Thank you for your feedback. We will add more teaspoons to the inventory. The hot tub works fine. You just need to hit the up and down arrows to set the temp to the desired temps. Our team normally sets to 100F. Please be advised that this home is very busy and we do perform drain and refills frequently. On a same day back to back turnover, if a drain and refill was performed, depending on the season and temp of the water through the tap, it may take half a day to fully heat up. The pool is constantly set to 85F which is warmer than most commercial pools. However, it may feel different being indoors compared to outdoors. The heater has a digital readout and the temperature is never changed. So it should never be 70 unless the pool heater is broken which it is not. While 70 is tolerable, in an indoor pool, 70 would not be pleasurable for your kids.

Hi Stephen. Our team is typically highly responsive. We weren't able to find any past messages on VRBO or by text message from you. We're very sorry for your experience. We hope that you can understand this is almost entirely mother nature related due to the extreme back to back major winter storms. In the past 30 day period during your stay, we have received more snow than in the entire season past 10 years. What this has created, during your stay: 1. County plows could not keep up. Neighborhoods such as yours was impassable for several days until the county plows caught up. 2. If the road is impassable, our snow removal service cannot get to the home to plow until the roads are plowed. 3. The regional widespread power outage is completely outside of our control. Everybody in the region lost power for about the same time. 4. If the roads are impassable, then our maintenance crews cannot restock the ice melt. During times of extreme snow, it is expected that all ice melt will be used regardless of how much we supply. While Tahoe is among the snowiest places on earth, the town was not prepared for this type of record breaking amounts of snow. We do know that the City and County Administrators have been discussing ways to ensure these type of paralysis is improved.
