded to our call immediately. Loved being close to the elevator. The balcony was just perfect! Loved all the table and chairs. View can't be beat. Saw dolphins and even a manatee! The beach chairs are a plus for sure!The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture. The sofa is pretty saggy and could also use a new mattress in the primary bedroom.

We were looking for a beachfront property we could use as a weekend getaway or to spend the winter months. Tropic Winds satisfied both requirements. We are both still working and aren’t able to enjoy our condo nearly as much as we would like. We made the decision to rent our condo out when available and hope we can provide a great vacation experience to our guests.

We’ve traveled to beaches around the world and found that the clean emerald water and soft white sand of Panama City Beach provided one of the best beach experiences we’ve had. We chose Tropic Winds because of it desirable Oceanfront location on the West end of the beach. It is one of the newest in all of PCB. The Oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and living areas are unmatched.

Tropic Winds offers some of the largest Oceanfront balconies in all of PCB. The layout of the condo was extremely functional, offering a great use of space and spectacular views. The reserved, covered parking just steps from the elevator made the decision all that much easier. The location is close to Pier Park and has easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach Road. The building has a sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sun deck and a huge hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills are provided for shared use on the ocean side.
