Locatie, locatie, locatie! Gelegen tussen Lahaina en Kapalua vindt u het schilderachtige stadje Kahana. Op minder dan 15 minuten van het centrum van Lahaina biedt Kahana-Napili enkele van de beste restaurants op het eiland, en is perfect voor snorkelen, paddleboarden, kajakken, walvissen spotten of gewoon in de zon liggen.

Adembenemend uitzicht op Molokai en Lanai vanuit alle woongebieden van deze sensationele eenheid in het zand van Kahana. Onlangs gerenoveerd en alle nieuwe verbeterde meubels en luxe afspraken. Deze zeldzame, airconditioning 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers eenheid met prive Lanai is een van de ruimste waterkant eenheden in Maui. Vanaf het moment dat u uw vakantiewoning betreedt, ademt u het meest sensationele uitzicht op de oceaan in. Je zou een cruiseschip moeten zijn om dichter bij de oceaan te komen.

De grote keuken is volledig uitgerust voor de chef-kok. Gloednieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, inclusief vaatwasser, bereik, magnetron en koelkast uitgerust met gefilterd water en ijsdispenser van de deur. Mocht je moe worden van alle fantastische restaurants die de westkant van Maui biedt, geniet dan van een huisgemaakte maaltijd of barbecue bij zonsondergang.

Royale woon- en eetkamer bieden een prachtig uitzicht en voldoende ruimte voor bijeenkomsten. Elk meubel is gloednieuw en geaccentueerd met kunstwerken en een smaakvolle inrichting.

De voorste slaapkamer heeft hetzelfde geweldige uitzicht en heeft een kingsize bed. De achterkant is ook een master suite en beide hebben alle nieuwe linnengoed evenals volledig vernieuwde badkamers met granieten werkbladen en betegelde douches.

Gunstig gelegen met parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein en gloednieuwe roestvrij stapelbare wasmachine en droger zorgen voor een handige, zorgeloze vakantie. Maui belt!

A Great Vacay Getaway!

Appointments were lovely, location and view were fantastic, the kitchen was stocked with quality utensils every cook would appreciate, and more than enough clothes hangers! Much appreciated the pool and water toys, beach towels, and air conditioning! Restaurant and Bar on site were handy too. We saw lots of sea turtles as well as some dolphins right from the veranda.

Beautiful Property

This property provided the setting for a wonderful vacation week in Maui. It is the little details that sets this spacious property above others - like plenty of hangers in the closets, the many small appliances in the well-equipped kitchen and provided beach accessories. We spent many hours on the lanai taking in the spectacular views. Owners were quick to respond to communications prior to and after arrival.

Stunning!!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. It is much larger than any other we have stayed at before. The view is absolutely amazing and the sunsets are stunning! We saw whales and plenty of turtles from the property! The home was immaculate, fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds and pillows are VERY comfortable! We didn’t want to leave, but we will certainly return!

Perfectly stocked, perfect location

We enjoyed a 3 night stay with friends. The unit was fully loaded with anything you could need for beach and kitchen. Great space, with incredible views of the ocean sunset from the patio. Loved the two master suites for adult couples. This is a gem, thank you!

Views and Breezes

We stayed in this excellent two bedroom condo for 8 days. The ocean front view was wonderful and sleeping so close to the ocean was very soothing. The master bedroom is oceanfront, which is not always easy to find in Hawaii. Many times the master bedroom is at the back of the unit.. No complaints, in fact, we never talked to the property manager/owner as there were absolutely no issues.

A Piece of Paradise

Our stay could not have been better. Resort living at its best. Well equipped condo with only the finest touches. The restaurant onsite ... Capt. Jack's was fabulous for meals and happy hour. Be sure to check out Duke's for hula pie. Enjoyed many early morning hours and sunsets on the lanai. I think the double rainbow was created by Kelli just for us! Communication with host was immediately available. The only thing the four of us can say is Mahalo.

Great stay in Maui!!

We had a great trip over Thanksgiving. Condo is beautiful and upgraded with central air. We liked the location where we could easily get to Kaanapali for all the activities, but were away from the hustle and bustle. Pool is simple but warm, much better than some fancy resorts that have slides and lazy rivers but the water is so cold your kids won’t go in. We also visited the nearby Nāpili beaches and blowhole. Location was perfect!

First time in Hawaii

This condo was exactly as it was stated. Beautiful, right on the beach, easy check-in, no parking fee, tons of kitchen items to eat/cook there, lots of room for four adults. Vance and Kelli were extremely quick in their responses to questions.Only negative comment I would say is that for the price, it would have been nice to have bathroom amenities to cover the week we were there given the service and management fees that we paid. Unfortunately, there was no laundry detergent as stated there would be. Other than that, I would absolutely stay their again and will recommend to anyone going to Maui.

Amazing and Beautiful!

We were so fortunate to find this gem last minute for a birthday celebration trip. What a perfect place! Perfectly remodeled, new and gorgeous! Super comfortable beds. An incredible stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need - and so organized! Beautiful view right at the ocean front. Easy to access and close to other things to do (go to the Gazebo for breakfast!) We saw turtles, swam, sunned, walked the beach. Just a gorgeous place. Mahalo to the owners for creating this place!

Vacation in Paradise

Our stay in Maui was just fabulous. The nicely updated unit was well appointed with everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. It was so relaxing to sit on the lanai and watch for whales and take in the gorgeous sunsets. Truly a little slice of paradise!

We loved our stay at this beautifully furnished condo. Very convenient to have a restaurant just downstairs. We like it better than our usual stay on Kaanapali beach condo - quieter and more peaceful. We will return!

Stunning Views and Great Location

We loved our stay in this conveniently located unit with all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The views are spectacular and immediate beach access is a plus. A variety of nice restaurants are within a short distance and even the trip to Mamma's Fish House only took an hour--absolutely worth the drive if you can get in. Added bonus this week were the two different Munk Seals that lounged on the beach just up from the property. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my dads birthday and my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The condo is very spacious with one of the best kitchens that we’ve had in any rental and we’ve rented a lot.

My husband and I have been coming to Maui for 20 years and always rented condos owned by individuals and we were lucky to find Sands of Kahana. We fell in love with the location and size of the units.
We have been in real estate in Southern California for 30 years and loved coming to visit family and friend here on island. We have raised 3 wonderful children and they are now starting families of their own, leaving us more time to come and stay on island. We look forward to becoming full time residence.

We looked to buy for 3 years as we wanted the ocean front building. It was our desire to UPGRADE the condo rental experience. We are looking to rent to people that appreciate the extra touches and know how to take care of nice cookware and wine glasses. It is our desire to make a 5 star vacation for each and everyone of our guests.

The most unique thing that we did with this remodel, is all of the units have the front bedroom open to the living area and many do not have AC.

We closed off the master bedroom to allow for more privacy and added AC to both bedrooms and the living room.

Additionally, we spared no expense to the quality furniture, art and extras to allow for a comfortable stay. ALOHA
