Real Escapes Properties is er trots op om deze zeer wenselijke cottage op één niveau met de toepasselijke naam "The Beach House" aan te bieden! The Beach House ligt aan Bruce Drive in de immer populaire, maar steeds veranderende wijk East Beach. Dit klassieke eilandhuisje ligt in het hart van de wijk en bevindt zich op slechts 1,5 km van St. De beste stranden van Simons Island.

The Beach House heeft een grote gezellige veranda ingericht met voldoende stoelen en rockers om gemakkelijk een van je favoriete rustplekken in dit huisje te worden! Zodra u binnenkomt, merkt u meteen de overvloed aan ramen langs de zijkant en achterkant van de eethoek, waardoor dit helder en aangenaam is. De open en luchtige plattegrond met veel ruimte voor uw familie en vrienden om te bezoeken is mooi ingericht.

De eetkamer biedt plaats aan 6 aan tafel en 3 barkrukken aan het aanrecht. De keuken is klaar voor gebruik en biedt bijna alles wat je maar kunt bedenken: een koffiezetapparaat met druppelaar, een broodrooster, een vaatwasser, een magnetron en nog veel meer! Ga rechts door de gang en je passeert een kast met vouwdeuren die het wascentrum herbergt - grote wasmachine en droger. Uw eerste complete badkamer bevindt zich aan uw linkerzijde en slaapkamer # 1 ligt recht voor u uit.

Slaapkamer # 1 is voorzien van een queensize bed, een plafondventilator, een grote inloopkast en een tv. Je ziet dat het open dek net voorbij de "muur van ramen" is. Zodra u uw weg naar het tegenovergestelde einde van de gang vindt, vindt u de grote slaapkamer met kingsize bed. Deze mooie slaapkamer is comfortabel en ruim en beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste badkamer, een plafondventilator en een grote inloopkast.

Voordat u zich gaat settelen voor de avond, kunt u genieten van de veranda op het volledige scherm net buiten de achterdeur. Veel zitplaatsen, plafondventilator en een tafel met een vaste stoelen. Het is een geweldige plek voor een familieroomijsavond! Voldoende parkeergelegenheid aan de voorkant van deze woning en extra plek aan de achterkant.

Needed getaway

After not having a vacation for three years and then recently having hip surgery, I needed a place for some R&R. The spot was perfect. It had a beach cart all the beach chairs, and needs and only a block away from the beach nice offstreet parking wonderful porches.

We spent a lot of time on the front porch! I do think the bedrooms and baths could use a little TLC. They looked a little tired and I don't imagine the linen comforter is cleaned after every guest. The dishwasher had mold inside and needed a good cleaning. None of these things stopped us from rebooking next year!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place for two couple. I suggest that the owner invest in new pillows which would make for more comfortable sleeping. Otherwise it was all good.

The most perfect little cottage for us girls. In a safe neighborhood, beautiful walk to the beach, gorgeous front porch to relax and have coffee in the morning. We really couldn’t have asked for anymore.
