Ons appartement is het appartement dat Elvis koos als zijn privésuite in Nashville. Onlangs gerenoveerd, met een slaapkamer, dicht bij het centrum (Broadway), op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Versierd met memorabilia voor de muziek van het land, alle nieuwe meubels in september 2018. Comfortabel kingsize bed en zeer comfortabele queensize slaapbank (geen staven) met traagschuimmatras. Zeer goed gevuld met borden, kookgerei, linnengoed. Snel en veilig internet. Kabel TV. Gratis parkeren op het terrein. Wij zijn gevestigd op de zesde verdieping van het historische Spence Manor-gebouw, dat oorspronkelijk was gebouwd als een vijfsterrenhotel voor Elvis om te verblijven toen hij opnam in RCA Studio B. Andere notabelen die in Spence Manor verbleven zijn onder meer The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson en nog veel meer. Het gebouw is omgebouwd tot zelfstandige appartementen. Het is leuk om "thuis" terug te keren naar een rustig appartement. De locatie is erg gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum, waar countrymuziek heerst, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University en The Gulch. Broadway met zijn vele honky-tonks, bevindt zich op ongeveer anderhalve kilometer afstand, gewoonlijk een $ 5-6 Uber / Lyft-rit. Veel platenmaatschappijen en uitgeverijen, evenals restaurants en bars, bevinden zich binnen het blok. Een gitaarvormig zwembad verwelkomt je, meestal van mei tot eind september. Dit kan variëren, afhankelijk van het weer. Wasmachine / droger in condo, strijkijzer, strijkplank, haardroger en linnengoed voorzien. Grote inloopkast. Zicht op het gitaarvormige zwembad en het aangrenzende park Owen Bradley vanuit zowel de woonkamer als de slaapkamer. TV is geschikt voor NetFlix. De badkamer heeft zowel een inloopdouche en een apart bad. De lay-out van het bad biedt privacy met drie gebieden: bad en douche, toilet en ijdelheid. BBQ-grill in het zwembad. De keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser, een fornuis, een koelkast en een magnetron boven het fornuis. We zijn sinds de jaren negentig actief op de korte termijnverhuur en zijn trots op de netheid en het comfort dat onze verhuur onze gasten biedt.

I stayed a week for eye surgery. The condo was spacious for two for a week, the kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable bed. About a mile from tootsies and we walked to John Daly’s. Easy uber everywhere. Great covered parking. The host answered my many questions promptly. We binge watched a lot of tv - great location for going out or staying in.

Nashville is amazing

We personally loved the location of this property. Outside looking in vantage point. 20 minute walks to Midtown, Gulch, Broadway. UBER can get you to the places easily as well. The condo was clean, updated and had everything for our 3 night stay. We had a great time hiking, concerts, bars, and Grand Ole Opry. We will be back!

This condo was an excellent condo and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and walkable to Broadway and surrounding places. The instructions were sent ahead of time a couple days in advance, which was great and made it very easy to access the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean. We rated it a four out or five stars as the bed was not overly comfortable. It felt a little worn out. They were doing maintenance on the hot water system the day we were checking out. We had no hot water to shower. Contacted Carlos. He was quick to respond. He told us he was informed only 5 minutes ago and was sorry for the inconvenience.

Moms Trip!

The condo was perfect for our small group of Moms. Pull out couch was very nice. The place is spacious and we loved how the bathroom was separated into three areas. It’s makes it so much easier with multiple adults getting ready together. Someone was able to shower while the rest of us were getting ready. The toilet was even in a separate room. The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, sports bars and night life. Broadway is within walking distance or a short Uber ride. We will definitely come back and stay next year. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and communicate with.

Perfect Location & Amazing Host

Husband and I took a road trip to Nashville for a concert at Geodis Park & made plans to do a lot of the tourist things while visiting. This condo is beautiful, has everything you need for a comfy stay and is a very short drive to all of the things to see and do in Nashville. We were able to tour the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, Gibson Garage, Carter’s Guitars, have dinner on the General Jackson Riverboat and check out the Opry Mills Mall. We had a wonderful bucket list trip! The owners/hosts were very responsive to any inquiries which made our trip so much easier! We will definitely be back to visit again!

Great Music Row location!

Condo was exactly as described. Clean with lots of extras. Loved the guitar pool! Location is great - you can walk to many places including Broadway if you don't mind a bit longer walk (about 1 mile) or Uber was pretty cheap from here. Outside of the building looks like what it is - older building from the 70's but the condo itself was updated and had a fun Elvis/music theme.

CMA Fest stay

The stay here was clean and comfortable We came here for the CMA fest and really enjoyed ourselves. Just a great location with a beautiful pool to relax from the summer heat. It sits atop Music Row which is so close and was our first stop after check in. It was a mile walk to broadway action and even less to Whole Foods for some needed items. Thank you definitely recommend.

We are retired school teachers from Tallahassee, FL, who have been married 49+ years. We love to travel and go to different cities for our anniversary each year. We visited Nashville on one trip and have since bought two condos in the same building for short-term rentals. We have two grown children who have provided us with four marvelous grandkids.

We love country music and fell in love with Nashville on our first visit. Our condo is within walking distance of downtown, but in a quiet area. The pool, adjacent park and nearby bars and restaurants make it even more enjoyable.
