We’re very sorry that this unit did not meet expectations. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and the items you mentioned, including hair in the showers and on towels and the kitchen floor needing attention, are not acceptable. We will address this with our housekeeping team right away and review the unit for a deeper cleaning. We’re also sorry about the coffeemaker not working during your stay. That should have been corrected, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so it can be replaced or repaired. Regarding the ants, they can unfortunately be common near the coast, but we understand how frustrating that is inside the condo. We will have the unit inspected and treated as needed.
