Loved our family stay here! The beach is awesome of course, but the home is comfortable and roomy and everything was great. We have been here before - we have lots of family memories from our trips to Netarts.

Wonderful location! This condo is positioned at the mouth of Netarts bay flowing into the Pacific on a cliff about 60 feet up. Awesome views of the tidal basin and the ocean. The beach was expansive with many birds. A golden eagle landed in a nearby tree while I was watching the sunset. The condo was spotless and recently updated. The beds were very comfortable. There is only a few places to eat nearby and found we needed to go into Tillamook, about 15 minutes away, for many things. It was a good base to explore up and down the Oregon coast. Regional favorites were Tillamook Cheese, Five Rivers Coffee Roasters and Haystack Rock with Puffins.

Nicely updated home with a fantastic view. Very comfortable for two couples. Sarah responded so quickly when we reported the Keurig wasn’t working correctly. She brought a new one over so quickly even through we told her we also had coffee for the traditional pot. Pretty amazing! Would stay here again.

Spectacular Views

This was an unforgettable stay! The vacation rental was clean, warm, and welcoming. The check-in/check-out process was easy. The rental had the comfort of home with spectacular views of Netarts Bay and the ocean. The views were also changing all the time because we were right there at the perfect spot to witness the tidal waters transform the landscape/seascape every few hours. Magical location! And just a short drive from so many cool places along the coast and even a couple of great local restaurants. There was also a very helpful guidebook put together by the property managers which was key to finding these gems along the coast.

Enjoyable place to stay

Great view. Unit is quiet. Did not hear adjacent units at all. Parking spaces are small which make it inconvenient to park next to another vehicle

King tide stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the unit as the view is expansive. We stay in Netarts a few times a year but had not stayed in this unit before. We would stay again as the floor plan works very well for two couples. Fry pans are in need of replacing but good dishes and glasses.

Perfection!

I typically stay at the motel down the street but ever since they went under new mgmt and raised their prices, I could no longer justify staying there. Luckily, we found the perfect place only steps away that feels like an oasis compared to where we used to stay. House was clean (which is hard to find), check in was easy, views were spectacular, and prop mgmt (Sarah) was responsive and great to work with! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!
