Gezellige Tahoe-stijl huis in gated Elk Point Country Club. Aan de overkant van het prachtige Lake Tahoe. Dit huis beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 3. 5 badkamers, een recreatieruimte met tafeltennistafel en 32 TV, DVD en VHS. Instapniveau heeft de woonkamer, keuken, eetkamer, een 1/2 badkamer en de slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een complete badkamer. Boven had slaapkamer 2 met een koningin en een complete badkamer, slaapkamer 3 met een koningin, slaapkamer 4 met twee volledige en een complete badkamer. Ontspan in de achtertuin, een bubbelbad voor 6-8 personen en een BBQ, het hele jaar door perfect voor uw plezier. Een 2-3 minuten lopen naar het privéstrand, waar u het vuurwerk kunt zien voor 4 juli en oud en nieuw.

Je voelt je erg gezellig en meteen thuis in deze geweldige vakantiewoning. Deze gated community ligt heel dicht bij de stad en het skigebied Heavenly.

Dit huis is in Zephyr Cove Nevada op slechts 5 minuten naar casino's, 7 minuten naar Heavenly Valley Ski Resort en 30 seconden naar het meer.

1. Regels per provincie: Bruiloften zijn NIET toegestaan in welke vorm of grootte dan ook, op het terrein of bij het huis. U wordt onmiddellijk afgesloten en verliest de borg en wordt onderworpen aan meer boetes.

Great family rental

Our family enjoyed our 3 day stay at this property. Beautiful view and close to beach access. Good house for mixed age groups. Only thing to note is that there is limited parking and many steps up to the house. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Not World Class. I did a previous review detailing our stay. There was a mouse in the kitchen. Windows dirty and full of spiderwebs. Broken ice maker. Outdated worn furniture and beds. Home was clean and had a nice view of lake. Wouldn’t give us parking access to the beach and the steps and walkway to the beach were damaged and closed off. Disappointed in the property for the price we paid.

Great stay

Went with my family and we thought the location was great and the private beach was beautiful! Would recommend the cabin just wish the water when taking a shower would come out warmer.

Just perfect!

We absolutely loved the space. Drinking out coffee on the porch looking at the lake felt like a scene out of a movie. And on our last day it snowed and was just so perfectly picturesque. Plenty of space for 8 adults and good common space for board games!

Disappointing

The property is in a prime location in a gated community with access to a private beach which was awesome for our family. The number of beds/baths was the primary reason we chose this property as it was large enough to accommodate our family. The property was also convenient to Edgewood CC for the ACC golf tournament we were attending. However, we were very disappointed in the condition of both the interior and exterior of the house as it desperately needs a DEEP cleaning. The floors are dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere inside and out. The entire exterior of the home needs a good power washing. We also had a nightly visitor come out from under the stove. The backyard “oasis” as described on the website had a pile of junk near the back door entrance and the BBQ and “patio” area were filthy with old junky furniture. The interior is dark and dated and the kitchen is not very well equipped. The two front bedrooms on the 2nd floor need blinds or blackout drapes to keep the sun from beating in and making both rooms extremely warm and uncomfortable. Ceiling fans in those roomsas well as the dining area would be a good addition since the property does not offer A/C. Parking in the so called “driveway” was challenging with larger vehicles. The description and pictures on the website make the property look way more appealing than it looks in person. We certainly expected more for the price we paid for a weeks stay.

Fantastic

We had a great time with our group of 6 adults. Location is fantastic with access to private community beach. Lake views. Home is large and sleeps 8 people comfortably. Lake views from balcony. Would definitely come again.

We loved this place!

The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful yet convenient to local attractions.One small note for future guests - the property doesn't provide toiletries like body soap and shampoo, so be sure to pack your own. Girls getaway to Tahoe

We had the best time being together for a girl weekend in this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and great access to the beach. The hot tub does not get very hot, it was warm but it was still enjoyable to sit and relax in for a bit. Bess are very comfortable!

Comfortable home in a fantastic location. Walk to private beach or state park. Great Lake Tahoe views from decks. Newly renovated bathrooms. Spacious primary bedroom. Backyard with hot tub works well for cookouts. Some broken blinds and dirty windows were a bit surprising considering price point for this home.

Very enjoyable!

We loved the location. The beach was so nice with very few other people there. Parking was a little tricky because the driveway is short. We put one car in the garage and the other in the driveway. The upstairs got warm at night and some of the fans weren’t working.

Great stay!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful house in Zephyr Cove. Pros: - Great amenities (ping pong table, speaker system, smart thermometer) - Right in front of the lake - 3 minutes drive from Safeway Cons: - Hot tub water did not go super hot. - Common area could be a bit cleaner and vacuumed more throughly.

Perfect Tahoe Escape

This is a very nice property with access to private beach. The house was spacious and large accommodating a party of 10 easily. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but only stocked with hand soap. Minor inconvenience but grocery store less than a mile away for shampoo, body wash and supplies. Kids love swimming at the beach and kayaking in the morning. Zephyr Cove nearby for your fishing charter. Highly recommended.

Great Location

This neighborhood is a fantastic location: Short walk to the private beach, which was beautiful; easy drive to Stateline; grocery store and restaurants nearby. We had nine guests - room for all. We all enjoyed the balconies with views of the lake. Kitchen was equipped and clean. We would definitely go back in the future.

Beautiful view of the lake

Beautiful view of the lake. The beach was within walking distance of the cabin. The dining and leaving areas had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt very relax. Cleanliness was very marginal. Parking can be challenging when you have large vehicle. We enjoyed our stay

Tahoe Family Fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a post COVID family get together and this place couldn't have been more perfect! When we weren't at the beach or riding bikes we enjoyed the ping pong table on the lower level or the hot tub in the back yard. We've already reserved this again for next summer!

Tahoe Family Reunion

Location was excellent for our purpose. The property was older than we expected. Parking was a challenge. The garage needs to be cleaned up and emptied. The cost of the property was probably within market value but it was expensive for what we got.
