What a beautiful property!! More beautiful than the pictures show and the property management was very attentive. We would love to come back for another vacation.

Private location and location ideal for beach and restaurants. Pool worked out well. Primary upstairs worked well on the whole floor with the bathroom separate from the bedroom.

This home was beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. The open air patio and living space was perfect. The pool and outdoor space worked well. AC in the bedrooms was nice. The landscape well manicured. A nice separate office space to work as needed. Beach chairs and coolers were a plus. Access to the athletic club was nice. Enjoyed the pickleball courts, restaurant and pool. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Amazing Honeymoon Stay

We stayed here for my husbands & I's honeymoon with the family & absolutely loved it! Perfect distance from everything we wanted to do, along with a great time by the pool when we wanted to stay in. Great memories we will hold forever!

Family Vacation

The property was amazing and fit our family of five extremely well!!!! The house was beautiful and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Great for family vacation week

The property was gorgeous and the house was perfect for the week. We encountered WiFi issues that were quickly resolved the next day. Location was ideal for all our planned activities.

Destination wedding

The property was absolutely perfect for us and the family. We were on island for our wedding and the home had everything we needed for our stay. It was truly a home away from home for all of us. We will most definitely be back!!

The house is beautiful and pool was wonderful! Says AC but really its only in the bedrooms and not the kitchen or living room. The communication with management company and the owner is terrible. Random maintenance people would show up and we didnt ask. The owner came to get his car and was suppose to get it and leave and he was messing with stuff in garage for 30 mins. Then unannouced the owner shows up again to talk to landscaper about trees at our expense. Honestly made it hard to relax for 2 days of our trip being interupted. Overall house is nice!

Best of Koloa

This was one of the most beautiful vacation rentals that we have stayed in to date! The bedrooms had all the amenities that you could ask for. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need. Beautiful flowers and trees on the property in a quiet cul-de-sac. Pool with bar for entertaining. Short walk to the beach or for coffee. Can't wait to go back! Mahalo!

Amazing!

This property was PERFECT for our family of 10 from 3-74. 3 bedrooms for adults all like beautiful master suites. Room with bunks great for kids and den suited our teenager well. Gorgeous outdoor patios all opening wide to common areas. We all loved the pool before breakfast, after beach time and in the evening. would highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, spacious home with gorgeous landscaping!

Wonderful!

The home is beautiful…even better then the photos! Nice gift basket upon arrival. The pool was lovely. The location was nice and quiet but still just minutes from the beach, food and shopping. The upstairs bathroom was not air conditioned so it was warm at times but doable. A/C in the bedrooms kept it very comfortable at night. The accordion doors/patio doors that opened the whole wall on both sides of the home were awesome. Plenty of room for us…3 couples. Great communication with property management. Would stay again!

Great place for 8

We had two families of four, and we never felt cramped in this spacious house. Our favorite part was opening up the wide doors on both ends to let the wind sweep through.

Christmas/New Years vacation

Beautiful, spacious home and lovely grounds/landscaping. Lots of privacy, natural light and wonderful breezes with the huge accordion window wall and patio doors open. The pictures are nice, but it is even better in person.

Beautiful Home

This home is very nicely designed with many features and extras including the pool (which is incorporated in the flow of the home versus just being in the back yard); several decks and private sitting areas with comfy furniture, open flow plan with kitchen, dining, entertaining all connected, spacious bathrooms, and more. It was also well stocked with dishes, small appliances, cooking utensils, appliances, etc. The only issue was there were several items that needed maintenance (deck screws popping up, doors not locking, handles broken, etc) and many surfaces required cleaning.. The saltwater pool was nice, especially the umbrella in the shallow portion where you could place beach chairs and watch football games while enjoying a mai tai, beer, etc. Overall, it was a very nice experience and would return again.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed the spacious front porch. The kitchen is fully stock with all the glasses, plates, pans, etc. The pool was perfect. The garage contained all kinds of water toys. There were 5 chairs for the beach. You can easily walk to the beach. We couldn't have found a more accommodating house! The only down side is finding a place to eat. You will need to make reservations 2 to 3 days in advance. Be patient, all businesses are desperate for help. When you arrive in Lihue, stop at Safeway or Costco and stock up on food, coffee and snacks. Frozen pizzas are ideal. Calling for take out food from a restaurant is frustrating if not impossible.
