Ligt direct tegenover het grote zwembad en toegang tot het strand. Onze prachtige kleine plek in het paradijs heeft vele stormen doorstaan. We hebben opgeknapt en volledig gestript en herbouwd met alleen de beste materialen die we konden vinden.

De orkaan van 2017, Irma en Dorian 2019 onze eenheid overleefde zonder schade, bomen in de omgeving en wat struikschade, maar Association ging in actie en had verschillende landschapsteams om het terrein te herstellen. We houden de unit op de hoogte met de huidige trends, open plattegrond, roestvrijstalen apparaten, full-size wasmachine en droger in de unit. Een afgeschermde patio met uitzicht op de golfbaan. U zult vanuit uw terrasstoel enkele van de mooiste zonsondergangen zien.

Er is mijlen van mooi afgelegen strand evenals vissen in de branding. De stad biedt ook een vissteiger in de buurt en veel charterboten zijn beschikbaar in de jachthaven.

We hebben veel zorg besteed om van ons tweede huis een plek te maken waar iedereen graag terug zou komen, een resort met alles
binnen handbereik.

Het is centraal gelegen, en aan de overkant van de golfbaan is het grootste Olympische zwembad met toegang tot het ongerepte strand en de oceaan. Een Tiki-bar voor lite-eten en drinken. Er is een restaurant op de
gebouwen evenals vele goede restaurants in de omgeving.

Uw auto wordt geparkeerd direct voor de voordeur. Als je door de voordeur komt, worden de upgrades onmiddellijk opgemerkt met de rijke houten esdoornkasten, granieten werkbladen en het opgewaardeerde roestvrij staal. We hebben veel zorg besteed aan de levering van onze keuken
met alles wat een chef-kok nodig heeft om een gastronomische maaltijd te bereiden. Compleet met een koffie
 maker, broodrooster, mixer en mixer om je favoriete cake, koekjes te bakken.

Er zijn ook tal van borden, potten / pannen en
alles wat u verwacht te vinden in een goed uitgeruste keuken.

Jeu de boules, tennis, tiki bar, restaurant, direct tegenover appartement. Een wandeling over de greens, je geniet daar van alles wat je zoekt.

The unit was lovely and very close to the Beach. If you like to cook in. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pot and pans, dishes and a lot of extra equipment.. the host was very helpful when asked about local eateries. Excellent owners would definitely love to use unit again.

The unit was beautiful and well stocked. Furnished with up to date furniture and tastefully decorated.The only complaint was that the floors were not vacuumed or washed. Coffee maker needed to be washed before we could use it. Stained with coffee but washed up nicely. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Loved my stay

Mary made this condo feel like our own little home for the week- everything we needed for a restful and enjoyable week was all in the condo, and it’s proximity to the beach as well as town were perfect.

Wonderful vacation

We have stayed at Ed and Mary's condo three times now and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. They are great to work with and the place is lovely.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were very nice and there were plenty of things to do on the island. Thank you Mary and Ed, we look forward to staying here again!

Anniversary trip

Very roomy condo with all the amenities we needed. We visited before the main influx of snowbirds so it was a peaceful week. Mary & Ed were great hosts and very responsive when we had any questions. Would stay again when back in Ft. Pierce area.

Wonderful vacation

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at Ed and Mary's Ocean Village condo. We had a wonderful time. Ed and Mary were great hosts and wonderful to work with. We hope to be back again.

Cozy and comfortable

Mary and Ed made our stay like home away from home. Every amenity we needed was thought of. The location near hole # 1 was ideal for golfing and a short walk to the pool, tiki bar and restaurant.

Overall great experience. There were so many things to do close to the property. The farthest place we went to was about an hour away at Sebastian Inlet. What a beautiful part of the world!Make sure you wear your sunscreen and bug spray!

Can’t wait to stay again!

What a wonderful time we had staying at this condo at Ocean Village! The condo was perfect and the amenities at the complex were top shelf! Working with the owners Mary and Ed was wonderful and they were fantastic hosts, making sure our stay was comfortable and smooth. Would highly recommend this unit and complex! Looking forward to spending more time there in 2018!

Great location-easy access to beach and pool

Nice 1st floor unit. Comfortable, great air conditioning, fast internet. Nice hosts who checked several times to make sure everything was okay.I Would highly recommend without any reservations.

Ocean Village Stay

Wife & I really enjoyed our stay, Great location, very easy unloading & loading our car with luggage being ground floor unit. Good view of golfer’s if you like to people watch, as unit is right on the course. Our communication with owner’s was good and they are very accommodating.The condo was wonderful for 2 people.

Comfortable and Clean

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is comfortable and clean and offers everything that you need to enjoy this lovely property. Word to the wise, if you are prone to bug bites make sure you use bug spray when going outdoors, noseeums are hungry this time of the year.

Perfect place for family vacations!

We have a good time and relaxing time. Home away from home. Condo is very well stocked with all kitchen items, comfortable king bed, and pull out coach great for family of 4! The location is absolutely perfect. Awesome beach, pools and hot tub. Highly recommended. Condo was exactly as described. The owner are friendly and quickly response for all questions.

Ocean Village Condo

This was our second month this winter and we enjoyed the location and all the amenities at Ocean Village. The condo is close to the tiki bar restaurant and ocean. The kitchen had an abundance of equipment and we really enjoyed the new air fryer/toaster. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions.

Nice condo on golf course

We love the location of our Ocean Village condo on the golf course and just a short walk to pools, beach and tiki bar and restaurant. It is our second year here. The owners are very good at communicating too. The kitchen has everything we need and we were happy to have a new air fryer/oven to use this year.

Ocean Village

Ocean Village has many opportunities for activities. The condo was in a great location and was well appointed. I thought the listing was accurate accept for missing that the main pool and pickle ball courts were not available because they were under construction. Our hosts were immediately responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the main pool is under renovations, but there are three other pools on the property. We did advise you prior to your arrival to give you the opportunity to cancel with full refund. Pickle ball is not an amenity of Ocean Village, individuals started this program on the tennis courts and were not permitted by the city. The Property Association is working on this as well and hope in the future to build pickle ball courts. Unfortunately these issues where not in our control and we hope they are resolved in the very near future

The condo was clean, had a nice updated kitchen and well appointed furnishings.

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was on the ground floor, which was important for us, since there were floors above in the building. The parking was conveniently close. The interior was furnished very nicely. The bedroom had plenty of pillows and blankets. The living room furniture was very nice and comfortable. There is a full bathroom, plus a second washing basin and plenty of room for our personal toiletries. There were plenty of towels. And having a washer and dryer in the condo is extremely convenient The owner was good enough to leave us cheese and crackers for a snack when we arrived. The wifi worked great, and the TV channels were all we needed. The enclosed patio looked out on the golf course and is a great for a lunch or just sitting and reading. The condo is right on the golf course, and the beach is about 300 yards away. We had some nice walks on the beautiful, clean beach. We went to the Sunday morning Chapel service at the clubhouse. That was very convenient for visitors who aren't familiar with the area. We ate at The Inn at Ocean Villages, and the food was very good. If we return to Fort Pierce, we'll try to rent this exceptional condo for the time we're there. If you can rent this condo, don't hesitate. Just lock it in!
