Welkom in ons gezellige huisje aan het strand, direct gelegen aan een van de beste stranden die Lake Erie te bieden heeft! We bevinden ons ongeveer 2 uur ten zuiden van Toronto of 1 uur buiten Hamilton aan de Niagara South Coast. Een zeer gemakkelijke reis naar het strand zonder het gedoe van plattelandjes in het platteland!

Ons strand is particulier eigendom met helder, ondiep water dat warm is en perfect voor gezinnen die op het strand willen doorbrengen. De zonsondergangen en het zand zijn hier echt uitstekend. Het prachtige zandstrand is ideaal om te zonnebaden, zandkastelen te bouwen of een wandeling langs het strand te maken. Geniet van kajakken op rustige dagen of bodysurfen in de golven wanneer de branding begint. Op winderige dagen biedt Long Beach enkele van de beste windsurfen en kitesurfen in Ontario. Geniet van een diner op het terras aan het strand met uitzicht op het meer, 's avonds roosteren marshmallows boven de vuurplaats of in de hot tub onder de sterren.



Onze onlangs gerenoveerde cottage van 1600 m² biedt een open concept begane grond met een fantastisch uitzicht op het meer vanuit de keuken, de eetkamer en de woonkamer. De keuken is goed gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft, waaronder een vaatwasser en een nieuwe BBQ op het dek.

Word wakker met het geluid van de golven in de grote slaapkamer met uitzicht op het meer. Deze slaapkamer heeft ook een slaapbank voor extra slaapruimte en een eigen badkamer. Er zijn twee extra slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping en een 4e slaapkamer op de hoofdverdieping naast een tweede 3-delige badkamer.

Naast de spectaculaire ligging aan het strand, ons huisje ligt dicht bij vele nabijgelegen attracties, waaronder Niagara Wine Country en Niagara Falls. Lokaal kunt u genieten van een diner bij dj's, een hapje en een partij minigolf bij The Hungry Putter of een ijshoorn bij Concessi's, allemaal op loopafstand van het strand. Een rit van 25 minuten naar Jordanië brengt u naar het hart van het wijnland.

This was our third stay at this beautiful beach property in Wainfleet, and it continues to be a favorite for our family! The home is always clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. We especially loved the new addition of the ping pong table and foosball in the basement—such a fun bonus for all. Each year, this property feels more and more like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back again!

perfect for relaxing and sightseeing

We arrived in snow, a partially frozen lake and a beautifully sunset over the lake. The beach house was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed. The beach is great for a relaxing stroll and we never tired of the view. A fantastic place for our family to recharge and plenty to keep the teenagers occupied.

Great place

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was fully equipped and in a beautiful location. The amenities were a wonderful bonus. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table and kayaks. The fire pit was also enjoyable! It was a quiet location but still close enough to get to Niagara Falls. Beautiful place!

It's a great property. The pictures don't really do it justice. Spacious and very well maintained. Lots of beach/water toys available. You really just need to bring some clothes and food and everything else is there for you!

Our third time staying here, we love it. Cottage is comfortable, clean and has amazing views of the water. This might be the best beach in Canada. Lovely, clear, warm, sandy bottom, shallow, not too busy. Beautiful sunsets. We will be back next year!

Perfect long weekend

We enjoyed walking the beach and sitting by the fire at night. Niagara Falls is just a short, easy drive away. Definitely check out Smokin’ Buddha in Port Colbourne- delicious food in a chill atmosphere. We also cooked several meals in the cottage as they had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

Wonderful week

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Long Beach. Entertaining friends and family was so easy in such comfortable surroundings. The younger kids had a blast learning to surf while the older folks loved long walks on the beach and afternoons by the water’s edge. Perfect place to relax and just enjoy being together. Our guests are already asking about next time.

Perfect beach spot

Gorgeous beach view with spectacular sunsets. Lake breezes kept us cool on the mostly-shaded patio in hot weather. Smooth sand bottom for wading the waves and swimming. House is lovely and spacious, very comfortable. What a great change of pace for us. We will be back!!

Great lakefront location!

This Cottage is just what we needed for a relaxing girls weekend away. It was extremely clean, well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor space was fantastic. The pictures on their site don't do it justice. The outside of the cottage looks old and playing but the inside definitely makes up for it. The only suggestion I would make is to have a wheeled cart available by the garage to carry all of our belongings to the cottage because the driveway does not meet up with the house. Other than that you will not be disappointed with this place. The host was also great.

A Lovely Week

Our recent stay at the cottage on Long Beach was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was the private beach access - it was just a short stroll away from the cottage. Long Beach lived up to its name, and we enjoyed walks along the shoreline, soaking in the picturesque sunsets that painted the sky with vibrant hues. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. In the evenings, we gathered around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. The owners were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were very responsive when we reached out to them. We've stayed at this beach house several times, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to vacation. The location is fantastic, the house is comfortable and well appointed, and we've always had a wonderful experience here.This stay was no exception overall, although there were a few minor items worth mentioning. The upstairs master bedroom had quite a few bugs, which looked like a window may have been left open before our arrival. There were also a few food and drink items left in the refrigerator,and the freezer was a little sticky.These were all relatively small issues and didn't impact our enjoyment of the trip. We appreciate how well this home is usually maintained, which is why we wanted to mention them. We love staying here and look forward to returning again in the future.
