Condo was all that we expected. Nice touch having some Kona coffe available for us. Nice that condo also had various spices and condiments available for those guests who wanted to cook own meals.

While the communication with the property owner was good and the condo location was perfect for what we wanted to do on vacation, the views from the balcony were simply amazing.The condo itself is dated and could stand for a deep clean. The bed had clean crisp sheets with extra pillows and supplies in the closet and clean towels in the bathroom. The condo also has 2 split unit air conditioners which was a pleasant surprise.

We appreciated the location, pool, beach-access, and condo. Everything was as described, and the location made access to the downtown Kona area easy and fun. We would readily stay again.

Absolutely perfect!!

This place is the perfect spot to stay! Clean, quiet, great location, and the best part is watching the gorgeous sunsets and going to Sleep to the sound of crashing waves!

Lovely spot in kona

Beautiful, updated, clean place to stay while visiting kona. Close to the little shops and tons of restaurants. Gorgeous view while relaxing at the beginning and end of the day to see and hear the rolling ocean waves.

Very near to Walmart/Safeway and near to airport. Property is clean and kitchen is equipped with all utensils. Right across the beach and pool/jacuzzi inside the property. Overall loved staying here for Trip to big Island

Perfect spot

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kona Reef. Awesome location, excellent facilities, gorgeous view of the sunsets every night and all the other guests/residents were super friendly & respectful. It was very quiet and I slept soundly each night. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well appointed. I could rate it as cheap and cheerful. The location was great, short walk to the stroll but far enough away donut was a quiet retreat.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

Apartment is well located within short walking distance of everything. The apartment is clean, well maintained and ideal place for an enjoyable break. With great views of the pool and ocean beyond we had a great time there and would highly recommend this unit.

Great communication with the host. There were a few service issues and they were addressed right away. The location is ideal. We were talking distance from the heart of Kona. Safeway was 5 minutes away and Target was 8 minutes the other way. Kona Brewing Co.is close by, featuring growlers to take home and great food. Casago had an empty growler under tge sink for refilling. The condo is cosy. Sunsey was announced by people blowing conch shells. We looked former to that every night.

Really nice

This was a great location, up keep of pool and grounds was well cared for. We loved that they had lots a beach equipment for use. Also, the blender was moldy and they replaced it with a new one that same day. Could use an up grade on the bed and USB ports.
