Very clean great views

Our family of 4 stayed vacationed here and there was plenty of room. It had great views of the golf course and out to the ocean.

Fabulous villa. View is very nice from the patio. Recently remodeled wonderfully. Well kept and maintained. Very nice to have two golf carts. The location of the villa is excellent and convenient. Management team was readily accessible and helpful when needed. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Amazing spot on a beautiful golf course in a safe and stunning resort. Beaches and pools in every direction. Close to shopping and food (about 20 minutes in each direction). The rooms were spacious, home was beautifully designed, and we had everything we needed. The full kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, the large living room provided plenty of space to relax, and the bathrooms were modern, spotless, and luxurious.Views…wow!

Stop looking and book this place!

The condo is amazing, much better than the photos. We had the most relaxing vacation at the condo and at FS Hualalai, which is well worth the resort access fee. We'll be back!

Family vacation post-Covid opening

The unit is just as advertised. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views and setting are lovely and the location convenient to the 4 seasons hotel. Food at restaurants memorably good. Our property manager, Dianna, was always available, incredibly helpful, and eased our stay. Strong recommendation from us. Excellent value based on setting, size, and conveniences.

The condo was as advertised and more. Didn’t care much for the master bedroom pillows ,but other than that, very nicely appointed. Two carts, yea!

Fairway Villa 104A

This is our second one-week stay at Fairway Villa 104A, and hopefully not our last. The location is fantastic, and with 2 4-seater golf carts it’s easy to access the entire Hualalai property. The 3-bed, 3 1/2 bath layout is perfect for our family of 4. The Villa is very clean and has a great Bosch washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining and living area (essentially one big room) looks out to a lanai with a gas grill overlooking the 15th tee box and down the 15th Fairway. It’s a 3-minute (max) cart ride to the canoe club (excellent snorkeling and other water activities) and about 3 1/2 minutes to the Hualalai fitness center and market. Thanks for yet another great visit to the Big Island!

Beautiful villa and location

Property is well-maintained and vey clean. Amenities, location, layout all great. We enjoyed it all; the golf at Hualalai, the beach club, the pool, the beach & the walking path along the ocean. Restaurants are all excellent. I would highly recommend this property!

better than the Four Seasons

My wife and I have been vacationing in Hawaii for many years including the Four Seasons Hualalai itself. We thought we have seen and experienced all - that is until we got invited to stay at Fairway Villa 104A. The villa is strategically located on the 15th hole fairway right before it turns into the stunning pacific ocean, beaches and cliffs. The sun knocks the windows in the morning and waves good night on our deck with the Hawaiian sunset! I love the rooms and villa more so than the next-door Four Season hotel rooms. But we are only 3 minutes away from all the restaurants, spa, beach activities that only Four Seasons can offer. As golfers, we love the two golf courses that the villa guest can enjoy. The private club house restaurants are icing on the cake! This has been our best Hawaiian experience. Period!

Elegantly Decorated Unit at Superb Location

The unit is located in a quiet area with private access within spectacular Four Seasons compound. It offers expansive fairway view, and is surrounded with beautiful trees. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. Easy access to enjoy fantastic restaurants, beaches, water recreations and golf courses. For starter or even experienced, you can enjoy snorkeling in the calm sea water pond to see many fishes, or beach area protected by a lagoon. All restaurants offer great dishes and their special attractions. Ke'olu is up on the slope. It provides stunning view of ocean, mountains, palm trees and sunset. Golfing here is the best on the Big Island. Make sure you keep your balls on the fairways. You will never find your ball in lava rocks, but you may get a lucky bounce!

Awesome experience, really enjoyed it!

Great location, easy to access everything, golf course, the 4 seasons. Very clean, fully equipped, spacious villa, awesome view to the golf course. We had blast!!!
