Modern paardenlandpension, 100 vierkante meter aan leefruimte met airconditioning en 2,5 hectare grond op een privéboerderij met poorten. Ontsnap aan de drukte van de stad en ontspan overdag in het enorme zwembad of kook 's nachts over de vuurplaats. Nachtleven in het centrum van Fort Lauderdale en de stranden ligt op slechts 30 minuten afstand. Op loopafstand van het beroemde Everglades Holiday Park, de thuisbasis van Animal Planets Gator Boys, waar u een tocht met een luchtboot kunt maken om naar Gator te kijken of te vissen. Misschien zelfs gaan paardrijden, er zijn verschillende locaties voor deze activiteit, een locatie is een van onze buren 2 ranch huizen op de weg. Misschien beproef je je geluk in het beroemde Seminole Hard Rock Casino op slechts enkele minuten afstand. Het weer in de winter in Zuid-Florida is het beste, en alle Floridianen kijken er naar uit. Wij verheugen ons op uw bezoek en mijn vrouw en ik zullen er alles aan doen om uw verblijf aangenaam en zonder stress te maken.

Awesome neighborhood, awesome host

Super quiet neighborhood. So close to activities nightlife, but distant from hustle bustle and traffic. We had a wonderful stay and our host was awesome!

Wonderful and restful

Great place just a bit off the beaten track but quick and easy access to golf, groceries, restaurants and shopping. We needed peace and quiet and thats what we got. Responsive but not invasive host family. Hardly even knew they were there. This was exactly as listed in description with no surprises.

Excellent property and host!

I stayed with my wife and baby. The place is very nice and big. 2 very big rooms. Bathroom is also very big and it has bidet! How awesome is that! Also, we used the the swimming pool, the pool table, basketball, volleyball and soccer ball. It was a great experience, I wish we stayed for more days. The host is very responsive and helped in all out needs! She is just great! I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great Location for fishing

The accommodations were very good, but the mattress on the bunk bed were very poor. I found out at the last minute that there was a up charge of $30 per boat trailer per day, of which we had 2, totaling $60 per day. It was a very tight situation parking the boats and they had to be backed in from the road. We found several very good restaurants in Weston. All in all it was a good trip and the owner tried to be very accommodating.

Great fishing location

Property was located in a great spot for fishing. The lack of checkin directions bothered us, but fortunately the owners wife was available to let us in. Cleanliness was good, but the toilet, glass doors, pool, and windows needs more love. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it, as it did not seem clean and properly treated. There were two big downfalls of this property. One was having to contend with adult children blocking the driveway and running a 4wheeler on the property and in front of the property after dark. The second issue was related to the extra fee for boats/fisherman. If we are being charged an extra fee per day to have a boat, we should be able to access the property easier. For any fisherman it will be a challenge to back a boat up a long narrow driveway through a gate. It would be ideal to have a turnaround inside the gate or wave the fee completely. The only other thing that I have issue with is the security deposit because you are required to purchase the property insurance at the owners request anyways. The insurance is not an issue, but why require an out of pocket deposit if its covered under the insurance policy. A walk around of the property would have been nice upon checking also. Great place and host, but it has downfalls.

Beautiful, cozy home

While we had some issues including the home not being ready for us when we arrived and some communication issues checking in, the house and owners were very nice. Once we got checked in the communication was much better and the house was very nice and extremely clean. We enjoyed the time we got at the house.

Family Vacation

Well appointed accommodation that has recently been renovated to a high standard. Nicely located to the highways for easy access to Miami, the Everglades, the Gulf Coast and much more. We only had a few minor issues that Farin addressed promptly.

Relaxing Guest House Retreat

We were guests of Farin and Wenndy's for 10 days. We chose this location because it had access to a pool and was in a quiet rural-like setting. The hosts were very quick to respond to any issues. In fact, the day prior to our stay, Farin informed us that the pool needed repairs and would be out of commission for the first two days. We appreciated the advanced notice. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean and we did make good use of the pool going for daily swims. The kitchen is newly renovated and a lovely space. However, as we stayed for a longer period, and cooked a fair number of meals in, we would have appreciated a few more of the kitchen basics. We did manage fine without and it did not detract terribly from our experience. We highly recommend the guest house.

Relaxing, safe, elegant and private

We loved the spacious ranch feel of the neighborhood, we saw people riding horses nearby and it was a very peaceful, leisurely stay. The guest house is very tastefully furnished and was very comfortable for four adults. Everything was easy, such as key access, safely gated and simple to get to. Quiet streets. The hosts are genuinely nice people and helpful. They were prompt in answering questions on their easy communication system, and we had an enjoyable face-to-face chat as well. I would highly recommend this place for a stay and would definitely stay there again, as it feels like a home away from home.

Farin and Wenndy were lovely hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had great ideas of things to do. The Cottage was clean and nicely appointed. The property is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Had a great time!
