Grote gemeubileerde golfvilla met twee slaapkamers op Sea Trail.  Alle gebouwen hebben liften.  Locatie in de nabijheid van Sunset Beach Bridge voor uw vakantieplezier.  Sea Trail heeft drie golfbanen.  Deze kampioenseenheid heeft een eigen gemeenschappelijk buitenbad. Drie grote bedden, 1 koning in hoofdgedeelte, 2 queensize bedden in grote lock-out, WiFi, linnengoed inbegrepen.  Gasten kunnen een minimale vergoeding betalen voor het gebruik van het belangrijkste wellnesscentrum.  Vlak bij Sunset Beach en Myrtle Beach. Condo omvat ook Full size wasmachine en droger. Alle slaapkamer en badkamer beddengoed zijn inbegrepen en in de flat voor u wanneer u aankomt.  Ook de keuken is volledig gevuld met alle geschikte kookgerei, servies en bestek.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed but the floors weren’t very clean when we arrived. Great beach and restaurants nearby. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Cute Place!

Nice place and very quiet. Dryer stopped working so repair had to be done from lack of maintenance. Would have liked cleaning products in house so had to buy our own. Screened porch has mold and ceiling fans were dirty. This could be that owners aren't aware of how cleaners are cleaning. Master tub had dirty build up as well. Otherwise cute place for the time we needed it!

Clean and comfortable

Condo very clean and quiet. Could use some tissues, and some extra paper towels. Towels a bit small but enough to go around. The dryer took a while to dry towels, maybe needs some attention. Overall, very nice place. Beds very comfortable. Nice pool next to building, and beach is a quick 5 minute drive. Beach parking is crowded. Lot next door available for 10.00. Bring cash. Loved our stay, would definitely return.

Golf & Beach

We loved the unit and we would have given it an overall rating of 5 stars but the cleanliness was subpar. The entrance had a lot of dead bugs, we found hair on the bedsheets/pillow cases. I didn’t call b/c we were tired from a long drive so I washed and cleaned.

Very Efficient

Great spot to land for a long weekend! The place was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors were also very nice and we enjoyed being able to bring out dogs! We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home

I loved the place. The property was just as described. It was very clean and spacious. The only critique that I can think of is to update the TV's so that they are compatible with gaming systems. That would be important to families with children or adults who like to travel with their systems. Otherwise I would definately rent from them again.

Property needs attention

Arrived to discover elevator out of service for the week and traveling with elderly mother to a second level condo. Then discovered the screened porch was holding several inches of water with no drainage. Took 6 days to evaporate and could not enjoy. Cable box in lock-out bedroom did not work (message on screen said “box not in service”) and no one addressed my online request for resolution. No tv to enjoy at bedtime for the week in that bedroom. Both TVs in bedrooms are ancient and small. A simple, inexpensive fix. No HDMI hook-up on either bedroom tv, or I could have made use of my Chromecast device and streamed thru an app (Netflix, HBO MAX or Hulu) to gain some tv access at bedtime. The picture on the tv in master was horrible. The tv in living area was ok, but small (with terrible sound quality) and not a smart tv and no DVD player. This wasn’t expected, and was not mentioned in the rental agreement, but for the price of the rental there should be better amenities. Champions pool was completely out of order ALL week. I understand it was out of their control, but no one informed us, offered a resolution or replied to my online message. We ended up paying $75 to use the Sea Trail VAC pool for the week (an unexpected expense as we chose and PAID more for this condo for the benefit of an on-site pool). The floors and carpets were dirty. After walking around briefly, the soles of my feet were black. The area rugs don’t seem like they would be conducive to a vacuum and had sand and dirt caked underneath. Had to wear flip flops the entire time indoors. The ice maker leaked water, which constantly froze the ice cubes into one huge hunk of ice. The brand new refrigerator in the lock-out bedroom was very loud (not due to an ice maker as there wasn’t one, but motor issue). The condo was very roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the stocking of a few starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer packets, liquid hand soap.). The leather living room furniture was comfortable and dining area nice. The dryer took forever and several cycles to dry our clothes. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our stay at Sunset, but will be looking for other lodging options for future vacations. Ironically, the owner of the unit we booked for September contacted me while i was in THIS unit to inform me of the current pool situation (expected to still be an issue in September) and offered to reimburse us for VAC pool expenses.

Great for golf get away

The condo was very nice, clean and convenient. Our only complaint is that the mattress on the King bed desperately needs to be replaced. It sags on both sides and has a hump in the middle. An upgrade in linens would be nice as well.
