Noordkust huis gelegen in Kings Beach Ca. Dit huis is een korte 8-10 minuten lopen naar cafes, winkels, restaurants, sportwinkels, bars en het beste van alles de zandstranden van Lake Tahoe. Je boot meenemen? we hebben voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de trailer en de lanceerbaan is binnen een halve mijl. Dit huis is geschikt voor activiteiten het hele jaar door. We zijn minuten van prachtige wandelingen, waaronder de Tahoe Rim Trail, golfen, vissen of mountainbiken de Tahoe Flume. Kom je skiën? Skigebied Northstar ligt op 10 minuten afstand en we zijn ook een korte rit naar Mount Rose Diamond Peak en Squaw Valley. Als je alleen maar komt om te ontspannen, heeft het huis een groot terras met veel zitplaatsen voor je hele familie en vrienden, of ontspan je in de spa op het achterdek. Alle noodzakelijke benodigdheden voor koken zoals potten, pannen, keukengerei, mixer, kroketje, koffiepot en Keurig, gasbarbecue en Traeger roker zijn inbegrepen. Eetkamer voor 6 personen met een hoge stoel beschikbaar. Kabel-tv in de woonkamer en TV in master klaar voor FireStick of Google TV. Draadloos internet is ook inbegrepen.

Het huis biedt een master met kingsize bed, slaapkamer 2 met een kingsize bed en slaapkamer 3 met een queensize bed. Pack & Play is op locatie voor gebruik. Als je meer dan 6 hebt, is er in de slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping ruimte genoeg voor een opblaasbaar matras. Er zijn twee volledige badkamers, een in de meester, een trap en een half bad beneden. Great Tahoe Vacation

The property was exactly what we were looking for, it was updated and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. Definitely recommending to friends and will be booking again in the future!

Family vacation

This property is amazing! My family loved the area we were in, and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. We had 8 people in the house, and there was still enough room to be comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and very easy to get in contact with. The house was super clean, and there were a variety of different appliances available. We spent time in the hot tub as well and it did not disappoint. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

Great place at Kings Beach

We had a great stay at this comfortable and spacious cabin. Just a 10 min walk to the beach and town the cabin is set back enough from the hustle and bustle and feels like a forest escape. The cabin is updated and decorated nicely. The hot tub was a great place to unwind and the master bedroom is spacious. The only thing to be aware of is there is no convenient “front door” access so you end up either going through the basement or the master bedroom to go in and out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of nine stayed 4 nights and loved this home! The beds were comfy and the space was perfect. The location made it easy to walk to the beach/lake and explore what Kings Beach had to offer. Just as many of the Lake Tahoe rentals, there is no AC, which we were aware of prior and prepared for. The main floor got warm in the middle of the afternoon but was able to cool down in the evening with open windows and doors. Upstairs stayed pretty warm, despite opening the windows and utilizing fans. Just be prepared. Thank you for such a great stay!

Would definitely stay here again

This was a great property for our family vacation with two additional teen friends. The kids (4 teens total) had both rooms upstairs and shared the upstairs bathroom with no issues at all. The downstairs master bedroom is spacious and cozy at the same time. Very comfortable home for everyone in our party. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to rent here again. I gave the location 4 stars instead of five because of the maintenance issues with the surrounding properties on the drive to the property (some rundown houses). This house itself is adorabale and was very nicely remodeled. We actually thought it was the best looking house in the neighborhood!

Awesome house

This house was awesome for 6 people. Very Modern inside, like it was updated recently. Lots of space to put ski equipment in the bottom level. My kids and extended family loved the hot tub so much after skiing that we were in it every night. Perfect if you plan to ski Northstar, Incline, or Mt. Rose. They are all about 15 minutes away. You could even go to Sqaw/Alpine in about 30-45 minutes. Loved it and would give it a higher rating then 5 stars if I could!

Lovely Place Near Kings Beach

The house is nicely located walking distance from kings beach. The property is very clean! Lots of room. Great outdoor space and kitchen. We cooked every night. The only concern we had was no AC. It was very hot during the day, even with fans, so we had to stay outdoors till late evening. Mornings were cool. But I believe most properties dont have AC in that area. The owner was very kind and repsonsive to any concern we had. Overall we had a great weekend!

Snowy Retreat

We had a great stay at the Kings Beach cabin. There was tons of snow, but we stayed warm and cozy. We loved being able to walk to the cafes and restaurants, and to the lake. It was a good location for Pallisades and TahoeX/C. We also found a nice park for snowshoeing nearby (we saw a brown bear!). The hot tub was perfect for the teenagers apres ski. (I would note that the access to the backyard with the hot tub was through the master bedroom. The snow was too deep to go around the side of the house.) We had everything we needed for cooking basic meals (lots of seasonings and oil available). The layout of the house worked well with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs for the teens, and the master on the main floor. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again!

Great house!

Loved our stay! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable trip, was very clean and the property owners were quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Awesome stay

The rental was perfect for our family ot 4 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There was plenty of space (especially on The large deck) for everyone to relax and enjoy the the surroundings. The Neighborhood was quiet and it was a Short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was very good. We had a great time there.

Wonderful Hosts and a Great Property

We stayed for a full week and the house was fully stocked and super comfortable. With a great location near Lake Tahoe, on several days my daughters walked from the house to the beach. The deck was the "gathering spot" for us each day and we used the gas fueled grill to make dinner. The owners clearly cared about our comfort during the stay and this was evident upon arrival as we walked into a squeaky clean home. Thank you Eric and family for allowing us to see the beauty of Lake Tahoe through the exquisite comfort of your home.

King’s Beach/ Lake Tahoe Getaway

This was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, spacious, and great location. The second upstairs bedroom was equally as nice and spacious as the downstairs master bedroom. We loved the kitchen / living room combination and wine coolers. It was also so convenient to have the washer/dryer in the basement. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Tahoe Trip

The home was very clean, and well appointed. The home was a short walk to King’s Beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub worked great on the cold nights. Eric was quick to respond, had instructions in the home, and was extremely easy to work with. I would book this home again after how nice it was, and how great the owners are.

Great House

Everything was great! The only negative was the floor could have been cleaned better. It didn’t look dirty but when we saw the bottom of our white socks they were black. This was when we first got there.

Fabulous Experience

We had a truly lovely time staying at this wonderful home in Kings Beach. It is tucked in a peaceful neighborhood that is incredibly close to everything in Kings Beach-- making anything you want to do easily accessible. The home itself was fabulous, it has obviously been renovated and is very tastefully decorated, has every detail you could think of (especially in the kitchen) and has been setup as a very comfortable space that you want to spend time in. Plus, the deck out front and the hot tub in the back are the perfect places to relax and enjoy the beauty around you. In addition to all of that, the host Eric, was incredibly responsive, helpful and accessible, which is incredibly appreciated. This is such a fabulous home, I'd highly recommend it as it made our trip perfect and am looking forward to returning in the future.
