DE RUIMTE:

Dit prachtig vormgegeven huis zorgt voor een perfecte luxe uitje. Ideaal voor koppels op zoek naar een "thuis weg van huis" of een romantische vakantie. Het is vooral geschikt voor groepen vrienden en familie die op zoek zijn naar een van de beste locaties op het eiland. Geweldig voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar een uitgelezen Arubaans huis. Comfortabel, rustig en gemakkelijk. We gaan graag die extra mijl in, zodat u zich thuis voelt.

Het huis beschikt over 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. De woonkamer / eetkamer geeft je een open concept gevoel met een lekker briesje van de veranda van het huis. Je kunt 's nachts ontspannen in een comfortabele tv-kamer en een film kijken op Netflix.
Op de achterste veranda van de keuken kunt u ook genieten van een lekkere maaltijd / barbecue in het gezelschap van uw familie en vrienden.

We had an amazing time in Aruba thanks to this place! The pool was refreshing, peaceful, and secluded. Being in the quiet part of the island was exactly what we wanted. Arnold was helpful throughout our entire trip, recommending great places to eat and see! Fantastic vacation, will definitely be back and stay here!

Beautiful home, very close to Baby Beach

Beautiful home, and walking distance to baby beach. We walked there on our first day using the new path, the end of path is under construction for new tennis courts, but it’s a quick drive down with plenty of parking.

Our stay was amazing! Arnold was a great host, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. The villa is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The location in relation to one of the best underrated beaches on the island (Baby Beach) is spectacular, it’s only a 5-10 min walk or a couple of minutes by car. We would love to stay again whenever we return to Aruba.

A perfect getaway

The house was stunning, very quiet neighborhood away from the main tourist area. It is a drive to go back and forth between Palm Beach and here, but you really can not beat this area. The beach is stunning. Overall we would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa Modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a lot of outdoor space, specially at the pool. The host was responsive to any our questions. We will definitely come back again

Wonderful! This place is the absolute best way to do Aruba. So close to Baby Beach and Rogers Beach, and leave all the tourists behind. We were by ourselves so often on pristine Auba coastline that it almost felt like a private island. Ask Arnold for dinner recommendations and you cannot go wrong.

Great place near Baby Beach with lots of space for a family or group. Arnold is very responsive and has great restaurant and activity recommendations. The location is quiet with lots of walking/hiking opportunities

Best stay ever

This is the best place we have ever booked for our family. The host had everything you could think you might need, the house was so clean, and the outside space made us not want to leave. We didn’t want to switch to our hotel for the last couple of days but we didn’t realize how great this house and location would be. We would definitely come back here, or try his other location just to mix things up. But we really loved this place. He was an amazing host too - he gave us tons of great information (restaurants, groceries, beach access, etc.) and a tour of the house so we knew where everything was.

Outstanding! I took my kids and their friends. First, the host was outstanding. He was responsive and provided all the info you could need. The house was amazing, quiet, 5 minute walk to Baby Beach which is incredible, especially if you want to chill and not have it too crowded. The house was one of the best supplied and comfortable I have ever stayed in. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is great and the little tiki patio is great. San Nicholas isnt near any touristy stuff which was a plus for us. Can’t wait to return!!!

Awesome! Perfect home away from home!

This beautiful home is located on the quiet side of the island. Our family enjoyed every minute of our time on this very Happy Island! If you need to get away from it all and just enjoy some peace home away from home I would stay here! Arnold was great with places to eat and special locations to see on the island!

Great location and neighborhood. Arnold was a wonderful and attentive host. Easy walk to Baby and Rodger's beaches. Baby has become super busy; so just a heads up. The best part of our stay was hiking the Sero Colorado Plateau Trail and swimming at Boca Grandi Beach. Walk to the lighthouse and before getting there you will see a trail off to you left, down the cliff, and then a right on the road to the trail's beginning. There is really nothing food-wise in the neighborhood (there is a small convenience store for very basic needs that also rents bikes) so if you are cooking you will need to stock up. Ling and Sons is a great option over the very busy Super Foods. Highly recommend the rental.

Perfect place to stay in Seroe Colorado

The house is wonderful and it's the right blend of Arubian and American living. The rooms are air conditioned but the breeze blows their the house easily. The verandas are great and it's uber quiet.

Lovely decorated house with pool. Several sleeping options with possible 5th bedroom in the game room. Well supplied kitchen. Several dining areas including upper deck and poolside. Quick access to Baby Beach and Kamini's Restaurant. Gracious friendly host.

Beautiful Villa

This was the perfect oasis for us for a family Holiday together. The check in was easy. Property was clean and beautiful. Very nice pool. It is within walking distance to the Rogers and Baby Beach but the shortest route includes stairs. We did not have an issue with this. Great food truck at Baby Beach we loved. It is very quiet as this is a residential area . We would stay here again and my grandsons are still talking about there stay in Aruba. Thank you.

Gorgeous home!

The property was like staying on your own private resort! Enjoyed every aspect of the home! Location and all! Our suggestions with having stayed at other Vrbos would be a notebook of some kind (journal) that guest can write in about their experience staying there and where they are from) I feel like this could be a benefit to the home owner as well as others staying there. Also, if a list could be printed out stating all the local restaurants recommend would be a great add!

Secluded Oasis

I had an AMAZING birthday experience in Aruba. To jumpstart my stay at this beautiful oasis with an intimate group of family/friends. Arnold was an awesome host! He met us at the house upon arrival & gave us a personal walk through with instructions/questions to be asked. Even during my planning, Arnold was a great help in providing referrals for my Chef services, amongst other things. Arnold went above & beyond by actually transporting me to a local store (as we didnt have a vehicle) for a few last minute essentials. A lovely stay at this mini resort !!! Please be advised that this beautiful oasis is definitely for the luxury of "Wanted to be away from the tourist hustle & bussle". Therefore be sure to arrangre your essentials & food situation in advance.

Highly recommend!

My family of 4 (including 2 teenager kids) stayed at Arnold's vacation home for a week. Everyone (including my teenagers!) was very satisfied & had a great time! We have stayed at many VRBO properties & this was by far one of the best experiences. I would highly recommend this to any family looking for a quiet, clean and spacious house in Aruba. Arnold was a terrific host. I cannot ask anything more than what he had already offered to us. Very generous & professional. Always available to answer any questions or request. There was a street construction going on near this property during the week we were there. Arnold proactively offered to give us a free upgrade to stay at his other property in Noord, Aruba (although he really didn't have to). We took his offer & stayed in Noord, which turned out to be very convenient and just as nice. The house was fully stocked, definitely above & beyond the other VRBO properties we've stayed in the past. I'm sure either of Arnold's properties will be a great choice in Aruba!

Amazing property, outstanding host!

If you are looking for your own private resort quality place to stay, but want to experience the local culture of Aruba, away from the crowds and the mega hotels...this place is for you! We almost exclusively rent private properties on our vacations now, and have done so for a number of years. We have had the good fortune to have encountered some very good hosts, but Arnold is truly in a league of his own when it comes to his hospitality. From outfitting the house with little extras like beach chairs and a cooler, to the spotlessly clean condition of the property, to the immaculately tended gardens, to the time Arnold takes to learn about what you what to get out of your vacation, so he can make recommendations on where you might want to go on the island for food and entertainment (all spot on by the way), I could go on and on...but what really made an impression on us was how upon our telling him we were looking to experience the local Aruban culture, he invited us to join his family and friends to take in some of the Carnival activities, what a treat! Then on the last day, when we were planning to head back to the airport (after he had made an accommodation for us and our late afternoon flight), he took the time to lead us through the back roads to the airport, since the main road was closed because it was being used for a parade route. We enjoyed the constant breezes that the house is exposed to and the four distinct outdoor areas (upper deck w/ sea views, two outdoor tables for dinning or drinks, and the couches found beneath the thatched roof gazebo in the garden) not to mention the adorable neighborhood wild donkeys. We truly had a wonderful stay. We hope to make it back and experience Arnold's amazing hospitality here again soon!

Perfect Rental at baby beach

This house is great for family vacation, lots of space, kids friendly, very close to beach, 10 mins walk or 5 mins drive. We are repeat renters at Arnold’s house. He’s truly a super host, great communication, great service, and the house is consistently clean! Thank you!

A True Oasis

Arnold has thought of everything to make this place feel like a true Oasis. The property has multiple beautiful spots to relax...from the hammock in the cabana to the upstairs porch overlooking the ocean...an amazing spot to enjoy the Aruban elements. The house is incredibly spacious...the pictures don't do it justice. Great for the kids too!!! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Arnold!!!
