We have family members that come and stay for short periods. It’s central to all the things we love to do and see: golf, beaches, shopping, shore drives and restaurants. The owners, Jim and Judy are friendly and accommodating and caring.

A grocery store is nearby, as well as, a CVS, shops, and restaurants. For a special dinner, The Ocean House and The Rooftop at Pelham on Main are recommended. The staff at Martha Murray Vacation Rentals is always available for any concerns. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this property!

Walking distance to a few beaches, restaurants & mini market. Enjoy beach(happy) hour outdoors or breakfast with a Bloody Mary at the Sailing Cow, dont miss outdoor dining with a raw bar, heat lamps & Terry Brennan playing at Chapins Beach Bar, the sunset from West Dennis beach is fabulous. I bought steamers, lobster and oysters at Swan River Seafood and had a relaxing seafood fest on the back deck. Live the outdoor shower and oversized washer & dryer. Big tv, great AC system, huge kitchen, and comfy furniture & bed. Love that the master bedroom had a private bath. And compared to other cottages, the price is fantastic!
