Hello Wende, We are disappointed your concerns were not shared with us during your stay and will definitely have our team investigate the cookware! We are sorry you felt misled about the ski-in/out advertisement, but this is an extremely weather dependent situation and, unfortunately, this winter did not deliver like we have seen in previous years. We also do not specify amenity locations, just that the property provides access to these amenities, so we are unsure how one could be misled. We do our best to provide upfront, full transparency to our guests within the descriptions and amenities, so our guests have ample knowledge to ensure they are booking the right accommodation for their group. Hello Bea, Thank you for sharing your experience and allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns with potential guests! While we do have auto-generated emails and messages sent to our guests, we have a team of Customer Service Representatives available 24/7 and we review any auto-generated email responses we do receive. We are always available to our guests, whether it be through email, phone, text, or app messaging. Prior to your arrival, we received specific special requests from your party, which we offered to accommodate; however, our services were later declined. Additionally, when you brought up your concerns about the linens provided, we immediately dispatched housekeeping to replace the items in question. Even after investigating the “moldy” items and finding no foundational evidence, we still issued compensation for any inconveniences experienced. Unfortunately, based on demand, conditions, and tourism, operations for shuttle services can frequently change. To not provide our guests with false information, we purposefully do not post these hours of operation. We appreciate you noting the gorgeous views from the unit and, again, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to your experience. Cheers, The Nomadness Team

Oh my! We are so sorry to hear your experience was less than excellent on your Steamboat getaway. Our maintenance team did investigate and found that since the window was a slider, it was an external issue that needed to be addressed by the complex - which was then reported. However, we are disappionted to read about the wet sheets and sleeping adjustments made to your stay based on the window leak and would love for the severity and inconvenience of the issue to have been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have addressed your concerns in a timely manner.
