LET OP: tijdens het zomerseizoen van 1 juni - 24 augustus accepteren wij check-ins en check-outs alleen op zaterdag, met uitzondering van het Blue Angels-weekend met een minimum van 3 nachten.

Onze lichte en vrolijke appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van uw ontspannende vakantie op Pensacola Beach, waar het witte zand en het blauwe water uw zorgen vervagen. Sans Souci betekent "zonder zorgen" en het is ons doel om uw verblijf volledig zorgeloos te maken. Geniet vanaf het balkon op de 3e verdieping van een prachtig uitzicht op het westen. Loop recht naar het strand - geen behoefte om de straat over te steken! Ons gebouw ligt direct aan de golf. Alles wat je nodig hebt is inbegrepen: handdoeken, linnengoed, boeken, keukengerei en een wasmachine en droger in de keuken. We hebben een kast vol strandspeelgoed, drijvers en stoelen, zodat je niet zoveel hoeft in te pakken. We wonen op enkele minuten afstand en zijn beschikbaar om te helpen met alles wat u nodig heeft, of we kunnen volledig onafhankelijk zijn, wat u maar wilt. De grootste slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met een bad en een kingsize bed met een pack 'n play-wieg. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. Er is ook een complete badkamer in de hal. De bank in de woonkamer is een slaper. Slechts een korte rit aan de overkant van de straat om de beste zeevruchten op het strand van Peg Leg Pete's.

We gebruiken een ecobee slimme thermostaat om de warmte en a / c te regelen. Er is een sensor in elke kamer die de temperatuur bewaakt.

We raden je aan een reisverzekering af te sluiten als je tijdens het orkaanseizoen (1 juni - 30 november) Pensacola Beach bezoekt. Als een grote storm onze kant op komt, zijn er meestal verplichte evacuaties van het strand.

Wij zijn geen vastgoedbeheerbedrijf. Dit apparaat is ons persoonlijke thuis weg van huis. Houd er rekening mee dat er soms momenten zijn waarop we niet meteen kunnen reageren omdat we aan het werk zijn, maar we zullen er alles aan doen om u een 5-sterrenverblijf te bieden volgens de VRBO / HomeAwaysrichtlijnen.

This condo was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had, even recommended places we could eat. The view from the balcony was great because you not only could see (and hear) the ocean, but also could see the bay. Music can be heard from the balcony at night from Peg Leg Pete’s which is also a great place to eat. There is also a Tom Thumb convenience store across the street. This condo balcony also overlooks the pool and hot tub which are also nice. I definitely plan to return!

Todd was amazing with communication from booking until check out! The condo has tons of extras, like beach towels, chairs/umbrella, cooler (I could go on and on) and even all the pots/pans for your seafood night! If you want to be at San Souci definitely rent this condo, you won’t regret it!

Great relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect place for first ever sisters’ trip. Great condo with every possible amenity and easy beach access. No thinking was required - grocery store and restaurants close by. Lovely patio to sit out on and look at the beach or the sunset. Loved our stay and will be back.

As a mom with multiple small kids this was the most ideal place we have ever stayed. The beach is steps away making it convenient to go down and see the ocean whenever we want, the pool was clean and large and the kids favorite spot. I could still enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony while the kids napped. The place is clean, in perfect location, and check in/check out is very simple.

Great Family Beach Trip

This property was great and exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kiddos under the age of 3. Having access to the storage closet was a huge bonus. Thanks for providing a great place to stay and make fun memories as a family!

Great view

Beautiful views of the gulf and sunset from the balcony. Perfect location right on the gulf beach but not far from the bay either. Many local eateries and shopping close by. Peg Legs across the street is great! Hosts were very responsive to any questions and the property was exactly as described. Definitely coming back!

Weekend getaway

We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach. The owners were quick to respond and easy to work with. Everything in the condo was just as pictured. There was plenty of room for this family of 5. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

First time vrbo users! Wonderful experience!

This was our first time using vrbo for a vacation rental. It was a little different than what we’re used to but we were very pleased and will rent again in the future. The condo owner was very helpful and considerate. The property was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The host could not have been any more helpful. Condo was spacious and airy. Balcony for sunset was spectacular. Little things like spice rack and beach towels were a perfect touch.

Wonderful Fall Getaway

We were so pleased with our time at this property. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful leading up to the booking and during our time there. The end unit was quiet, and offered a great view of the sunset and space to have outdoor meals. I love that the hosts went out of their way to label items inside the condo and to provide helpful instructions for the t.v. Also--the proximity to the beach and the laid back, family-friendly environment was perfect for us. Thank you!

Excellent Condo

Check-in was not until 4:00pm but the owners texted us saying the condo was available early. We were grateful since we were already in town staying with relatives at their condo! The location was great. We walked across the street to a convenience store and a great restaurant. More essentials were provided than we were expecting, which was a very nice bonus. The condo was clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again! Oh, and the view from the balcony was magnificent!!

Beautiful condo and a great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the San Souci. It was beautifully decorated with a tropical theme which created a very comfortable atmosphere. It is close to, but not in the middle of all the action, yet it is across the street from Peg Leg Pete's and a Tom Thumb convenience store, not to mention it is on the beach. The gulf water is crystal clear and the soft white sand is exquisite. Can't beat the location. The food and ambiance at popular Peg Leg's is wonderful and you won't have to wait for a parking spot. We also recommend visitors take the time to go to Ft. Pickens at the end of the island; it's a step back in time and into history. Who knew there were forts there in the Civil War!

Cozy Condo and Responsive Owners

The condo was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, including toiletries, detergent, and beach equipment! Even though, we didn’t use all of the amenities. The washer and dryer was nice and seems new. We had an extra sense of security with a keypad gate to the community. We can tell that the owners care based on the other reviews and improvements done. They were very responsive. This is what you would want from owners. Also, we arrived about an hour early and texted if we could check in and we were able to. Thank you for a seamless and accommodating stay!

Great location but needs better cleaning crew

The place was adequate in size, but we only slept there as we spent all of our time at the beach or the pool, which were both very lovely. Appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker. The master shower is small, but works well if you make sure to keep the curtain inside the shower. One recommendation to the owners is to get a new cleaning crew. I don’t think they shake the area rugs out or vacuum under them as the floor had a lot of dirt under the rug which our crawling infant found very quickly. The fan blades were caked with dust. There was mold around the shower handles in the master bath, also. The sliding door had greasy marks all over it. They may also want to address the cracked sink bowl in the master bath.

What a wonder property and location!!!We stayed here for the Blue Angel airshow and couldn’t have been more pleased. Didn’t have to deal with any post show traffic. Awesome having Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant right across the road. We are there 2 nights to keep from driving. Beautiful view of the water and bay. Super clean. Large pool!Loved the storage closet in the garage with all the beach chairs!!!! Nice perk!Super quick response to questions. Highly recommend staying here. I would definitely book again if we were back in the area.
