My stay was very cozy

Great stay especially because I had to book after checking out at another property due to lack of comfortability

Exactly as described right in the heart of South Beach. Right on Ocean Drive where all the activity is at. Across the street from the beach, the location is 2nd to none. The host os very responsive an we would stay here again. Highly recommended. Thanks

Thanks for your feedback—we're glad the location worked well for your trip, especially being close to the beach, food, and your event. Sorry to hear about the noise at night; we’re looking into ways to reduce that for a better night’s rest.

Perfect location on Ocean St across from the beach and the center of South Beach life! Room is exactly as listed. Beds and sheets are soo comfortable. Mini kitchen is nice. Very responsive host. It is a little difficult figuring out where to check in so more specific instructions would be helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Just right for a few days in SoBe

Room is as advertised. Owners were attentive to our needs and replaced a broken hairdryer very quickly. If you like a party, it’s in the center of it all, but far away from Ocean Drive that the noise was not so bad.

2/10 – Verschrikkelijk

Positief: Locatie
Negatief: Netheid, inchecken en communicatie
Host knew we were arriving late - passed midnight. They sent 5 automated messages about what to expect but no mention of having to walk down an alley to get to lobby to check in. And then they say call or text if you need anything but when we needed someone the most they were not there & never replied.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration you experienced upon arrival — especially after midnight. Late check-ins should feel smooth and supported, not stressful. While check-in details were sent in advance, it’s clear that the directions were not as intuitive as they should have been, particularly regarding the path to the lobby. We take this seriously and are already reviewing our instructions to make them clearer and more guest-friendly for late arrivals. I’m also very sorry that you were unable to reach us when you needed assistance. This is not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide, and we are addressing this internally to ensure guests can always reach support when it matters most. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us improve the experience for future guests.

Birthday in Miami @ South Beach

First of all I had NO IDEA it was spring break when booking trip! With that said…. We had a blast!!! I could not have gotten a better hotel in a better location. I was so Happy with our choice of hotel!!! Full apartment room , super clean, excellent location. In the middle of the strip, directly across the street from the entrance onto South Beach. A ton of restaurants down stairs. You can see the water from your balcony. Plenty of options and choices to get just about anything you can think of . Definitely my best birthday vacation ever. I would definitely come back! Especially for the price! I turned 47 and have stayed in a good amount of hotels through the years & location wise…. Absolute best!!! Staff was so kind and helpful. A million stars all around!!!!
