Great location, Peaceful!

What a great quaint location that was peaceful and relaxing yet close to everything. Loved the in house washer/dryer! Thanks for a great stay!

A Relaxing Week

Truman Annex is always a great neighborhood to stay in. Property was clean, comfortable and neighbors were very friendly.

Location was great. Bedrooms and bathroom was small. They were installing a roof all week I was there. Nice court yard!

Another very nice stay in the Shipyard condos in Truman Annex. The unit was well-appointed with what we needed - even for Thanksgiving. The location was great, close to everything and yet very quiet. Sorry that the transient permit for week-long rentals has expired after 20 years, so we're unlikely to be back very often. But for those who can afford and have the time to rent by the month, Truman Annex is my favorite.

Key West Vacay

My husband, daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, walking distance to Duval street and many restaurants. The unit was clean, and well stocked. Landscaping had a garden, tropical feel. We would definitely stay in the Truman Complex again.

Convenient to everything.. great pool..good air conditioning…would be nice if shampoo and conditioner supplied.. couch needs updated.. but comfortable space

Easy and welcoming. Place was a little aged. Dining chairs to wobbly to sit in and board on deck was not secured. Plugs behind beds didn’t have covers and garbage disposal had no guard. There was no outdoor grill as advertised. But the place was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great vacation spot, close to all things Key West!

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful property. The grounds are very beautiful and you can walk to everything or catch the free key west bus. We have 2 small children and didn’t realize there wasn’t a bath tub, only a shower, but we made do. The dryer didn’t work well, but there was a drying rack to hang everything. I didn’t realize you can’t pull up in front of the place when unloading, but it is nice to at least have a parking spot. Overall, great place!

Property was clean, amenities - basic items provided were good in the condo. At minimum, The COUCH NEEDS TO BE UPDATED!A few basic supplies were provided and we appreciated that. The master bed was comfortable, the location is perfect and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The shower is so small and not for anyone of a medium - definitely not a larger size. My only concern is why that COUCH HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED after seeing several comments about it. We paid higher pricing because of the time we visited. Hard to believe that the owners don’t invest a few dollars back into the couch! Love the Truman Annex but prefer a different condo in the complex for our next visit.

The Sweet Sunshine Garden Flat

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. There is a great little patio area that we really enjoyed in the mornings for coffee and breakfast. My only con is that the shower is really quite small - say about 30" x 30". It is in a great location - close to: Zachary Taylor Waterfront Park: 3 minute walk and a nice spot to watch a sunset. Fort Zachary State Park & Beaches: 2 minute drive; 5 minute bike ride; 15 minute walk. This is a great area to watch the sunset and a good place to snorkel. Truman Little White House: 10 minute walk. Ernest Hemingway House and Museum: 10 minute walk. Just about everything is within walking distance if you are able. While I don't always recommend the tourist trap type tours, I do recommend the Conch Tour Train early in your trip. It is actually a great way to see the layout of Key West and decide what points you want to see. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Key West.

Paradise in Key West

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for Key West, the condo had all the kitchen necessities as well as a washer and dryer. TVs in all the rooms and nice bedding and towels. We loved the pool and the ease of getting to anywhere in key west easily.

Great Location

Condo is perfect location for staying in KW. Centrally located to everything. Beautiful complex. Unit was clean but very outdated. Furniture not so nice. Bathroom very small. Owners added small cabinet in bathroom which took up a lot of the shower space. Outdoor area is great which is really why we picked this unit.
