Picton is a lovely place to visit. The home was in a good and quiet location and had lots of “ character “ . The gardens were lovely and it was pleasant to sit in the screened porch. As an old home, the stairs were steep and some lighting was inadequate ( the kitchen) We contacted the host because the pillows in the bedrooms were terrible. The response was a bit defensive and no solution was offered. On our second night we found somewhat better pillows in an armoire. We would have appreciated having face cloths and shampoo in the bathroom. Only liquid soap and conditioner were there.There were many indications that the house was being lived in ie clothes, personal items in the bathrooms, and food in the kitchen cupboards and freezer.

We had a wonderful time in Picton for a girls wine tour. The home is conveniently located close to MANY amazing restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner and drinks. Would stay again and also recommend to others.

Great house

Beautiful house, superbly decorated. Very nice location, close to Picton but in a calm section of the town. Nice kitchen with all the equipment to cook great meals. Very responsive host. Loved our stay!

Girls Trip

Enjoyed a wonderful few days with old friends in PEC. Stayed in this beautiful old Victorian home. The house is perfectly situated 10 minutes from Main St. Host is warm, responsive and helpful. The kitchen has everything you could need. Recommend if you’re up to a spacious home with eclectic feel.

Our Mini Getaway to Prince Edward County

What a lovely way to escape the City with my mom, sis and niece. We spent 4 nights in this lovely home and so enjoyed our rose on the covered porch every evening before walking a short 10 minutes on a beautiful street to the main drag for dinner. Great location for daily adventures in the area like Lake on the Mountain, Bloomfield, Wellington, Sandbanks etc. Thank you to our host for giving us the break we needed during a difficult and worrisome 2020!

Beautiful Picton Stay

I had a fantastic experience with this property. The owner was helpful and responsive. The property was gorgeous, decorated by someone who has a great eye for pairing the modern and antique looks. Beds were comfy, downstairs shower was fantastic. Location was great, and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in Picton

great Picton location!

Best location: 5 min walk to downtown restaurant/shops and 20 min drive to Sandbank beaches. House is beautifully decorated combining the old charm with new modern updates. Had a great stay with 3 teenage kids and highly recommend it.

Charming Eclectic Victorian

This was the perfect home for our girls getaway. The house is very charming with it's eclectic style. Very comfortable beds that vary in firmness :) The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Picton perfect!

Lovely large spacious old Victorian home a 10 minute walk down to Main St. in Picton. Loved the side porch, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen but we could not get on the internet and could not reach our host so that was a bit of a blunder. But would definitely go back.
