We’re so glad to hear your family had such a fun stay! It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the house and that both pools were a hit with the kids. We’d be happy to host you all again anytime! 😁

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the home was such a great fit for your large family and that you enjoyed the spacious living area, well-stocked kitchen, and private bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s great to know the nearby pool and convenient location to Tuacahn added to your experience as well! We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses. We’ll be sure to pass that along to the owner for consideration. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome your family back again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry that the home was not in the condition you expected and that you encountered so many issues during your stay. The concerns regarding cleanliness, the outdoor furniture and cushions, the garbage disposal, and the grill are all disappointing, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. We’re especially sorry about the ant issue and the condition of the grill. We take these concerns seriously and will be sharing your feedback with the appropriate teams so these items can be inspected and addressed. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as this helps us identify areas where improvements are needed.

We’re joyous you enjoyed the area! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope to host you again soon😌
