Deze 800 m² grote woning met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer is in 2015 vernieuwd.
Met ca. 1. 5 hectare eigendom is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid en zonnebaden.
Het heeft een grote 75 x 10 gescreend in zwembad / gedeeltelijk overdekt waartoe je gedeelde toegang hebt samen met de andere huidige gasten van de 2 andere huizen op het terrein.
Mijn plaats is 3. 5 mijl naar het strand, ongeveer 1 uur naar Disney World, Universal Studios of Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket-lanceringen zijn geweldig vanaf New Smyrna Beach) Ook tal van restaurants en restaurants, gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten, het nachtleven en het openbaar vervoer. Je zult van mijn plek houden vanwege de mensen, de buitenruimte en het licht. Mijn plaats is goed voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakenreizigers en gezinnen (met kinderen). Breng uw fietsen en rit elke dag naar Main Street, Gym & Beach.

Er is een Winn Dixie ongeveer 3 blokken van huis voor handige last minute behoeften & veel winkelen binnen een mijl. Postkantoor, apotheken en banken zijn slechts een paar straten verderop.

The home was cozy. The site manager was helpful and friendly, as were the neighbors. The property is pet-friendly and includes a washer and dryer, which was a valuable convenience.

My sister and dog had a wonderful time at the property. It was just as it was described in the listing. A well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware, a comfortable sitting area/living room and 2 very comfortable bedrooms.What made it really enjoyable were the other guests that were staying in one of the other properties. Some of the nicest, sweetest people I have meet. I can forget the property manager, Kim who was always easy to reach and gave great suggestions for dining and places to live seeing how I just moved ba k to Florida. No only did she give me good places to look for housing but she also sent me leads on places to check out. I can tell Kim really cares about what she does because of the care she put into maintenance and upkeeping the properties. I would highly recommend this places to family and friends.

Close to everything in SMB

The apartment was very close to the sites in New Smyrna Beach. We biked from there to Canal St, beautiful Riverside Dr, and to South Beach. It’s just a couple of miles. The place had everything we needed to cook and relax. Kim even bought us a new charcoal grill so I could grill out. The apartment is cozy. I would recommend it. It’s worth what the owner is charging.

Great place to just sleep

The property is as advertised. It’s clean and has all the towels and sheets available. It’s well air conditioned and well lit. We only slept and showered for a family of 5 (with teenagers) and it worked for that purpose.

Great host. awesome location outdated unit

Our host Kim was awesome. Answered all our questions pre and post stay. Was available to show us around the unit and property when we arrived, unfortunately we were there visiting our grand daughter, who had other plans.The unit was clean and had fresh towels and linens. The unit supplied a coffee machine and a kuerig, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet tissue. AC and ceiling fans all worked to keep the unit comfortable at 68-70 degrees.The unit itself is very outdated and needs a major make over. We felt like we were back in our appartment in the early 80's. From the paint, utensils, mis-matched furniture, dressers, desk....felt like an episode of back to the future.We addressed the issues with Kim who was understanding and receptive. The owner is trying to gradually improve the unit a little at a time but there is a long way to go.With that being said, it fulfilled our need of a place to sleep! The location was close to Route 44, so businesses were in very close proximity to supply our needs.

We were evacuated from the west coast to NSB with Hurricane Helene. We felt so at home and it was super comfy . The house was stocked with plenty of paper and cleaning products! You name it it was there.. super nice beds and plenty of room👍🤘🇺🇸

Close to Everything!

We wanted a place centrally located to family and all things fun in NSB. This property hit the mark. It's not fancy nor perfectly appointed but is very clean. (Our last VRBO in NSB was, um, frankly, disgusting.) The property manager Kim was extremely helpful and the Owner made it easy for me to extend my stay a couple days. My family returned home as expected, so it was strange to be there by myself. In this neighborhood, I felt perfectly safe. The pool is shaded under a lanai. Sitting in the hot Florida sun just for a few minutes on our porch was painful. So the pool and shade availability was a welcome relief. We didn't use the laundry but a neighbor showed it to me. (There are 5 rental units on the 1/2 acre property, but we rarely saw anyone else.) We tried the Black Butterfly restaurant in the plaza next to Winn-Dixie. What a creative spot! Food is all fresh (none fried) and is outstanding. Since it's fresh, it takes a bit longer to cook but well worth the wait. My son and I visited Bethune Beach State Park. Unlike other Florida beaches, this one is not overcrowded. The public bathroom is a handy feature. Fast food locations are close. As is, I found out the hard way by wrenching my back: Urgent Care, Radiology, and a local pharmacist. Not in a hospital either. Winn-Dixie is within walking distance if your so inclined. Publix is across the street (SR-44) along with Taco Bell. I definitely plan to return to stay at this pool property in the future!

Property was great! What you see is exactly what you’ll be getting, no surprises. My girls absolutely loved the pool, we spent so much time there. The mast bed was so comfortable! Kitchen was very accommodating. Kim was wonderful! We loved this place so much we have found the place where we will continue to vacation for years to come!

Cozy home, a few minutes away from toes-in-the-sand!

This was our first time staying at this property and it was exactly as listed. The home was cozy and suited our family well. It was the perfect distance from the beach to not feel like you were stuck in the touristy part of town, but not so far away that you couldn't be toes-in-the-sand in just a few minutes!

A month in The Cozy

Can’t say enough about manager/host Kim. She went out of her way to help us. Home is cozy, furnishings r nice It does need pictures updated But to each there own. Wish pool would have been heated because it was way too cold to use. All in all loved our month in Florida.

Great little house

We were there for biketober fest. Location gave us a nice ride to and from main street. And the neighborhood was quit and very very convenient to stores and shops. We will definitely try to book again soon

Great Place

The place was perfect. It was close enough to everything. Walking distance to a grocery store and a very nice running trail. There are so many Ubers around so no need to rent a car. The place was very very clean and everything you could need was there. I would stay there again if I ever go back. I highly recommend.
