Zomerhitte: Condo wordt gekoeld door een moeraskoeler die zijn beperkingen heeft op vochtige dagen. We leveren raam-AC-units wanneer nodig.

De Condo wordt regelmatig behandeld met niet-giftig ongediertebestendig. Toch zijn insecten een deel van het leven hier in het zuidwesten. Hoewel we er alles aan doen om het brandschoon te houden voor gasten, kunnen we de natuur niet volledig beheersen en daarom ziet u af en toe een bug (met name suikermieren). Houd hier rekening mee en zorg ervoor dat je de mogelijkheid goed vindt voordat je boekt.

Gratis parkeren - 1 gereserveerde plek en andere bezoekersplaatsen voor het complex. Neem alle waardevolle spullen uit de auto en vergrendel ze veilig.

Ringcamera geïnstalleerd op de voordeur om het aantal gasten te controleren en voor veiligheidsdoeleinden.

I had trouble opening my messages in the app and did not have the gate code. A simple solution would have been an answer to the voice mail or 2 text messages asking for the code, but that did not happen. I was eventually able to get to my messages and retrieve the code. The condo is okay and while right on a busy street, it is a good location.

Unfortunately this was an isolated instance of this guest not reading instructions. We provide clear and accurate access instructions AND specific contact details for after hours. She failed to read anything and I find it disappointing to take blame for her negligence.

The experience was nice. Had everything I needed and it was clean. The only complaint was that the people upstairs don’t sleep and walk/stomp around all night long (11pm-7am).. I saw a previous review that mentioned the same thing. There are ear plugs in both rooms if needed.

Everything was as described

The location is very good and the area felt safe. It was easy to get to I-40 and, therefore, anywhere in town in a few minutes. The A/C was good and the king bed was very comfortable. We did not use the queen bed. The check-in was super easy. The condo had everything we needed for our few days in Albquerque.

Great location!

We enjoyed renting this condo. It is a good location, near uptown and very close to a large shopping center and target. Easy access to the interstate. It was very clean. My friend and I thought it was cute that the left a balloon that said welcome and a couple of New Mexico state cookies for us. Check in was easy and the security door to the complex worked easy, along with the access code to the unit. Its a nice small condo and worked well for our Albuquerque sight seeing

Uptown Condo a Good Find

I liked everything about this property. The location was perfect for my purpose; visiting family. Everything I needed worked. The bed was satisfactory. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it was definitely adequate. I appreciated the safety of separate gate and door codes. Effective communication with the property manager was very welcome and helpful. I would stay here again.

Good Communication Bad Location.Saw several needles outside of the place. Beds didn't have fitted sheets, housekeeping was poor.Communication was great however and they checked in several times. Our stay was short so we didn't ask them to come clean or anything.

I’m not sure what needles Guest is talking about unless she saw them in some public area. We do not have this problem at our location. No, we do not use fitted sheets. We use a professional line company that is also used by many hotels in town. They are a high-end Linen company. Our housekeepers have a tucking system to make the beds. If there are any housekeeping issues that were missed then we always take care of any issues, this guest never mentioned anything so a negative review after the fact is disappointing. We take our cleaning processes seriously and will always address any issues.

Good place if you have business in the area. Not a luxury location but not presented as one. Clean. Remotes were not present during our stay for TV. Used a laptop connected to TV though. Might stay again.

The remotes were found in the couch cushion. I’m not sure how they got there, we test the TVs prior to guest arrival.

Short Stay in Albuquerque.

The Condo was a great value for the cost. The location is perfect being next to Winrock Shopping Area, Close to uptown and Old town areas and the Northeast heights. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The building is secure and the touch entry lock system was very convenient. Didn't have to worry about a key. The area is quiet and parking is available. Only caution would be if anyone is party has difficulty with mobility. The bathtub/shower is short and has a very high lip.

Convenient location and Peace of Mind

The postioning of this property really does make a trip to Albuquerque convenient. I was here visitng family who are all over the city and the location was convenient enough to stop by in between trips and cool off or unload some ahopping and head back out. The location is cozy, very welcoming and plesantly themed for a New Mexico feel. The host was very communicative and pleseantly messaged to enusre my welcome was worry free. The location is also equiped with a locking passcode gate and a keypad on the door making me feel extra secure both in and out and about. Bonus points for having baby utensils at the home! My 7 month old didnt join me in this trip but when I saw them I thought was a very nice and thoughtful.

Great location, but a few minor issues.

The location is perfect for us, and we hope to stay there again. It was really nice to have the place stocked with stuff that gets used routinely: Kleenex, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, napkins, paper towels, etc. There were a few relatively minor issues that could be improved, though: The floors and/or rugs were pretty dirty (socks got dirty fast). The dishwasher's Normal cycle didn't work; we had to use the Pots and Pans cycle to wash dishes. One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burned out, so we swapped it for the one in the lamp in the smaller bedroom. The neighbors in Unit 1 let their dog run free inside the gate, and it was not well-behaved.. Again, overall we really liked the place, and hope to stay there when we come to Albuquerque again.

The property was clean and well maintained! Had everything I needed for the week. Sheets and bed were fantastic! The property is in a great neighborhood and close to uptown shopping center and Target. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying at the property as soon as possible.

My husband, Chris, and I are originally from Colorado but planted roots in ABQ over 10 yrs ago. We have 2 rambunctious boys (9 and 6) that keep us busy.
