Lovely setting and very conveniently located close to public transport and essential shops. Wonderful view to vineyards of chateau pape clement. Comfortable home well equipped and hosts are very helpful and accommodating.

Everything about it was beyond expectations from the wonderful hosts to the beautiful property itself.

Great hosts, peaceful location

excellent tram link into Bordeaux centre. It’s also just a few minutes drive to the motorway, giving you really Pessac itself has some lovely bars and restaurants, and a really relaxed vibe.

Fantastic stay

Can't really say too much about this lovely property and the super helpful and kind hosts. Everything was as advertised and better. we had a wonderful few weeks here and would strongly recommend staying here to anyone else

Perfect location to explore the region, nicely quiet, wonderful property owners.

It is just as described, with everything you will need for comfortable, quiet stay. We like to explore during the day and relax at night. It was perfect!! The property owners met us when we arrived, told us about the area, the house and answered any questions we had during our stay. This is the place we would stay if we return.

An Ideal Stay

Many times during our two weeks here we said that this location and property were "Goldilocks" meaning the ideal stay. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts who provided many suggestions for the best places to go and the things to see in the area. It is an easy walk to the center of Pessac where there are many restaurants and other services as well as the tram into Bordeaux. For exploring the area, it is ideally located to reach the beach, historic sites and vineyards. A real gem...

Home sweet Home

Felt like home. We were a short walk from the train and town.The house was so clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.The yard,garden and deck were a bonus.Our hosts were lovely… treating us to fresh cherries and a lovely bottle of wine.They drove us to the airport when we left. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Quiet oasis in Bordeaux suburbs

Spacious, well equipped, clean property with a private garden and very large undercover seating area. The position was perfect for exploring the region as both the train and tram lines in Pessac were only 10 minutes walk away. We had quite a few days where we left the car in the private drive. We had a very warm welcome from Michel with a detailed explanation on the property. He really wants the renters to enjoy their holiday

A lovely retreat in the countryside

We had no problem at all with property - it was actually a lot larger than it appears in the photos on the listing. It was all very clean and comfortable. It’s location overlooking the vineyard and quiet road made for a very peaceful locationThe only difficulty during our stay was the very high temperatures which we had not anticipated. Well over 30 most days and this made the walk to the centre quite hard work! Obviously the unusual heat during the day was not the responsibility of our hosts, nor the property.The thunderstorm on last evening and night of our stay was certainly spectacular with largest hail stones I had ever seen!

The Perfect Rental

Michel and Andrée are exceptional hosts: charming, friendly, caring, helpful and immediately responsive. The house is VERY spacious (even more than the pictures show), is impeccably clean and tastefully furnished. The entire place and in particular the kitchen, has everything you could hope to find in a rental. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet right in Pessac. The front looks out over a vineyard, and the back over a delightful backyard with plantings and a large deck. It was the perfect decision for us to stay here because we had access to Bordeaux (tram was the best choice rather than taking a car into the city) as well as countless lovely towns to visit on day trips. Michel and Andrée deserve all the complimentary reviews they've received. They've worked to create a lovely rental and then are perfect hosts during the stay. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Zeer geschikt vakantieverblijf voor familie.

Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk onthaald , kregen alle mogelijke uitleg en waren bereid om voor het even wat te helpen. De woning is zeer recent, super proper en alles was ruimschoots aanwezig, kortweg een zeer geschikt vakantieverblijf ! ! !

Très bon séjour, grande maison, spacieuse. Literie très confortable et maison bien équipée. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Merci à eux. Nous regrettons seulement ne pas avoir eu connaissance, dans l'annonce, du nombre limité à 8KW en électricité qui alourdie un peu la facture quand on doit chauffer en octobre.

Bonjour, je comprends votre étonnement mais cette disposition vous a été mentionnée 2 fois lors de la conclusion du contrat : - vous avez reçu 3 fois ( lors des demandes de paiement )le réglement intérieur où est mentionné cette possible surcharge. Les 8kw/j inclus dans le loyer sont suffisants en temps normal et aucun surcoût n’est demandé. - Dans l’annonce initiale si vous regardez règles et règlement puis règlement intérieur la règle 1 des règles personnalisées est assez claire. Il est cependant regrettable que l’interlocuteur d’Abritel que vous avez contacté n’est pas pris la peine de regarder notre annonce afin de clarifier la situation. Nous sommes désolés que cela vous ait contrariés mais cette mesure était clairement annoncée et est mise en place pour éviter tout gaspillage énergétique. Cordialement. M. Cadic

Location à Pessac

Très belle propriété, spacieuse et confortable. Il ne manque de rien pour le bien-être des locataires. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l’écoute de leurs hôtes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
