De rivier Santa Fe ligt op een steenworp afstand van de achterdeur van deze comfortabele en ruime ranch. Dit huis heeft meer dan 2400 m² ruimte en ligt op 10 minuten rijden van Ginnie Springs, een populair gebied om te duiken, kanoën en andere watersporten. Breng tijd door met kajakken, slangen, zwemmen en of vissen. Aanvullende kajaks, buizen en vlotten op de site. Veiligheid flotatie vesten ook op de site voor elke gast.

Hosts were very friendly and accessible throughout the stay. Very knowledgeable of the area and offered wonderful insight. The house offers everything you could need. Highly recommend staying here if you love the outdoors and nature. Beautiful morning views while having a cup of coffee. Whether that be on the front porch overlooking a pasture with abundant turkey/deer or on the back deck/dock overlooking the Santa Fe River. Will certainly return.

What a great spot. The river is beautiful and right there. Centrally located to High Springs and ichetucknee springs. Owner is very accommodating and house is well stocked with toys. Will be going back.

It was paradise from start to finish. Swimming in the clear river, kayaking too. Twelve acres to roam with a disc course on the property. Great views and many wonderful deck sitting places. Large spaces with a homey feel and privacy as well. My dogs loved swimming right in the back yard and a fenced in option was nice too. Travel to the springs for a life altering swimming experience. Try to do everything, I dare you.

We enjoyed the house and room it provided for our needs. Floating to down the Santa fe and visiting different springs was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend this star.

It was exactly what we needed. Quiet and peaceful You cannot see any human neighbors but you do get to see a family of deer and otters every morning and evening and a turkey. We had evey rhing we needed. We floated from the boat ramp back to house with the procided tubes. We enjoyed the pac man arcade and giant jenga. The water was clear and beautiful. We caught biggest bass any of us had ever seen. He is still happily swimming the river. We had an awesome time.

This Cabin was way better than expected! First, the drive up to the house was insanely gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful property with a family of deer living on it. The house sits on the clear water of the Santa Fe River which made it great for tubing and Kayaking. House is just a short drive away to Ginnie Springs and Rum Island. The town was also just a short 15 min drive with a great antique store and clothing store. (Decades and On the Hunt) The house itself was adorable. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and it was dog friendly. Kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room on the main floor was a great bonus. Plenty of additional pillows, blankets, towels, books and board games were there as well. We went to the park located literally across the main road several times for a hike and the location to start our tubing/kayaking adventures and the locals were so friendly! They helped us find the local rope swing and assisted us getting our kayaks in the water. Finally, the hosts were friendly and walked us through the house which we appreciated. They love this town and it shows. 10/10 would recommend!

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

This home is exactly what we were looking for. It was right on the Sante Fe River with a huge property, perfect for long walks with the dogs, with many wildlife sightings. The home was spacious, with many areas to enjoy indoors and out. We could have spent our entire week just in the house and on the property.

This property was amazing. Beyond our expectations. The best part was the Santa Fe river in your backyard. Everything was provided to enjoy the river and all the springs. Can't wait to come back.

The pictures online are misleading the customers to book this property. The house in general was dirty, before going to bed I washed the comforter, linen and the bathroom towels. In the kitchen the provided us capsules for coffee, as a coffee lover I washed very happy about that, but the coffee capsules were expired 1,5 years ago. The fridge was full of almost empty bottles of sauces. The pans were full of scratches, not usable. In the bathroom their used shampoo and body wash and creams were all over the place. Our daughter got locked in the bathroom and had a panic attack. Luckily her father is a handyman and could open the door. The outdoor grill not usable. The deck above is missing, the one handrail is missing. One board on the dock was rotten and loose. This is against code and very dangerous. The outdoor seating area dirty and not very welcoming. Disgusting and disappointing. The only nice thing was the 12 acres for our dogs running around. I saw that they are selling the property that’s why they don’t care. They should be sewed how they do their business

This guest only got pissed due to us not allowing firearms/shooting on property.First off, brought more dogs then allowed & fed them out of new bowls in kitchen& left outside. Potholders were for the grill area, there were new pans there as well. Then proceeded to complain about everything. Look at other reviews! Sometimes you can not please everyone!

Amazing property in a beautiful place!! Came up to enjoy the springs with my family but ended up just itching to get back to the house. So much property to explore and different activities to get in to. Michelle was wonderful and accommodated us even though there was a bit of conflict in the timing of the trip. Great hosts, gorgeous place, and a property that's worth a visit in and of itself!! If you are on the fence about where to stay for your visit, do not hesitate... this is the place!

The perfect get away.

Beautiful and comfortable house. Everything was very clean. If you want to get out the city this is definetly the place to stay! Bobby our host was very quick in responding any question and any concerns. We are already planning our next trip.
