Great property for a large family or group. It is spacious and offers different ambiences (dinning/terrace/ pool/ jacuzzi). Heating the water for the hot tub takes 2-3 hours. Consequently, plan in advance if you are planning on using it.The location is very good, but a car (Uber) is needed to go anywhere since most commercial stores are not within walking distance. There is help at the premises to assist with any issue related to the house. The neighborhood is nice and safe.

The house is in a very nice and safe area. We even enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The staff was very attentative and even did our laundry for us. The Jucuzzi takes a few hours to warm up so let them know in advance. It could be warmer but it was still nice for relaxing and I would recommend if you are staying in for the night. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and really enjoyed our time at the house.

We loved this property, and can't wait to plan our next trip to Costa Rica

This property was perfect for our family. We had 9 adults and 3 kids under 3; we had more than enough room. The place is beautiful; we especially loved the pool and eating outside in the covered patio area as much as possible. Lily, the host, was fantastic and incredibly gracious with her help and recommendations. We had the best vacation and highly recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed here for one night before continuing our trip to La Fortuna, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of friends! The house was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool was a great bonus and made for a relaxing start to our trip. Everything was well maintained, and check-in was seamless. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to stay in San Jose! Plenty of room for everyone and they locked the gate at night. We felt very safe.

San Jose Rental

It's a very nice and large space. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nicely located. There is a convenient retail area that has a supermarket, several restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend this place if you have a larger group and want to be located near San Jose.
