Hello Neil! It was a great pleasure to host you, and I thank you for leaving the rental in such excellent condition. Thank you again for your review! I hope to welcome you back to the villa sometime. Warm regards, Isabelle

Dear Evert, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay at our vacation home. We are sorry to hear that the mattresses did not meet your expectations, as we strive to provide high-quality accommodations for all of our guests. We understand that some guests may prefer softer or firmer mattresses, and we chose these mattresses from a local manufacturer with the aim of accommodating the widest range of preferences possible. However, we will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Regarding the air conditioning, we appreciate your understanding that the region does not typically require it for more than a few days in the summer. We also believe that the proximity of the forest provides a natural cooling effect in the evenings, which many of our guests have found to be a pleasant aspect of their stay. Once again, we apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced during your stay, and we hope that you were able to enjoy the other amenities and features of our home and the surrounding area. Best regards, Isabelle
