Welkom bij Maui! 3 slaapkamers, 1 bad uniek, gezellig, ontspannen, schoon en comfortabel strandhuis gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand! Loop over en leer surfen of geniet elke ochtend van een wandeling op het strand. Ons huis is perfect voor de ontspannen lokale Maui-vakantie. Centraal gelegen in het hart van Kihei. Op loopafstand van de branding van de baai en Kalama Park, lokale stranden, restaurants en veel winkelmogelijkheden.

Eigenaars / manager wonen op het terrein en zullen er alles aan doen om u te begroeten wanneer u aankomt. Je hebt een code om in te voeren als dit niet mogelijk is. We willen privacy geven aan onze gasten, dus als je iets nodig hebt, is sms'en de beste manier om te communiceren. Als je echter veel vragen hebt, zijn we hier om ze te beantwoorden!

Houd er rekening mee dat u kunt inchecken van 16.00 tot 22.00 uur. We accepteren geen check-ins na 22.00 uur.

Great place to stay. Unit is clean and up to-date. Neighborhood is quiet. Beach is private and everything is in walking distance. Host is great to work with.

Just as described. Clean and well maintained. No frills but fully equipped. Hosts very responsive and engaged. Location is close to several Kihei beaches, some walking distance and close to shopping essentials. You will feel like a local and not a tourist in this lodging and this neighborhood.

Wonderful quiet vacation rental

The property is exactly as it's described in the listing. The beds are all the same with queen memory foam mattresses. Very quiet neighborhood. It's very convenient to restaurants and markets. Leanne was always helpful whenever I had any questions. We were greeted by her sister Mel who was very helpful explaining different things about the property. I can not recommend this property enough. You will not regret booking this property, highly recommend!

Best choice for a calm neighbourhood on Maui

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was exactly as described. We first were scared about all checks and requests but they make totally sense. If you are looking for a party vacation, do not book Chez Maui. If you are looking for a serious, well organised, comfortable stay on Maui, this will be best address for you. I loved the easy and supportive communication with the host.

Just easy!

This little home has a wonderful patio to enjoy your meals and all the basics needed if you’re saving money by not eating out. I give it a solid 5/5 for cleanliness and the hosts are very organized... It was nice to use the beach towels and chairs they provided out at the beach. My partner had great sleeps as he prefers a firm bed but I tossed throughout the night. I gave all 3 beds the goldilocks test and they’re “just too firm for me”. All in all, a nice and easy place to stay.

Great little beach house

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. The location is close to everything you need in Kihei, but is quiet and private. We enjoyed having breakfast on the front porch before heading to the beach or on a road trip.

Sweet base for all our favorite Maui activities

We had lots of visits and excursions and then enjoyed returning to cook dinner and share it on the porch. Groceries etc are convenient nearby. Hosts were easy to reach and communicative.

Quiet Oasis

We loved our stay in Chez Maui! It's in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts are accommodating and quick to respond. They even brought us some apple bananas from their yard! This listing shares the kitchen/laundry room with the owner's residence, and there is another separate rental property in the back. We were not bothered by either of those. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but the beds are nice and comfy. The bedroom AC is a bit loud for those who are not used to window units, but we still could have a good night sleep. Kitchen had all the necessities. There was even some Maui coffee waiting for us! There was drip coffee machine, microwave, and toaster over - nice bonus. There is a cooler and some ice packs in the freezer. Laundry detergent too. Plenty of bath and beach towels. The living-room sectional cushions are a bit worn out making it not very comfortable for long lounging. The lanai was great, with good shade, breeze, and nice flower bushes. We ate most of our meals there. The storage shed had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, some snorkeling masks and water shoes. There is a beach is just few minutes walk. The beach is nice to relax on in the mornings, but high tide in the afternoon covers most of it. But that area of the water is super shallow, so not for swimming. There is a beginner surfer beach 20 min walk away, and plenty of really nice beaches further south, short driving distance. This was our first rental during covid where the owner came into the house, unmasked, to greet us. That made us a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone!

Renters constantly in your business

The owners live on property and are constantly in your business. This property is perfect for an older couple, that stays inside. Owner likes to stay out front, watch every move, and constantly intertupts you. I have never had someone so uptight bother my family at a property. I would not recommend to anyone that has a family.

Great vacation spot!

This was the first time we went to Maui and the house was exactly what our family of six adults plus a five month old baby needed as a home base. Quiet neighbourhood and only one block to a lovely beach! The owners were very nice and helpful.

Perfect location!!!

If you prefer to avoid resort living, and want get a taste of the actual lifestyle of Maui, this is where you should stay. This functional home situated on a quiet street was PERFECT for our family of five (kids aged 5, 7, and 10). We relished every meal and every cup of coffee on the patio. Walking to the beach a block away in the morning for a quick dip to start our day was idyllic, and the funky shops and restaurants at the heart of Kihei are a ten minute walk away! It was also a perfect base from which to explore, and fall in love with Maui as we did. We will be back!!
