Unfortunately, the outdoor shower is unusable, and the patio needs power washed with the high table and chairs replaced. The furniture in the living room needs replaced. Its very uncomfortable, and one of the recliners doesn't work.

We loved the neighborhood because my daughter could ride her bike all around the connecting little streets and we explored each pretty home. We also loved it because it was a quick bike ride to our favorite South Village beach. It’s also a great location near the restaurants. The house itself was clean and super well equipped. We loved the back patio space for having our morning coffee or a glass of Wine. We also really loved the screened in porch to watch tv. Other members of our family rented a home five doors down and they all ended up here when we played board games because our home had enough space. It was great!
