Volledig ingericht, charmant en comfortabel, 4 slaapkamers - 2 badkamers, op korte termijn huis heeft nieuw beddengoed, nieuwe bedden (1 koning, 2 koningin, 1 single, 1 jeugd), wasruimte, gloednieuwe 4K Samsung-tv's en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. High-speed internet, kabel via de ether en hulpprogramma's inbegrepen. We zijn op zonne-energie gegaan!

Maitland is een prachtige, luxe gemeenschap gelegen tussen talloze meren en parken, gelegen net ten noorden van Orlando. Het is een perfecte locatie omdat je het gevoel hebt in een kleine stad te zijn, maar toch dicht bij alles bent. Slechts een paar blokken van het Maitland Art Centre & Museum en de historische Lake Lily Cultural Corridor. Geniet van de boerenmarkt, slenter door de vele meren of dineer op verschillende plekken, waaronder de buurtgrill van Teak. Randa, die in het pension op het terrein woont, is beschikbaar om u te helpen met vragen en advies over het gebied.

Clean home that had all the amenities you need to settle in. The laundry area was nice and separate with a daybed that you could fold clothes on. The host leaves a wagon and beach chairs for you to use which was great when visiting the farmers market on Sunday.

Great stay!

Fantastic place with lots of space. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thought and consideration that was put into this place by the host. We felt at home and had a great time staying here. Highly recommended for families with kids. It is further away from the parks and such, but very well equipped to handle all the needs of a family with kids IMO. Randa was a great host and very flexible in everything.

Quiet, Friendly and Just like home

Randa’s place was clean and had all the amenities, plus some, that we needed. It was on a quiet street and had a park almost across the street that our 2yo son loved. The home was on a quiet street and was a lovely place for us to relax.

We had a great time staying here. Was a shame we didn't get to meet the host though, she sounded very nice on the phone. The only thing was that it was not kid friendly so if you have a toddler that gets into everything you need to keep a good eye on them or put them in the playpen that is there which we had to do sometimes. The kids room with toys is great as well. Was very clean here and a beautiful house. No hot tub right now because the owner is working on getting a new one and putting it in herself. Overall the stay was nice. Would be nice to visit again and take more of the family. Can fit 8 people I think.

Wonderful spot with access to central Florida

This is our second time staying at this property, it's perfectly located in Maitland and so easy to get around central Florida. Secluded and under a canopy of trees, this retreat truly gives you a wonderful relaxing Florida vibe. Randa the host is amazing, super friendly and very responsive. The bed in the master bedroom is amazing, probably the best bed my husband and I have ever slept in, SO relaxing and made us feel we were certainly on a wonderful vacation! So great. We'll certainly be back!

Beautiful home in great location

We wanted a nice place for my son’s college graduation in Winter Park and found this property with great reviews. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Randa, our host, was the best host I have had in all my VRBO rentals. Made sure we were happy, provided us great information, and was always willing to help at all times. Highly recommend if coming to the area!

Best Stay

This was the best vrbo experience I have ever had. There was a small room for my toddler with toys and books. Randa was so sweet and responsive when somehow a fuse blew and the ac of the house went out at 11 pm at night. She had it fixed so fast the next day. We come to Maitland 1-2 times a year to visit family and will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Home Away from Home

We live locally and found this charming home and a great neighborhood to stay for a week while our house was under renovation. It was perfect for us and walking distance to mini crate restaurants which we took advantage of. And the property owner is fantastic!

Great house, quiet street, convenient location

My husband and I stayed in this lovely house for our Thanksgiving trip as it's near where my sister lives. This quaint house was very clean and perfect for our stay. It's on a quiet street and conveniently located in Maitland, fairly close to downtown Orlando and Winter Park. Randa was a great host and very responsive; in fact she stopped by to say hello. :) She owns the house behind the main one and another person was staying there too. Overall would highly recommend!

Excellent VRBO property found to be as described in the listing. Clean, well appointed with working appliances and very well supplied with towels, paper products, etc. Very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, great for walking and close to restaurants and Publix. Our host was immediately available for any questions or needs.

A sweet little oasis

We enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very kind very helpful and responsive to any need or question that came up. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room. The neighborhood was very quiet with very nice neighbors.

Hello! I have an upbeat personality and really enjoy having company. I'm a world traveler, an avid kayaker and love the outdoors. I'm also an artist and sculptor working with clay to bronze. We sometimes have art classes on the porch and my little art studio Saturday from 10-1:00 with a group of very talented artists. I built a wheelchair accessible guesthouse on my property when my dad was diagnosed with cancer. I took care of my grandmother, her husband and great uncle as age related care was needed, so I know what's to come. Until my dad needs it, I live there and rent out the front house as a way to pay for finishing the guesthouse. My day job is working in Community Relations with a local TV news station.

When I purchased this home in 2007, I choose the location because it's close to everything but when you're home, it feels like a lake house cottage. While updating the home built in 1943 with modern amenities, I took care to keep the character and charm. I turned a small barn/shed into my art studio and added a guesthouse and large porch for conversation and entertaining. I also like that it's close to I-4 and 17/92, two major thoroughfares. It's only a few blocks to the train station with easy access to downtown Orlando.

I'm proud of my small 'compound' we affectionately call the "Creative Coterie" which means, 'a gathering of like minds'. I've spent time and funds on landscaping and creating a welcome retreat with a sense of discovery.
