Family Favorite 'Walker House' in Grayton Beach-Private Pool

Kom ontspannen en genieten van een rustige vakantie in dit charmante drie slaapkamers / twee-bad beach huis gelegen op een prive-straat in Grayton Beach. Het 8 personen met 1 koning, 2 vrouwen en koningin slaapbank. Complete keuken verbouwen in 2008 nieuwe vloeren, granieten werkbladen en roestvrij stalen apparaten etc. Alle nieuwe bedden en beddengoed in het hele huis ook.

Walker House heeft een 12 x 29 'prive-zwembad met ingebouwde zitplaatsen bank en spa jets. Zwembad kan worden verwarmd buiten het seizoen, voor een extra toeslag per week. Het is compleet met Ducane aardgas grill, tropische landschap, nachtverlichting, markt paraplu. Het zwembad is gelegen aan de zuidzijde (strand) van het huis aan de golf briesjes en surf geluiden vast te leggen tijdens het koken uw favoriete vakantie maaltijd. De westkant (achterzijde van de woning) is voorzien van een 10x16 open dek buiten de 10x40 overdekte / afgeschermde veranda.

Het huis beschikt over travertijn steen en hardhouten vloer door het hele huis. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte binnenmuren zijn gemaakt van v-groef wit gewassen grenen, en gecombineerd met tal van originele kunstwerken, te helpen toe te voegen aan zijn karakter. Het heeft een ruime keuken en open familie gebied met een stereo systeem met CD-speler. Ook heeft het 3TVs (nieuwe 37 "flat-panel in de familiekamer) en een dvd-speler.

De master slaapkamer en badkamer bevinden zich boven met een eigen balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad en ook het aanbieden van een prachtig uitzicht op de golf. We hebben net veranderd in een kingsize bed in de master. De master bad is volledig gerenoveerd en uitgebreid in 2012 en beschikt over een grote stenen en glazen tegel inloopdouche, nieuwe kabinet met twee wastafels en glazen tegel backsplash en een granieten aanrecht.
Het is ongeveer 100 yards naar het strand, en het duin walkover is gunstig gelegen op 65 yards van de stoep. Draadloos internet is beschikbaar zonder extra kosten. Ruime parkeergelegenheid.

Zaterdag tot zaterdag. Wekelijkse alleen voorkeur maart tot oktober (nachtelijke beschouwd - op individuele basis met goedkeuring van de eigenaar) fan worden op facebook.

We had a wonderful week. Great location and super quick walk to beach either direction. Uncrowded beaches. Really nice back yard pool that we enjoyed. We had our own gear but Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagons available to use.

My family had a wonderful stay at the Walker House. It was a perfect location with a heated pool for our little ones to splash in after trips to the beach around the corner. It had everything we needed and was so peaceful. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay at the Walker House!

We had a great time staying at the Walker Beach house. They had everything we needed. The pool was great and had some nice shade in the afternoon. A very short walk to the boardwalk to the beach made it easy to go to and from the beach all day. Wayne was very responsive to our needs and was an exceptional host! We would love to stay here again next year.

We loved staying at the Walker House! Stay here when I was a child in the 80s, and coming back in my 40s brought back so many wonderful memories. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, pool was refreshing after a day at the beach, and Wayne was a wonderful host and was very responsive when I messaged him. Would definitely rent this place again!

Family Vacation Trip

The Walker house was amazing for me and my wife, our 2 daughters, and my parents. The location was incredible - very short walk to the beach and very short car or golf cart ride to all the best restaurants in Grayton or Watercolor. Wayne was an amazing host who always responded quickly via text and had great suggestions for things to do while we were there. The house was very nice with a great pool in the side yard area and large patios. Would absolutely recommend for a family trip!

Fall Trip

This was our third stay at Walker House. We love the mix of older and newer homes in the area. After years of staying in a much more crowded spot close by we really enjoy Grayton. The beach access is a short walk and there is never a crowd on the beach. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owner, Wayne, is very responsive and provides great information if you are unfamiliar with the area.

Was disappointed in a few items: back deck spindles - several were found to be rotten (disconnected) by our young grandchildren (safety concern), back stairs and deck - protruding nail heads, rotten boards, the umbrella at the pool was not in good condition (torn with broken frame). The jets and skimmer didn't seem to be working correctly either. We enjoyed our time at the house. For the money, it should have been better maintained. The host was responsive to requests for information.

Great trip to Grayton Beach

We had a great trip to Grayton Beach and enjoyed Walker house very much. The pool was great alternative to the beach that was a short walk away. Owners were great to work with. 5th star was withheld as all the towels and sheets had the strong smell of cigarette smoke that required immediate washing when we arrived. We would stay again assuming the cigarette smoke issue can be corrected.

We are in our 50's and have one son. We love relaxing at the beach and sunsets with friends. We also love art...collecting and painting even though we have no real talent. Some of our best memories are from times spent at Grayton Beach.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We both grew up in northwest Florida and began spending time at Grayton Beach in 1981. It was our dream to own property there and we bought a lot and built our first home in 1986. We have seen a lot of changes in the area over the years and remember the slower paced days we used to have just sipping coffee and chatting with neighbors in the mornings.

Our many years of renting our home has helped us put our guests' comforts in line with their expectations. We love the pool and pool area that we added a few years ago. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, bike paths, etc makes our home a great vacation choice.
