Deze opgewaardeerde villa met luxe meubels bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op de golfbaan en het meer. Dit gelijkvloerse appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is bereikbaar via een trap en lift. Het uitzicht op de golfbaan is de 3e vaargeul van de Waikoloa-golfbaan. Deze prachtig ingerichte privé schaduwrijke Lanai is voorzien van luxe lanai meubels en een prachtige buitenkeuken met gasgrill voor uw plezier en gemak om een heerlijke maaltijd op het eiland te barbecueën.  Het is een geweldige uitbreiding van de woonkamer om te genieten met familie en vrienden, van 's ochtends ontbijt tot' s avonds zonsondergangen.

De ruime woonkamer is voorzien van een Samsung 55-inch tv met dvd- en BOSE-luidsprekersysteem. Veel zitplaatsen met een grote comfortabele sofa. Het eetgedeelte is geschikt voor 4 personen en het handige bargedeelte biedt plaats aan vier personen voor het hele gezin om van te genieten met dit open concept.



De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een California kingsize bed en een 42-inch hd-tv met kabelzenders. De meester bad was onlangs gerenoveerd en beschikt over een grote inloopdouche. De gast slaapkamer is mooi ingericht met een Queen size bed en 42 "tv met kabel. De tweede badkamer is gunstig gelegen in de gang, net buiten de deur van de slaapkamer. Dit apparaat beschikt ook over een nieuwe wasmachine en droger. Je zult versteld staan van deze privé en luxueuze eenheid. Deze accommodatie biedt strandhanddoeken, boogieboards, een parasol en koelboxen voor uw buitenplezier.



Daarnaast zult u genieten van een gemakkelijke oprit naar de garage voor één auto. Deze extra grote oprit biedt extra speciale parkeergelegenheid voor een extra voertuig voor de garage.



Deze villa ligt zeer dicht bij een van de twee zwembaden / spa-gebieden van de Beach Villas en het onlangs vernieuwde fitnesscentrum. De accommodatie is centraal gelegen in Waikoloa Beach Resort, met Queens Marketplace aan de overkant van de straat. Detailhandel, restaurants en een gastronomische supermarkt liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand. Een paar stappen verder zijn King's Shops, Lava Lava Beach Club en A-Bay; een sikkelvormig zandstrand met een verscheidenheid aan oceaansporten die op u wachten. Het mooie van Waikoloa Beach Resort is dat al deze voorzieningen op loopafstand van uw villa liggen.

We very much enjoyed staying here. What struck us the most was how comfortable everything was . The quality and layout of the furniture made spending time in the condo or lanai so lovely and relaxing. Plus details of things one might need while there were all thought through … beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie boards, plus the location to walk to the shops was extremely convenient.

As soon as we walked into the beautiful condo and heard the Hawaiian music on the tv going, I was blown away! The place was immaculately clean, and perfect for our family. It had all of the comforts of home, even a beautiful lanai with outdoor kitchen. The beds were so comfy! There was plenty of beach gear in the garage which we used one day. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return here again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Waikoloa Villas, the property was beautiful and the home very comfortable. The Pool pass worked well. We used it all 3 days we stayed, and boy was that a treat! Perfect Waikoloa Vacation Condo

This condo was perfect in every way. Comfortable accommodations(especially beds). Beautiful sunset view. Free use of Hilton Waikoloa pools and parking. Lot. Huge golf discount. If we come back to Waikoloa, I would rent this place again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our time on the Big Island and the condo. The air condition did not work for the first 24 hours, however the property team came multiple times to check the unit inside and out to fix the problems. We appreciated the communication. The shops were very nice and provided entertainment during our stay.

Comfortable home with lots of amenities

Beautiful unit with outdoor kitchen on the lanai. Well maintained gated community where we felt very safe. Conveniently located across from shopping centres. Having the Hilton resort pass was much appreciated so we could take advantage of all the pools and lagoon/beach area of the Hilton. Kitchen and laundry were well stocked with all we needed. Only negative would be that, as someone with a mobility impairment, the low toilet in bathroom was difficult.

It was almost perfect. When checking in at night, I was told to enter the 6 number door code and then hit the star button, but after about 30 attempts, I decided to hit the check mark instead, which worked. Very frustrating. I did let them know this was a mistake on their part. I hope in the future, they provide the correct information.

Nice condo!

This condo was everything it was advertised- clean, kitchen was well stocked and loved the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. It was conveniently located near the shops. My only complaint was the at the condo was small and overrun with flies. Having the Hilton pool pass and being members to the golf course definitely made our trip. I don’t think I would rent this condo if the owners didn’t have the pool pass. The property management team were easily to work with.

The condo is even lovelier in-person than in the pictures. Great amenities, clear instructions and communication, and the pool pass to the Hilton was wonderful. The only issue (but solvable) was that the beds, especially the master, were very high. I had to use a step stool to get in at night, and my kiddo loved using his ninja skills. Otherwise, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nicely furnished, comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely furnished and well stocked condo. The comfy deck was a plus and the indoor seating was spacious as well. We stayed here with another couple, but we got the short straw on the “second” bedroom which was very small with poor air circulation, as opening the windows brought in the noise from the highway. Everything you would want for the beach was provided, all of which was like new. The proximity to the two shopping centers was nice as was the pass to the Hilton pool a mile away. The few minor issues we had with the unit were immediately addressed by the management. The nearby Lava Beach club offered a good snorkeling and beach experience.

Aloha Valued Guest, I was reviewing prior reviews and came across your review and wanted to thank you for your feedback, however I was a little surprised to note that you did not contact me while in the unit about this as we had emailed back and forth numerous times prior to your arrival and during your stay. We always welcome feedback from our guests as it helps us to improve our service, but it is so vital that we learn of these while the guest is in the unit. In relation to the second bedroom sadly, there is not much one can do about the location of the bedroom, but when you book again we would suggest an end unit as this would provide you with less foot traffic/noise past/near the unit. There is a highway nearby but this is the first time we have had someone mention it, again perhaps an interior/end unit would suit you perfectly for your next trip. As for the room being stuffy I wish you had contacted me as I would have immediately dispatched a technician to assess this. All units have quarterly preventative maintenance on the AC and that unit was done just before your arrival. As an update for your review; which I recall you asking before your arrival about the lack of reviews and I explained the unit was new to our inventory. This unit has been booked by many guests using other online booking agents, every single review has been stellar for this unit and find it to be the perfect location and one of the most popular units in the Beach Resort. Again, thank you for your review as we truly value suggestions and are always looking at ways to improve our customer service. This was my first visit to Hawaii and this property was a great part of the trip. We did have an issue with the door code initially, but the person on-call was quick with a call back and resolution. Otherwise very clean and well maintain. I would recommend and stay there again.

Very nice condo. We loved sitting out on the deck. The BBQ was a nice addition to cook meals outside. Great property manager, very responsive. The Pool at the complex is very small, and the other one was under construction during our stay, but the Hilton pool pass was a great addition. Walking distance to restaurants, small grocery store, coffee and shopping .

Great condo!

Very nice and well provisioned. Condo had plastic wrap, foil, coffee filters and cleaning supplies to last the entire week. Pots, pans and cooking utensils were high quality and complete. Beds were comfortable and linens were quality. Lanai was very comfortable with sofas, chairs and great Viking grill. Will definitely rent this unit on our next visit!
