Deze East Sacramento Cottage is een vrolijke en comfortabele ruimte voor kinderen en volwassenen, met veel ruimte voor vermaak, zwemmen en ontspannen. Gemakkelijk lopen en fietsen naar alles wat je nodig hebt en handig om Sacramento State University, Mercy Hospital en slechts 3 mijl van het centrum van Sacramento. Twee huizen op het terrein met bijna 7.000 vierkante voet aan buitenruimte en een groot zwembad. De ruimte Welkom bij de East Sac Bungalow! Dit huis is een vakwerkbungalow in een van de oorspronkelijke buitenwijken van East Sacramento, op loopafstand van Midtown. Gebouwd in 1937 en volledig gerenoveerd, het huis heeft een warme uitstraling gecombineerd met prachtige originele details, waaronder originele houten vloeren, mozaïektegels in badkamers en eiken hardhouten vloeren. Al onze bedden zijn matrassen van biologisch katoen en beddengoed van hoge kwaliteit. We hebben ook een open haard op gas, een eigen terras en zwembad, een kunststudio en een eigen landschap dat wordt omringd door citrusbomen. Dit huis is een droom voor de gezondheid bewuste reiziger: organische matrassen door het hele huis, omgekeerde osmose watersysteem, Dechlorination systeem in bad en douches, natuurlijke reinigingsproducten en wasmiddel, biologische en natuurlijke kookgerei, Vitamix. Het hoofdhuis heeft twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Het werkt goed voor een groep vrienden, twee of drie koppels en gezinnen. Gasttoegang Het hele huis is van jou! We leven in een hechte buurt, omringd door gezinnen met kinderen. Uit respect voor onze hele gemeenschap, hou alsjeblieft de buren in gedachte wanneer je bij ons thuis bent. We absolutely loved the house and the pool! My only minor complaint was the lack of response to my request for an early check in, which I made over a week in advance.

A nice place, but a bit confusing -- we did not understand at first that both buildings were part of the rental. Then we could not figure out how to lock the doors. Otherwise, a very comfortable and pleasant place in a good location.

Great home away from home

The home is very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. The guest house was a huge plus for our group. Love the pool area and wished it was warmer so we could have taken a swim.

The place was exactly what we needed. Beauty in simplicity. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and welcoming, the neighborhood is perfect for family and dog walks.

Family gathering

This was a comfortable, peaceful place for our family group to rest and restore while in town for a memorial gathering. It was lovely to stroll in the charming neighborhood and to prepare simple meals in the well-equipped kitchen. There is easy access to outdoor open spaces and fun restaurants in the area. For us, the combination of privacy and togetherness at this particular time was about perfect.

Check in was very poor. Day of arrival be prepare to receive a required damage deposit and a rental agreement that includes a complete waiver of all legal rights. These need to be disclosed at time of booking not after I have travelled to the destination and am “hostage” to the terms. Also the property itself was not great

Charming home and neighbourhood

Comfortable home with convenient roomy casita separate from the house worked really well for us. Would be a nice setting in the warmer months but in this cold spell, the house is very freezing. The automation with the Nest device meant the fan would run 24/7 even after reaching temperature. Other maintenance issues were handled promptly.

lovely neighborhood

It was a charming little cottage that has been really nicely furnished. It's not too cluttered and we appreciated the minimal decor. There's a great record player that was a lot of fun to enjoy as well. The owner is very easy to work with and helped us out. The pool is nice, but not heated. The neighborhood is great, especially if you have kids since there's a park within walking distance and another big one very close by. The queen bed does need to be replaced as it's starting to sag in the middle, and the beds are pretty squeaky, but it's still a nice home especially given it's age.

Fool Me Once … Never Again!Most of us only have so many hours and so many dollars for travel. After looking forward to it for so long, this was a huge disappointment and will forever color the memory of our visit. Don’t make the same mistake.Biggest Problem: Owner Not ReputableIgnored multiple requests for key code until one hour after we should have been allowed to enter the house.We reported disturbing cleanliness issues with photos.The owner acknowledged our concerns and our request for a partial refund.The owner thanked us for not posting a review with our photos.Almost two months later the owner continues to ignore all contact attempts regarding a partial refund. Not a full refund, but an adjustment.Photos vs. RealityProperty shows well in pictures but the reality is unacceptable.We have stayed in homes that are 70 years old or older. Old is fine. Lack of cleanliness is not fine.Closets and drawers were unfit for use.Kitchen so dirty that, although we had planned to have a family dinner in, we had to eat out.Bathroom surfaces so offensive, did not shower during three-night stay.Junky and trashy.Reviews & RatingDon’t believe anything that suggests this is someplace you should want to stay.

Worst VBRO experience ever!

This owner did not answer his phone once when we and another party of 4 were booked for the same exact weekend!!! We have not been reimbursed for our stay as of yet for a double booking. We ended up sharing the property with the other guests and the owner has never called us to reconcile-unbelievable. The owner has no ethics. 1. Doesn't answer the phone when there is a problem and 2. Never took responsibility for double booking the property for the same nights. We ended up having to get another property for two of our other guests and share the house with strangers. We spent even more money than our original booking not to mention recovering the lost funds.

Nice, could have been great…

The house was charming. Very clean and relaxing. The pool was great and during the hot weather it helped. The main home needs new beds. They were very uncomfortable. In the pool house the beds were great very comfortable. The shower head in the main house was awkwardly low. The communication with the property owner was lacking. He was slow to respond through the app. Great neighborhood close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. If the owner makes the upgrades and provides towels in the bathrooms we would stay again.

Amazing Home in East Sac

This property is eco friendly, roomy and clean, not to mention warm and cozy. Great cottage behind the main house. For summer time a beautiful pool. Will be our first pick for our next stay💕🇮🇹

Delightful Stay

The reason we were in Sacramento was not a happy one. The property was a welcome comfort. It was cozy, comfortable, and just delightful. I so appreciated everything. When we come back to Sacramento (for happier reasons) we will most assuredly request to come back to La Purissimo. Thanks so much!!

When traveling they enjoy getting out and seeing the best of the town, enjoying the best cuisine and experiencing as much of the culture as possible. When you stay in their properties they are happy to share all the local finds and eateries.
