Perfect for our group of seven. We had all adults with us, and it was the perfect size. Having two bathrooms was much needed. The condo was nice and quiet and fulfilled all our needs. I would recommend to all families!

Perfect location to Jackson downtown and Jackson Hole Mountain resort. The condo was clean and Outpost was a fantastic host. A+ and not a single complaint.

Good location to GTNP

While the condo was dated, that was part of its charm. The living area couches need replacing. It was a bit crowded for 6 adults but we made it work. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great Property

The Hollyhock was wonderful. Clean, roomy, easy to locate. We had a short stay, but it was so much better for our group of four adults. Really helped my 85-year-old Father to be comfortable versus a hotel room! The unit is on the second floor so there are some stairs to reach the main level.

The views are nice but the appliances and showers are showing their age. The wifi was slow and the TV was constantly buffering which made movies difficult. 3 of the beds are out in the open where there is no privacy. Also because this is more of an "apartment" rather than a standalone house if your neighbor is doing something outside that you don't want to smell in your living room then you'll be forced to close your windows which limits your ability to control the temperature in your unit. That said, the unit was ready on time, it was clean and comfortable. It was also a very reasonable price compared to all the other units in this area. The 2 queen beds and bedrooms were fine. The additional 3 beds would be suitable for kids. Good value priced option to stay in.

Good Place

The overall property was good and decent. Had all the amenities inside. The only downside was that our unit was in 2md floor so we had to carry luggage up the stairs. Other than that everything else was good.

Hollyhock 2025 disappointment

Legal Agreement required for stay was incorrect and took many emails to resolve mistakes in host documents. Very old building and property. Only two bedrooms are available and other beds are in the open common areas. Balcony was very dirty and dust and trash were present on checkin. No AC and single fan was in poor repair. Upstairs room is very warm in summer and did not cool easily.

While we are glad this was resolved, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We strive to be fully transparent on our listings and are sorry that the layout of the home came as a surprise. VRBO does not allow us to list properties with half-bedrooms, so we have done our best to make this clear in other sections of the listing. Our photos show the twin beds in the unenclosed area between the guest bedroom and bathroom. The bedding configuration lists “Guest Bedroom Loft” and we have labeled the photos as such to differentiate this from the private bedrooms. Lastly, the property description details that this home is a 2-bedroom plus loft and specifies that there is no air conditioning. We are very disappointed to learn of the issues with the fan and cleanliness. We would have been happy to send our housekeeping team to address these items and deliver a new fan had we been made aware. That being said, we understand wanting to remain unplugged while on vacation and we sincerely apologize for these issues. We want to assure you that we have reviewed your experience with our housekeeping team and that the fan has been replaced. We regret that we did not provide you with a 5-star experience. 2 bedroom and 1 open space/loft

It’s say 3 bedroom but 3rd is not a bedroom. They placed 2 twin beds in open space which is a loft area and very small and has no privacy since it’s on the way of bathroom. I would highly suggest if you are looking for 3 bedrooms it’s not an option. I stayed with 2 other couple and was hard to manage since we were thinking it’s a bedroom. Overall stay was good and freeze has definitely some cooling issues but we went during memorial week and so didn’t use much but our beers were not cold even 3 days later. Microwave is too small. Patio was not cleaned.

Nice view, but not the hospitality we are accustomed to.

No welcome note, gift basket, water etc which is something that has been provided from every previous VRBO Host. Very limited supplies in the home. Coffee filters didn’t fit coffee machine. The little things add up. The location was good though, very convenient.

Another memorable ski week with the family

When we travel, the most important criteria is the place clean and are the beds comfortable. Two checks here. Add that to a great location between the mountain and the town of Jackson and a very responsive management team, this is a great property. Other reviewers previously discussed the kitchen and it was difficult, but not impossible to navigate. Our personal preference was to have everyone in our family of 5 in their own bedrooms so that the common area can be used when others are sleeping. The loft as the third option did not allow us to do that. We also would have liked to have seen a streaming option (smart tv or roku, etc) and some updates in appliances. However, those are only personal choices and there was plenty to choose from with the "On Demand" feature. We would not hesitate to rent this property again if we should return to the area in the future.
