Kom ontspannen op de eerste verdieping (geen vervelende trappen om te beklimmen!) van dit strandhuis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers (8 personen) en het wordt je toevluchtsoord terwijl je in Ocean City NJ bent.

Parkeer uw auto in de grote carport met meerdere wagens met opbergruimte en begin uw stress weg te smelten! Voor en achter dekken kunt u genieten van het buitenweer terwijl u geniet van een rustige vroege ochtend koffie of genieten van de late middag stralen van de zon. Bekijk de zonsopgang boven de oceaan of de vallende sterren 's nachts vanaf het extra grote achterdek naast de slaapkamers.

Nieuwe updates zijn granieten werkbladen in de keuken en badkamers met nieuwe kraanarmaturen en granieten toonbanken. Vers geschilderd met bijgewerkte inrichting. Nieuwe smart-tv met groot scherm in de woonkamer en smart-tv in de slaapkamer - nog niet op de foto. Mooi terrasmeubilair zorgt ervoor dat uw hele gezin comfortabel kan ontspannen.

Dit prachtige strandhuis is BRILLIANT gelegen aan vele vakantie-attracties. De eerste van vele is dat u op slechts een steenworp afstand bent van het beroemde strand van Ocean City, waar u kunt kijken naar spelende dolfijnen, een familiezandkasteel kunt bouwen of gewoon lekker kunt lezen! Badmeesters waken overdag over de zwemmers zodat u kunt ontspannen terwijl u een duik neemt! De gezinsgerichte promenade ligt aan de 23e straat, waar u 's ochtends kunt fietsen of een mooie oceaanwandeling kunt maken en gaat verder naar het noorden, waar u uw traditionele heerlijke promenade-favorieten vindt, zoals frites, Kohr's Brothers vla, Manco & Manco pizza , Johnson's karamel maïs & trechter cake. De beroemde frietjes van Chickies en Pete zijn ook te vinden op de promenade van Ocean City! Zorg ervoor dat je de beroemde Gillian's Wonderland-pier niet mist, die al je favoriete ritten en promenade-spellen heeft!

Er is een park op 34th street en Asbury, waar zich een speeltuin, tennis- en basketbalvelden bevinden. Een minigolfbaan is nooit ver weg voor die competitieve familie ronde putt putt.

De veerbootterminal Cape May-Lewes is slechts een korte reis verwijderd, waar de leuke veerboot met de auto u naar Lewes, Delaware brengt. Er staat een overvloed aan merk- en designeroutlets voor je klaar om te shoppen tot je uiterste best doet!

Er zijn tal van andere attracties, activiteiten en leuke plekken om te ontdekken en te verkennen in Ocean City! Ga op nieuwe avonturen en creëer levenslange herinneringen terwijl je je traditionele Ocean City NJ-vakantie begint of voortzet!

I usually do a pre-cleaning before we really settle in with our stuff and found that the fans, headboards, baseboards and dressers were significantly dusty. I mopped the floors once we got in and they were pretty dirty. There were ants in the kitchen, in a few cabinets (that I ended up cleaning out and wiping down to try and help). Kitchen was stocked with most things you would need for your trip the beds were comfortable and it was nice there were box fans if needed in the rooms.

PROS: The property is lovely and very close to the beach! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread inside on rainy days. The kitchen is very well equipped. CONS: The storage area is small and could only fit 2 bikes. The internet is very glitchy and would go out multiple times a day - thus causing the TV to stop working.

This condo is exceptional. Well maintained & very clean! Very nice kitchen, appliances & bathrooms. All the beds are comfortable!! One block from the beach & short driving distance to the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Ocean City Vacation

Was a really house for the 4 of us. It was a quick walk to the beach which was so nice with little kids. The process to rent was easy and I would recommend this place to anyone. 5 star.

Perfect family spot

We brought our 1 and 3 year old and had an amazing time. The place was extremely clean upon arrival and we loved the updated kitchen and master bath. It had everything we needed and overall the house was pretty childproof for our one year old. The location was great, just steps to the beach and to an ice cream spot. Absolutely would recommend this rental.

Quiet South End

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Parking was plentiful. There was convenient storage for our beach gear. The bedrooms were spacious and clean as well as the kitchen which was well equipped. The decks on the front as well as the back were wonderful to avoid the sun or catch the breezes! I would highly recommend this property.

Great beach week

We had a great week at this property! The proximity to the beach was second to none. We also liked having a playground nearby. Kitchen was well-stocked. We missed having a grill, but were fine without one. The parking in the carport was tight but there was never a lack of on-street parking. Would consider staying again!

Great family Thanksgiving

The home was well stocked super clean and in a great location! My family had a really good time. We walked to the beach multiple times it was steps away and all stores and other needs were all nearby. Plenty of room in the house for 7 of us. The communication and responsiveness of the owner from the first contact through the re rental period was also fantastic! Would definitely rent again.

Would come back again!

We liked the quiet residential location in Ocean City and also the short distance to walk to the beach. We loved that there was a porch on the front and the back of our unit. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, a big TV in the living room area and also TVs in each bedroom. It was nice to keep our car under roof and off the street. We were also happy for a place for our bikes and beach chairs. No complaints! We will return.

Beautiful location and great accommodations

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The communication with the owner was great with the few issues we did run into. Mainly the cleaning people dropped the ball and we had to wipe everything down when we arrived. Other than that, I would definitely stay again . We had 3 kids myself , my husband and another parent and it accommodated us beautifully.

This home is one that I would recommend highly!!! It was exactly as pictured, if not better :) Great location, very clean, kitchen was stocked with all the necessary dishes, pots and utensils. The beds were very, very comfortable. All the fixtures were high end and in the kitchen and bathrooms. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. This is one rental that I will book again and again. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

We are going back!

Check in was simple. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The owners were very responsive. We didn't have any issues, instead we added an extra night because we did not want to leave. This house was exactly what we were looking for. The online listing does not do the house justice. The house is large, the rooms are nice and roomy. There was plenty of room for the six of us, 3 adults & 3 kids, to relax about. The beds are comfy. The front porch and back balcony are a nice treat, and they are nice and comfy too. It is a home away from home. The kitchen was stocked w pots and pans and all your essentials. Location is perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, but there was plenty to do. We were super close to the beach. Walking there with a 3 year old was super easy. The boardwalk was less than 10 minutes drive. We really did not want to leave and we will definitely be booking this house again.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this house was perfect! With 5 adults and 2 children, it was a very quick walk to the beach. An easy 4 block walk to WaWa, Acme, CVS, a nice restaurant and the playground for those who like to walk. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. You do need to drive to the boardwalk, however, I believe there might be a shuttle as well to take. The bedrooms seemed spacious for 7 people, however, master bath a little small, but that didn’t impede on our stay. Nice front and rear decks with nice furniture. Sunrises on the rear deck and sunsets on front deck. There is a Keurig as well as a counter top coffee pot. We brought our Keurig along as the pics only showed a regular pot. The house is tastefully decorated. The only issues we encountered, we were unable to get the tv working in the bunk bedroom, fan/light over the dining table did not work, the lock on the slider in the back bedroom did not lock and there were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Also, the house wasn’t as clean as we had experienced at other Ocean City properties over the years. All of these concerns were addressed with the realtor and he/she was very responsive to our concerns. Overall, we had a wonderful week and the weather was beautiful, so the minor inconveniences were not a huge issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Must Take Cleaning More Seriously

Naturally it's OC, where it's beautiful and quiet and safe. But that doesn't mean that paying guests don't deserve a clean and welcoming environment. Unfortunately when entering this home, it appeared as if someone just left that morning and the unit didn't get cleaned. All surfaces were dirty and needed wiped down, the refrigerator was left disgusting, and bathrooms with soap scum and hair all over are just absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, a vacation doesn't start well when the entire family has to go through the entire unit and clean it. But when you're stuck on a holiday weekend, you do what you have to do. There is no reason that we should clean your unit after paying over $1,000 for a few nights away. Master bathroom was the absolute worst. Listing stated that sheets and towels are washed in extra hot water ... no sheets or towels were provided but luckily there is a Walmart not too far and after $209 for cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. then we were set for the remainder of our stay to be just fine. The review numbers are skewed because the main issues with this unit are on the first day ... cleanliness. Once that is resolved, the rest of the stay is wonderful and at the end most folks are going to forget how horrible that first day truly was - for us however, it ruined our entire trip.

I am so sorry to hear that you had these issues as you never reached out to me to let me know. To my knowledge the cleaners were there, if you entered and the unit was not properly cleaned you should have reached out and I would have immediately rectified the situation. If I am not aware of a situation there is no chance for me to correct it. We take pride in our homes and strive for the best possible experience for all guests. As the listing states ‘all linens and towels are NOT provided, you are required to bring them or we can provide a linen rental service recommendation for you’ This is common practice with most rental homes especially Ocean City NJ. Again I apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced during your Holiday stay with us. Hopefully being with loved ones all together, happy and healthy overshadowed any issue you had. Jim and I strive to make all our guests’ stays as relaxing and memorable as possible. These homes are our vacation homes as well and we want everyone to be able to have the best time possible just as we do. It is a super clean, friendly beach town that has something to offer for everyone! Year round fishing, water sports, the traditional boardwalk, gorgeous beach, festivals and event attractions make Ocean City New Jersey a year round vacation destination! All the vacationers and locals alike are super friendly and looking to enjoy every minute of their vacation!

This property is AMAZINGLY located to the beach! It is 1 street away and is the only part of Asbury Ave that is so close to the beach. It is just steps to your own dune entry! Another reason we fell in love with Ocean City (and this unit) is because the majority of the rentals are houses that make your stay more home like. We enjoyed the fact that this home (and many other units) is only shared with one other rental which makes it very peaceful.
