Excellent property. The dock and boardwalk out to the river were key points for us. Fireflies at night made the stay feel magical. Lots of wildlife on the property. Very clean. Responsive host. Couldn’t have asked for more.

What’s not to love about Copper Top?! Our family enjoyed the river with inner tubes and kayaks, porch swing, fireplace downstairs and the tree top deck! We were so happy that we did not have to leave our pup back at home. She loved it to. We’re coming back for sure. I highly recommend this campy, comfortable home.

The property is breathtaking. The gigantic cypress trees that greet you as you walk down to the river are a sight to see. The river was 100% clear as it was a drought, shallow but still could tube or kayak down the river. We slept in comfortable beds and enjoyed amazing nights using the grill and snuggling on the comfy couch watching family movies. Great great place! Also saw tons of deer on streets all by the house so drive slow. Neighbor has a sign out with fresh rosemary when in season, we got some and it made the house smell amazing and went well with our steaks and mashed potatoes. Can't wait to come back!!

Fabulous

The property was perfect, clean and idealy located. The host, Michelle was a pleasure to deal with, always available to answer questions and polite!I would strongly recommend this beautiful stay and I will definitely be back!

Perfect River Getaway

This was an amazing property. My family enjoyed spending the week swimming, kayaking, tubing, fishing, and observing all of the wildlife. This was a great place to stay to enjoy the Ichetucknee river!

We had a wonderful stay! We’re a family of four with two dogs, and everyone had a great time—the dogs especially loved it!The location was peaceful, private, and secluded, with neighboring homes far enough away that we really felt like we had our own space. The house actually looked even better in person than in the photos and was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The master bed was especially soft and comfortable, and the A/C worked great.The manager was very helpful and made great recommendations on things to do in the area.She offered to take us up to the springs park with the kayaks/tubes so we could float downstream back to our dock—a beautiful 5.5-hour river trip that we will consider for next time!The best part was definitely the river access right in the backyard. The boardwalk leads directly to a dock on the beautiful, clear spring-fed river. The water was shallow during our stay, but we had a lot of fun snorkeling and watching all the fish. The provided kayaks were great too! Paddling upstream was a bit challenging but definitely doable, and then floating/paddling back downstream to the dock was easy, relaxing, and very enjoyable.We also loved the outdoor fire pit, with firewood provided, and the BBQ grill worked great. The only minor issue was that the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working, but we simply bought a bag of ice and it wasn’t a big inconvenience.Overall, this was a relaxing and fun getaway with beautiful river access, will be back!

Check in was a breeze. House was as listed. Kitchen was full of every utensil you needed to cook. IGA was about 15 minutes away and had pretty much anything you needed. Will stay again! Best spring/river in Florida!

Best stay ever

The Copper Top Inn was excellent! Beautiful views in all directions, great area to swim and play in the crystal clear water of the Itchetucknee River. Everything we needed was provided. We had the best time ever!

GREAT GET-A-WAY

Truly enjoyed our time at Copper Top !!! So much so we stayed an extra night. Relaxing, kayaking, horseback riding and just enjoying the great outdoors. Highly recommend Copper Top !!!

Wow, clear water and pet friendly! You can't get better than this place! Beautiful house and grounds, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. They have everything you need from kayaks, floats, life vests, and Keurig. If you forgot it, they have it. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Great Location on the Ichnetuckee

I had a great stay at the Coppertop. Myself and my brother paddled nearly 20 miles in two days from this location at the confluence of the Ichnetuckee and Sante Fe Rivers. The house is in good condition and had all the things we needed to make it a great trip.

Loved The Copper Top Inn on the Ichetucknee!!!!!

Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of wildlife, great kayaking and biking. This is truly a great place to get away for it all. We took our daughter and her boyfriend for 4 nights to help celebrate her birthday. We hope to come back soon and next time plan to stay longer.
