We stayed for 6 days in August. It was a nice, clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet place to return to after long days hiking. It was walking distance from anything in town, but we liked not being right in town. The bed was comfortable and the bedrooms were a nice size. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The fans were very helpful and the place felt cool when we arrived on a very hot day, which was a nice welcome! The little balcony was nice but needs a working table. The kitchen is small but adequate. It was nice having our own washer and dryer. We loved our time in Telluride including our stay here!

We had a bit of trouble finding the parking garage in the dark, so we parked across the parking lot across the street, the first night. The location is good - about a 1/2 mile from downtown Telluride. Robes would be a nice touch - for the hot tub. The balcony and view were great - however, comfy seating would be a plus for sunning and star gazing- the table was pretty old and splintery. The condo is a bit dated - it Is a ski lodge so I get that. Overall, a great stay that was easy and nice.

Cozy stay during a week of rain and snow-topped mountains in Telluride. Condo was well outfitted and in our favorite part of town. Would have appreciated different seating on the deck --something more cozy to pull under the covering and enjoy the weather (seating is not as pictured). Would definitely stay here again.

So easy to get on and off the mountain.

We had a great stay at this place it look just like the pictures. The ski locker rocked, halfway between the place and the lift. Love the walkability to town.

This was a great 3 day ski get away. Everything we needed and so close to the lift. Walked into town for dinner every night and had a great time playing cards at the table after dinner. Upstairs deck was a nice place to relax after a long day of skiing.

Telluride Condo

Great condo with a great location. The condo was well appointed. Telluride is completely walkable, loved the restaurants, shopping and hiking.

Great Location

The whole of Telluride is an awesome place and this property just adds convenience and peace of mind on top of the awesomeness. It's right next to river trail which makes it easy to access the shops and restaurants in downtown. There's a grocery about 5-7 minutes walk.

Great location, unit a bit dated and toilets require multiple flushes to flush waste. That said it was a wonderful place to stay and location is fantastic

Awesome location next to the Coonskin Lift

The listing was exactly as described and had the added benefit of having a completely separate loft apartment that allowed my wife and I to have a separate living space from our teenage kids. The location is basically ski in/out so you can't beat the convenience.

Great ski vacation

Good clean condo, great location. Parking garage is a challenge for anyone with a rocket box on car. Wish the hot tub was in a better location.

Perfect for Family of Four

This home is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, kitchen table was spacious, couch was so cozy we could all curl up together to watch movies in the evenings. Perfect location to use lift 7 to access the mountain and to walk to the market or get on the bus.

We look forward to welcoming you in beautiful Telluride! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone! Quiet hours 9pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we CAN smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
