True en Absolute oceanfront condo met een Lanai (balkon) dat bijna over de oceaan hangt. Bekijk de getijdenpoelen hieronder waar schildpadden en alen graag komen eten. Laat de geluiden van de zee u in slaap wiegen na uw dag sightseeing of ontspannen; Zowel de slaapkamer als de woonkamer kijken uit op de zee.

Hale Kona Kai biedt een verwarmd zoutwaterzwembad, een lift en een barbecueplek. In-condo wifi, kabel-tv, centrale lucht, interlokale gesprekken naar het vasteland van de VS en Canada inbegrepen. Alle appartementen hebben centrale lucht.
Hale Kona Kai is een klein complex van 3 dozijn absolute appartementen aan de kust in de stad, maar buiten de gebaande paden! Gelegen in een rustige zijstraat (75-5870 Kahakai Road) en op slechts een korte blok lopen naar het dorp Kailua-Kona ook wel bekend als Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai ligt op slechts 1/4 blok lopen naar het witte zandstrand van Honl en op 2 straten lopen naar de Kona Farmers Market.
Alle appartementen zijn rookvrij. Hale Kona Kai is een rookvrije faciliteit.

Great place!

We are lazy vacationers and this was a great property for that! Coffee on the lanai every morning (for 3-4 hours) then wander around Kona, no car needed!

Honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed the property very much. It was a close walk to town and the pier and the view was stunning in the morning and at night. We will miss this place very much and remember this honeymoon for a life time. Thank you for making this memorable trip!

Perfect location

This place was clean, comfortable and a perfect location. We could walk downtown for meals and then sit on the lanai and watch the sunset and hear the waves. Having the air conditioning was a plus too. This is our first rental on the Big Island we had air. And it was nice when we went out and about we returned to a cool place.

Great Stay!

The facility was great, the condo was awesome and would happily stay again in the future. We got to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and watch sea turtles eat from the tide pools from our lanai. The site was quiet as it was off the main road, but was just a short walk to downtown Kailua along Ali'i drive.

Beautiful location!!

Condo is very nice with all amenities! Parking is a plus. Kind of a busy little town but within walking distance to restaurants and beach/park. Would definitely recommend the complex but if staying again would go up to the top floor as you can hear the people above you stomping around.

We like staying at Hale Kona Kai

We like staying here. It is an easy walk to town and the restaurants. The uunit was clean and well equiped. The vog from the volcano was really bad.

Terrific stay at Kona Kai condo

Very clean and was exactly as pictured. Lots of thoughtful touches, beach towels and chairs, coffee and some condiments for our stay. We would absolutely recommend to anyone but for one thing, the comfort of the king bed. It had a much too soft topper on it and made it difficult to sleep at night for my husband and myself. If the mattress was upgraded we would definitely give it a 5 star.

Great location, well maintained property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Kona Kai. The location in walking proximity to restaurants and shops was what we were looking for and the ocean views with the sound of the waves just outside the window were a treat. We didn't have any issues so didn't need to interact with management at all but was nice to have on site office with daily hours, just in case. Mahalo for a great stay.

Awesome view of ocean. Walked to Kona restaurants. Enjoyed breakfast on Lanai every morning. Neighbors very friendly. Beautifully decorated. One warning: You may never want to leave!

The condo was wonderful. Just right for 2 people and nicely appointed. Location was exactly what we were looking for - easy walking to town. Leaving doors and windows open to allow the sound and smell of the ocean to fill the condo was really perfect.

This was the second time

This was the second time I have stayed there. The location is unbeatable. Listening to the ocean right outside your apartment is magic. The apartment itself was quite comfortable. I would certainly consider staying there again on my next trip.

Month long stay in unit 206

We are very fond of Hale Kona Kai and after numerous visits in several different units here, we find that 206 does a very good job of meeting our needs. We appreciated the most recent upgrades by the new owners. As in past visits, we found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our stay and are looking forward to future visits.

The property was great,

The property was great, clean, nice in the unit, great views and the pool was great. Worked perfect for us and our overall experience would have us back for sure. We stayed in three different locations while we were on the island and this was one of the two we liked best (The other one was a house in Kapohoe for reference) Thanks Adeline for being patient early on when we were trying to put this last minute trip together!
