Welkom thuis bij Konea 331!

Dit opgewaardeerde hoekstudio-appartement ligt direct boven de prachtige binnenplaats van Honua Kai en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan door het weelderige tropische gebladerte. Wanneer je de Lanai oploopt, zul je je vergapen aan alle prachtige bloemen, bomen en koivijvers rondom de binnenplaats eronder.

Ontspan en sluit opnieuw aan in de ruime leefruimte die volledig is ingericht voor uw "in-joyment". Deze studio suite is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen in het kingsize bed en de queensize slaapbank. Terwijl de dag in de avond verandert, ontspan je en laad je op - teken een bad in de badkuip en nodig je uit in de laatste stralen van de dag.

De glazen Lanai-deuren staan volledig open waardoor vier personen comfortabel kunnen genieten van de prachtige uitzichten. In deze suite zijn weelde en comfort de constante, sierlijk verweven voor uw geluk en ontspanning.

We moedigen u aan om uw culinaire creativiteit uit te drukken in de goed uitgeruste keuken. De ruimte is volledig uitgerust met Bosch-apparatuur van roestvrij staal en countertops van graniet. We hebben elk apparaat en gereedschap geleverd om de perfecte maaltijd of verfrissing te bereiden ... breng gewoon de ingrediënten. Geniet van uw maaltijden op de ruime Lanai of dineren binnenshuis in de klimaatgestuurde airconditioning. Bovendien leent onze Vitamix-blender voor commerciële doeleinden zich uitstekend voor het bereiden van creatieve plengoffers of smoothies met verse lokale producten.

Het Honua Kai Resort is een van de nieuwste resortresorts aan de oceaan aan het strand van Noord-Ka'anapali in Maui. Dit thuis weg van huis resort biedt alle voorzieningen van een luxe hotel. Bekijk de zonsondergang vanaf Duke's restaurant aan de oceaan, pak een latte in de gastronomische markt van Aina, of ontspan aan het zwembad in een cabana terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op de oceaan. Er zijn vier zwembaden om uit te kiezen met glijbanen, lavarots omzoomde lazy rivers, watervallen en een serene infinity pool. Het resort beslaat 38 ongerepte gronden aan het strand aan de oevers van Kaanapali's North Beach, dus je zult letterlijk op een steenworp afstand zijn van de rust van de kustlijn van Maui. Wandel naar het strand om je tenen in het zachte zand aan te raken of neem een verfrissende duik in de Stille Oceaan. Een "Ohana Play-pakket", inclusief strandhanddoeken, strandstoelen van Tommy Bahama, een paraplu en een draagbare koeler, wordt gratis verstrekt.

Amazing stay

This property and resort were wonderful. The suite had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfortable. The resort was amazing, right on the beach. The pool area had plenty of seating and multiple pools you could swim in. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this resort and suite.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place. Everything was well stocked in kitchen, plenty of blankets & pillows. Nice King size bed. Perfect location to enjoy view of garden & peek a boo ocean view. Room Set back for a quieter stay. I would say this is a perfect place if you have kids, lots of fun pools. & a quiet area pool for adults.

We loved it!!

The condo was absolutely perfect. Great space. Fantastic view. Comfortable bed. Lovely kitchen. We enjoyed grabbing a bite and drinks at the on-property restaurant, Duke's. And, the pools were very convenient.

Very pleasant vacation overall

It was a very nice vacation. The unit was fine and quite comfortable but some things are showing a lot of wear as is the resort in general. Trash receptacle was hardly ever working and was quite noisy from our unit right next door.

Super location, great property

Would book this again in an instant. Great location. Looked exactly like the photos. Key pad code lock means you can leave all valuables behind when you go to the beach which is really nice. Easy beach towel exchange. Beach chairs in the condo. Nice beach onsite. Kitchen stocked thoughtfully so you can cook. All clean and new.

Wonderful stay

We had the best week in Konea 331. We were pleasantly surprised with how much of the ocean we could actually see! The condo was stocked with all the kitchen gadgets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry detergent, and the cooler and beach chairs were a great addition. The only thing I would say would be maybe one extra blanket for the pull out couch would be nice since the blanket included was very small and lightweight. Not a big deal in the long run. We will definitely be back and recommending to others!

Relaxing

This unit is wonderful! I traveled with my husband and our toddler and we loved this location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as a hall closet with great beach gear. We especially appreciated the foldable wagon that we could load up with everything for the beach and/or pool. We enjoyed the lanai and the lovely courtyard below us, as well as the views of the ocean just beyond the pools. The folding doors to the lanai were open frequently so we could enjoy the sweet Maui breeze. Maui Rental Properties, who manage the property, were lovely to work with and helped to make our stay perfect.

Amazing Property!

This condo was amazing. Th elocation was ideal to the resort grounds and very close to everything. The description states "peek-a-boo ocean views" but you could see the ocean clearly with a few palm trees in the way. But that added to the maui charm. Love this place.

Wonderful Location and Amenities

We loved our experience here! The room was wonderful and very clean, and it had all the appliances needed to cook in the kitchen. The view was amazing, and it was so nice that our room was in the building closer to the pools and restaurant. The only complaint I have is that I was told we would have early check in, and when we arrived I spoke to the attendant regarding this. He said my room was not ready yet but they would call me when it was. They never called, so we didn’t get into our room until after 5 pm, which was disappointing. Other than that, our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Nutshell: I absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend the resort, unit, and rental agency. I would stay at the resort or in this specific unit again in a heartbeat. I immediately felt at home here. What’s nearby that I can walk to? The beach is right there - see below - where you can get to a ton of other resorts on the Kaanapali Hwy. There are also food carts next door and a small shopping center including a few basic/dive restaurants and a basic well-priced grocery store. What about the pools? There are a few pools throughout the resort which are separated into two towers (H and K). The adult ‘quiet’ pool is near K which is what this unit overlooks. There are towels available which you will use your resort bracelet to obtain from a locker. How is the beach and is it nearby? Beach is lovely and key for the 630PM sunsets! ! It’s swimmable and just steps from the resort. There’s an official “beach walk” connecting resorts in this area (it’s a 1.5 mile’ish stretch one way). The entire sandy beach is also walkable and swimmable. The water is relatively calm to use boogie boards, snorkel, swimming, etc. Very soft sands and plenty of space to set up. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler. Snorkel rental place nearby within walking distance with daily or weekly rentals. What to do for meals? The unit has full kitchen with literally everything you’ll need to cook onsite, including oil, salt, and pepper. Fully stocked with equipment, including a coffee maker and even a Vitamix! I snagged my basics at Walmart upon arrival so I had enough snacks, breakfast, and basic lunch items. Does the unit have a lanai? Yes, full lanai with sliding doors that overlook the main grounds. The peek-a-boo ocean view is legit and more than the listing suggests! What about the kitchen and laundry? Yes, the rental agency provides all of the “soap and paper" for kitchen and laundry and shower. The recycling/trash room is next door to #331. How clean is the unit and the resort itself? Immaculate. I felt like nobody had stayed here in the unit before me. What about parking a rental car there? Parking pass upon check-in for underground parking which is super safe but small spots. And what’s the overall “personality” of the resort? Quiet and seems family oriented but also geared toward couples. Feels more like condo living than being at a resort. Only one restaurant onsite (Duke's).

Beautiful resort

I’ve stayed at this resort, many units, for the last 10 yrs. The location is great and close to everything, beautiful resort. Would highly recommend Honua Kai property. The unit was exactly as listed.
